First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.
Quick response had a question on my part and fittment for my 2011 mustang GT. The support analysis quickly looked it up and verified proper fitment.
Sale price and support
Ordered on a Monday to be delivered on a Friday. Received on the following Tuesday. It was reboxed and items were damaged. Parts just laying in the box with opened packaging. No delivery date was giving and the items sat on hold for several days costing my time, money and had to reschedule my appointments for other services to a latter date.
It's a site for Mustang parts, isn't that the obvious reason?

Wrong item sent. Company required me to send photos and go to the return shipping company at my expense. Emblem on the front of the cover was very cheap looking. They did process my refund in a timely manner.

I would describe myself as a novice when it comes to modifying my car, but AM makes it so easy to narrow down and find what I want within my budget. Plus, AM can help find shops near you in case DYI isn't your thing. They even have their own videos on YouTube for walkthroughs on the products they sell which is really cool. Their shipping is fast and reliable, everything is packed nice and neat in the boxes. I will happily continue buying fun things for my car through AM.

What i was looking for was easy to find on your website.
Free shipping is not free why have it listed as free when it cost you $25 for oversized shipping. Very deceiving. Should say any oversized box (given dimensions) does not qualify for free shipping and a small fee will be applied to your purchase. Next page will give the fee like you currently have set up. Finally, your forced into spending another $6 to guarantee you get your purchase, resolve lost or broken merchandise instantly, etc. Shouldn't this be given when dealing with AM Muscle that you will ensure the customer gets their purchase. I recently called customer service do to a part I purchased last year was found damaged when I unpacked it. My fault for not looking at everything thoroughly when I received it. When I called explained my issue, I then got put on hold for nearly an hour before the phone hung up. I di notice later I had a email with a $10 credit. It would have been nice for someone to pick the phone back up and tell me. Maybe help reorder the part expedite shipping or something but no they just hung up on me.
I reordered my part online and had no issues with that.
