First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.

Anything that i needed for my Ford to my Dodge, I knew i could get it from AmericanMuscle.
The plugs were shipped in a bubble wrap bag and they were loose inside the bag. 3 out of the 8 had come out of their boxes but thankfully still had the cardboard protector on the electrodes so none of them were damaged

The part was easy to install and fit perfectly. There were no alignment or fitment issues. I would suggest having install videos, specific for your products, on your website with easy access. I obtained all my information regarding removal and install, for your products, on youtube. I just ordered a chin spoiler and again all installation info was only available on youtube with 3rd party downloads. I could find on your site how to install the parts for a Mustang or a Challenger. However, I own a 2022 Charger.
It would not let me apply for my military discount as you offered on your website, this is my wife's car as she is the veteran. But I had this sent to the body shop for installation

I ordered Friday and got it Wednesday! And everything I received was good. No damages or mess ups.
Well I placed an order on the 2nd. Today is the 12th post office seems to be misplacing it everywhere it lands. I contacted AM, they took 24 hours to get back to me, then they said, keep waiting and contact us in 48 hours. Poor customer service from post office and AM. I may not make the deadline for this car because no one that took my money for parts cares. Thanks AM!
They used to be good. Now they are like every other company that offers lousy post-sale customer service.

I got what I paid for. I wanted 50 Characters I would have put them in. Don't piss me off again.
Only Mustang Parts people that I trust.
Received wrong shocks. Billing and part number was correct, received wrong part number. Received RMA number and label and had to drop off at a FEDEX store. Difference between correct part number and shipped the first time part number wasn't even close.
Had good experience in the past. Will buy from them again.

I paid extra for express and loss package. We received both parts within two days. I was not happy about the shipping company left the parts in the mail room for someone to steal.

This is definitely my fault for not doing my own research but maybe a wheel buying guide for people that don't know much about paring up wheel and tire sizes. I was used to buying 4 of the same for easy tire rotations but it's not like that with a sports car.
