I ordered the corsa intake and the shipping method was 1 day, it's the two day and still haven't gotten my package

I ordered MMD V-Series Side Scoop Inserts and only one came in the box. I was supposed to receive two inserts. This is ridiculous. Order # 1-*******

Bought a wicker bill open box spoiler with light scuffs and scratches. When it come in it had broken mounting studs, completely gone, broken off. There was no mounting hardware at all.

Delivery was only a day late but part was super easy to install and looks 100 times better than before

I ordered a carbon fiber hood and carbon fiber spoiler. Salesman gave me a discount for buying both. Not a big discount, but better than a kick in the teeth.

Was expecting it to be a little difficult but it was honestly really easy loved the after look on it.

Shipping was a nightmare. FedEx always lets me down. Third package in a row they've lost and I had to call to open a case. I would suggest American muscle to use ups

I placed my order and it arrived a couple of days before it was scheduled to. Wheels are beautiful

The ordering process is flawed due to bad item linking within in the AM computer system. Most of the items ordered came in single deliveries. $2300.00 of Tires and Rims were dropped on the side of my house with zero notification. There was no ring of the doorbell. Delivery was unacceptable. Except for your rep Ms.Tammy, your tech people need customer service classes. One of your techs told me to get someone to help me with the computer. Trying to describe the linking error (Customer & Rep) while attempting to order both front and rear rims, fell on deaf ears. The return process is just as bad, as talking to the tire techs - i.e.I posted the pictures and received an error that the pictures are too small. I just want to stop the madness.

Really good experience! I installed in less than 1hr! It was a bit difficult at first but rafter the first one it fit just nice.

I am a Bronze Star disabled veteran. I have been trying to make a purchase using my military discount but the verification is not showing even though I have received verification that I am a veteran. I was waiting for a product to go on sale and when I tried to purchase it while on sale my veterans discount did not show. By the time consumer service contacted me, the sale had ended. They tried to appease me with a small discount but said sorry about your luck for missing the sales price. My plan? I will contact every veteran organization I am a member of, to warn veterans about doing business with American Muscle.
