First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.
My order was received unexpectly fast. After mechanic does install can provide completed review of products.

I received a notification from AM that my order was shipped with a tracking number attached.
So I looked up my tracking number to look at the estimated delivery date only to read that the tracking number was canceled.
I then emailed an AM csr but no response was sent within a 48 hour timeframe so I called and spoke to a representative only to be told the what I already knew that it had been cancelled however I did receive an explanation when asked "WHY" was it cancelled only to get the response of I'm not sure. Certainly not the response anyone wants to hear especially before I placed my order I always check the items availability which showed in stock.
I asked that my order be cancelled because I needed this item quickly especially with no one knowing why it was cancelled. I was told they would contact me back after contacting the supplier. So I was contacted with more confusion b/c the supplier had no answer as to why or if the item was back ordered but I was also told the order couldn't be cancelled or a refund to me because of no one having any idea of where or what was going on with my order.
After getting NO where with the status of my order of it being shipped or lost in space I placed an order with a different supplier.
If this wasn't bad enough I received a notice that my order had been delivered this being the day after speaking with an AM rep. I checked when arriving home with NO package in sight! I looked at the calendar to see if it was April fools day or ground hog day but that wasn't the case. I was then sent a picture showing the package at a front door however it wasn't my house so now I have to go through the carrier performing an investigation. Totally Ridiculous that I have to go through this I mean really.
Last time I'll ever purchase anything from AM!

I do a Google search for an obscure 2001 Camaro part; these people APPEARED to have it in stock. Pricey, but I need the part. Checked around, sounded like they would order fulfill in a couple days and a couple more days for shipping; so I ordered the part! This is where ANYTHING positive ends, and the horrors of dealing with these jokers begins.
First: No contact whatsoever for days! NOTHING! Finally, after about a week, I get a basic automated email confirming the order. (I'm already days behind now on the repair)
Second: No update or contact from them for another week! Send an email - "Where's my part?" - and get a "it's being processed" perfunctory, templated email response.
Third: Two plus weeks have now gone by… not a peep from them! Once again, I reach out - exasperated - and inquire about my part. Basically I got the same response, but I also received a "$10 voucher" for my "trouble. This only made me laugh… as who in their right mind is going to even remotely consider using the company - currently "persecuting" them - to make an additional purchase?!?
Fourth (and the final 'nail in the coffin'): Friday (30 days since I ordered the part) I yet again inquired about my part. (No longer exasperated, but angry) I received an email that NOW - magically - they found out from their supplier that the part is not expected to be shipped for another 28 DAYS!
TL;DR - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. There are tons of other companies, Amazon, eBay, etc. to be considered before you should still avoid these charlatans. (And, I found my part with a deeper search, and it's $10 cheaper WITH Expedited FedEx Shipping! I also received an email update virtually once a day until I received my FedEx tracking number!)
Again, avoid this "company" at all costs!

We ordered $1800 wheels and tires from AmericanMuscle.com, delivered on 1/30/19. One of the 4 gloss black wheels had 5 large scratches on it. The packaging they came in was in perfect condition, so it obviously left their warehouse in this condition. In addition, 2 of the other wheels had non-functional TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensors, a clear safety issue. We called customer service, and were told to do the following:
1. They'd send us a new wheel but it wouldn't be delivered for a week
2. We can't drive the car with the wheels without risking voiding any replacements or reimbursement. Even though we are down to one car and now one of us has had to drive 1 hour out of our way both to/from work every day
3. Once the new wheel gets here, we have to take it and the scratched wheel and tire to a tire shop and have the tire switched to the new wheel, balanced and then bring it back to the house, put the new wheel on the car, then go back to the shop and have them diagnose what's wrong with the sensors before they'll decide whether to issue a refund/replacement/etc. All at our own cost, which they said we would need to provide detailed receipts for to get any reimbursement
4. All of this has to be done at our expense and time before they'll do anything else
Today (2/6/19) the new wheel was delivered, but it is the wrong wheel and the wrong size!
Customer service said they won't send the correct wheel until we return/they receive the incorrect one and refused to let us speak to a supervisor. We're going on 2 weeks with a car we can't drive and are so far looking at $2K+ out of pocket, with no offer to overnight the correct, undamaged product or any reimbursement for our time (we've had to take time off work for this) and frustration. We have had smaller orders from this company handled poorly before, but to spend this amount of money and be treated so callously is poor customer service and a total lack of professionalism. We understand mistakes happen, but this is unacceptable.
Told me my shipment could be running a bit behind could be shipped a week late...came MANY DAYS earlier than they expected...Kudo's gang!

I ordered on a Tuesday with a up charge for freight for Friday delivery(needed for weekend) and didn't receive it till the following Tuesday.

I purchased an exhaust system from them. They neglected to advise on oxygen sensor extensions so a week delay waiting on those parts. The system did not fit correct and when I took it to my local garage they noticed on th elift that the brackets installed by PYPES were not in the correct location. They wrote a work order which I shared with Amercian Muscle to identify how they would help. All advised by thier representative. I then went to Midas who concurred with my local garage. I had supplied documentation and now decided to fix my exhaust by having the brackets cut off and positioned corrrectly and welded on by Midas at a cost of $283 plus in s few weeks the original install caused the $62 brackets to break. American Muscle took a week to tell me I shoudl have waited for them to get back with me. Since I provided work orders and pictures I felt they would want to help with an adjustment. They said that I am on my own since they did not pre-approve the work that needed to be done with the recomendation of two differnt shops. This is not the way I expect to be treated by a parts company and I woudl recomend to everyone reading to go to a differnt supplier for thier mustang or any car parts.
