Always had good service with American Muscle. However this time the delivery "person" left the box at the "group mailbox site", on the main road. Did not appreciate that, as someone could've easily stole it.

Easy to shop and place orders and pretty fast shipping too

Placed an order and needed it second day air. Paid extra for the shipping and then the item still "ships" FedEx home delivery which always takes a week or more. No refund for shipping and customer service just tells me to return the product when I receive it. Never using American Muscle again.

Easy instructions and hardware included. I did, however, add lock washers to the hardware for added peace of mind. Otherwise everything went smooth and the car looks amazing! I will recommend you use masking tape to avoid any scratches from the metal produced my drilling. WOW what an extreme pucker factor when drilling into my brand new car. Also, don't drill into your tail lights because i almost did!

My new cold air intake arrived right on time!
Installation went perfect but there was supposed to be an alcohol swap to clean the area where the foam was applied. For some reason, that got left out. I had some acetone which cleaned the area and got a nice tight fit.
The new cold air intake looks awesome and it did increase the sound of my supercharger but my car is pretty loud so there is not that much difference. As far as performance, I can't say.
Car is still scary fast. I have to drive it with head on a swivel as it's a total cop magnet. Have not gone to track yet.
Easy install. Everything fit. Did not have to make any adjustments. Bolt on, enjoy!

Their customer service is horrible. They do not ship on-time and their customer service constantly states crap and excuses. Their shipping department must be made up of brain-dead monkey's because they don't know crap. They have botched up a big purchase of mine (wheel/tire package) to the point I don't know why I ever tried to get it resolved and should of asked for a complete refund instead. They're still trying (strong word) to get it right. Never will I order from them again. EVER! Hope the douche-bag CEO see these reviews. They all stink and so does his crap company.

I recently purchased Axion LED side marker replacements for my Dodge Charger GT and can't recommend this website enough. The shipping stated it would arrive within three days it did not disappoint. My favorite part about this website is it lets you choose what vehicle you have, and it narrows down items that fit your vehicle.

I love the products Americanmuscle has to offer but their coupons are a joke. I would expect repeat customers like myself would receive some money saving offers to keep us. I will not recommend this company for that reason..

Just ordered a set of spark plugs for a 2005 Mustang, the site is well laid out and very easy to find parts, ordered the parts at 9:30 this morning and by 10:00 had an e-mail that they where shipped and had a tracking number, estimated delivery 2 days earlier than quoted, they also sent me copies of the order. I really like all the communication makes me feel they are on top of things and value my business.

In my 30 years of buying parts for cars, my experience with AM is by far the worse ever. They make promises they don't keep and don't ship items when they say. I would NEVER do business with this company again. I would give them a negative rating if it were possible!

A site with multiple product offerings for every part that include ratings, customer pics and videos, and a sponsored install/review video! What more can you ask for? Fast shipping? Got it, good customer service? Got it. This is my new most favorite place to get all my mods.

American Muscle is a Joke. Someone needs to put these clowns out of business like quick! No way should they have a business license in any state! I have better customer service with Hong Kong Reps.! Thee worst in the business, I'm writing Ford to block these clowns from being able to assemble after markets parts for the beloved Mustang! They are low life crooks!

I purchased a set of 4 AM rims for my mustang GT. With tires. Received the order late in March, didn't open or put on the GT until a few weeks ago. I noticed that the front rims and rear rims were slightly different colors. Very little help from American muscle. After taking pics and complaining they offered me a 150. Credit. Paid 2200 they send me different color rims and offer no refund just a 150. Credit. Terrible. Won't buy or recommend anyone buying anything from American Muscle.

I placed an order with these bozos and twice they sent me out the wrong item. And now that I have complained and told them how useless they are, they have red flagged my account. I was told that they no longer wish to do business with me. These people only care about themselves, not the customers. And Dan Harmon, who is a upper management supervisor, well, he will just lie right straight to your face. I would avoid doing any business with this company.

No problem ordering and received it very quickly. There site was easy to navagate for what I was looking for.

Basically I ordered wheels/tires for my GT500, they put them in cardboard boxes with no them protecting the face of the wheel. What do you think is going to happen? Hmm. Needless to say, they came in, boxes torn up, wheels scratched badly and some scratches from where they mounted them. Now they've been nothing but a headache dealing with and trying to get my money back.

I prefer to check out installation instructions before ordering items to make sure that I am able to complete the install. Not one item that I looked at had instructions available on your website. With additional time and effort on my part I was able to find and download installation instructions from all of the manufacturer's websites, so they are obviously available. Why not make it a one-stop site to get all the information needed to make a decision and purchase? Also, catalog prices do not match online prices, i. E. Diode Dynamics smoked side marker led lights for 15-22 Charger are $179.95 in catalog. When I ordered online the price is $199.95. Selection is good but way too many discrepancies.

Bought a pair of headlights to have one of them be defective and a shorty antenna that arrived bent in the mail. No replies to several emails at all, but will send you spam emails endlessly. Will NEVER buy from this business again.

Ordered some parts and it said if I paid for expedited shipping, they would arrive Thursday. Well now my tracking shows Saturday and it will be too late for my appointment. When I try to do a cancel because they haven't even shipped, I'm told that it's not possible. So I paid for something that won't arrive when they said and I can't get a refund. Stay away.

I ordered an open box chin spoiler for my mustang hoping to save some money and get a nice part. What I received was a chin spoiler that was literally broken in half. The spoiler was shipped inside of a box with little to no packaging protection in it and the box itself was very obviously and visibly damaged with one end being crushed and a foot long hole in the corner. That box was shipped inside of another larger box with no real damage to it however. My suspicion is the item was returned broken, then AM decided to sell it as open box without actually checking the contents of it. The only redeeming quality of this however is they are accepting a return (which I plan to ship out tonight) of the item however it is store credit only. I knew they only accepted store credit on open box returns but why does this extend to items that were received broken? Is it just a way to guarantee you make SOME money off the broken item? Overall I will likely purchase from them again as they had decent customer service but as this was my first relatively large purchase if it happens again I will likely think twice before buying from them and I more than likely won't purchase open box either.
