I'm a repeat customer, 1st time I was completely satisfied, this time not so much. There was mounting grease all over my new tires and rims. Do you realize how hard that crap is to get off? Great wheels and tires other than that. Super fast shipping.

Why I said it's terrible, is because my box came complete destroyed like someone ran sacked it. It makes me mad cause I spent so much money and can't even get a return option. Terrible shipping and service. I've been waiting for my tune and guess what nothing, worst 800 I've ever spent I will not be buying here again?

Rude customer service…got order wrong, no tracking or delivery date and when I called to inquire about my order the corporate staff was rude! When I found out they didn't even get the color correct I gave up and asked for a refund which they said would take 3-5 days! In all honesty my immediate reaction was to think they should be penalized and pay me interest for using my money for a month and wasting my time…but oh well, live and learn right?!

Ordered Z 26 pads and rotors for my 2007 GT 500. Installation went well but took a little longer than expected due to a sticky caliper bolt on the front driver side. Product was a very good fit and has performed well so far. My only minor complaint is that for some reason Fed Ex split the order and delivered the box with the front pads and rotors 2 days after the rear set showed up.

Everything came in great shape. Was packaged excellent and also came within 2 business days! I'm super stoked about my purchase. Me and my dad had no problem putting it together and installing it to my car. Definitely will be making more purchases through this company!

Just finished installing the Hurst Short-Throw Competition 5 Spd shifter in my 2007 Mustang GT/CS. What an amazing positive change in the driving experience. Solid positive shifts. Also a nicer driving position.

Had to wrestle with the new shifter a bit getting it into position. But after that the install was smooth and fun. Really glad I purchased this upgrade.

I got what i ordered but the packaging was pretty shoddy, spark plugs just thrown in the box, and loose (even the manufacturers box was empty as they were floating around) looked like my 12-year-old had packaged it. But all parts accounted for and installed.

Easy to look up parts for your certain model Camaro. Very pleased. My boyfriend I'd changing cams and doing some stuff. I was going to order the caps for a Christmas gift but then when he decided to do the cam, I said well I'll go ahead and give them to him early!

Looked to get a little more power out of my 2020 2.3 Ecoboost, followed the steps and hooked up the tuner to my mostly stock Mustang, let it update, then load the tune to the car, and within half an over total it was done. The Throttle response is much better. The Mid range is also noticeably better. Just the tuner alone allowed me my best 0-60 time ( 5.2 sec.), knocking off 5 tenths from before the tuner. Great product and great results, thanks!

Called customer care to see if there were any special hours for the warehouse during the holiday weekend as I broke a part putting the car back together and needed an OEM part quickly. They couldn't really tell me so I just decided to place the order and put it for pickup and see what happened. Order pickup ready email came a little bit later which was perfect. Got it put back together on Labor Day Monday. Thanks!

Website is easy to navigate, always accurate parts, and I have never needed to return anything as described. Careful ordering fragile parts seems shipping as of late has taken a less than careful approach. Recently received a set of Raxiom lights and plastic container was cracked, also a set of header gaskets and they came in a bubble pack envelope with a couple small dents in them. Hope I can straighten. Larger items no problems but I can't really fault American Muscle other than packaging materials used. Good company great products.

Everything as advertised with one exception. The resonator delete pipes are designed for the stock tips. I ordered the MBRP tips. In order to make them fit, you'll have to cut that flared end off. They'll slide right on after that.

Ran into the site looking for a muffler for my Challenger. Needing help I called customer service and they stayed on the line and explained everything. They were very helpful and full of knowledge! Will definitely buy from American Muscle again thank you!

Ordered part at a fair price shipped out extremely fast. My customer was so impressed with me because I used this company to repair his mustang. We will be ordering a lot more mustang parts. Want to set up a corporate account because I am impressed with them.

I purchased a used, but supposedly still good, sequential wire harness. One side worked fine, the second side didnt light at first. So, I removed that side to find multiple wires smashed, many squeeze connectors(not stock), and poorly taped up.
I reconnected one loose wire, and retaped the rest.
It works now. Lesson learned.
