I felt that the selection offered by AmericanMuscle was better than some of the other aftermarket websites. I love that there is an installation video for each product, and photos submitted by actual purchasers of the product. I am very happy with the chrome shifter knob that I purchased, but it does get extremely warm inside the car on a hot day.

Ordered brake caliper covers for my challenger. It turned out they don't fit. Contacted American muscle, they said I need double piston ones, which were out of stock. Was told to order another set, another 200 bucks, and wait for them to come in when they became available. Waited six moths, for the correct ones to come in. Had them put on, now trying to return them i'm Being told that the order is expired, like it's a loaf of bread! Mind you I had to wait six months because THEY didn't have the correct set in stock. Cheats and thieves!

I ordered a set if rims for my car, and it got delivered earlier than expected in one piece. Also, when I was trying to contact them, it didn't took a long time for an actual person to help me get what I need.

I placed my order without a problem and my spoiler was delivered to my body shop a day early. Very pleased with everything. It came carefully wrapped and protected ready for paint. Very little had to be done before the color was laid down and the clear coat went on. I will post some pictures next week.

Overnight shipping to my understanding is next day air at 70.00 dollars for a 13 ounce package. Unfortunately your customer service informed me that I was wrong and it a 24 hour minimum from time of order in the fine print! Stop calling it next day delivery then and reference as 24 hours minimum and let your customers know the window of purchase and next day success. I could have saved 50 dollars and had standard shipping in 48 hours.

The air filter kept falling off so I scratched up the circular part that it attaches to and added some double sided tape and know it's on there. Does it need to be oiled to keep dirt out of it like k&n filters do?

I usually compare my parts between multiple retailers to get the best deal and find the most quality parts. American Muscle has delivered on both multiple times now. My last order arrived in days and was exactly as advertised for less than the competition.

American Muscle was great to do business with. The Corsa Xtreme axle back I think is the best sounding street legal exhaust I've ever heard. Fitment wise, I had the same issue as others with the right side tip hanging lower than the left. I ended up rotating the drivers side over axle pipe to make the left side come down some because there was no adjustment that would raise the right side. It's not perfect but really close now. This exhaust is loud, listening to videos on YouTube will not prepare you for the sound these mufflers make. I was afraid it would not be loud enough for me but I was pleasantly wrong. They are pretty quiet when cruising and at idle which is nice, and it gets progressively louder when the pedal is pushed down.

We ordered 4 tires and wanted them delivered to our dealership for installation. The website kept changing our shopping address to match our billing address and vice Versa. I kept changing it back and before I hit "confirm," I double checked that the addresses were correct. However, when I got my order confirmation, they had once again changed the delivery address to my house. We immediately called to try and change it but were told because of the expedited shipping, we'd have to call FedEx and pay a fee to "possibly" change the delivery address but even if we paid, there was no guarantee they'd change it. I ended up having to load the 4 tires in my car and drive them to the dealership which was far less than convenient. Other than that, the order process, and fast/free shipping were great. It should be much easier to have these tires delivered to a different shipping address as most people will not be installing them at home.

I received the 2 shift knobs for my 2017 mustang gt a day earlier than originally estimated...excellent service!

So far (6 years) I have never had an issue. Great service. I love the list of parts I and keep on file, when I'm ready I just send it to my cart and Bam! At my doorstep in a reasonable time. (updates on delivery too, so I know exactly when its coming)

While ordering I noticed that it was for Black Friday so I expected shipping to take a little longer. Once it was processed and shipped out the order literally came in less than 3 days with the 3 days ll guaranteed free shipping. My parts were very high quality and was wrapped professionally so that nothing was damaged. That is what keeps me a returning customer.

They screwed up multiple of my orders in a row and basically told me too bad. They sent a completely package due to there being no protection of the item. Then I try and order a replacement and they send me something completely random. From there, they said I had to send their incorrect item back to them before they will ship what I already paid for and they told me they would not place an order until I do that. So I drove and returned it almost immediately. Well what I ordered was now out of stock. So I told them I would take a similar item. It's now been almost a week and they won't ship the new item. It's showing as shipped after I had to call them again but it will not move. They're the worst.

My lights worked very well. The only issue I came into was that my own cars power cords to the day time running lights did not work. The high beams and the regular lights were a bit to yellow for my taste but those can be changed in the future. For now it works beautifully and looks good on my mustang.

Almost everything I've ordered was available, bought items that were quality and enhanced my ride. Great competitive prices, always come to American Muscle for my go to.

Everything about the product was top notch! No issues with installation. My problem was the product went on sale 3 days after I ordered it. Now, I thought an honorable company that wants your loyalty would credit you for the price difference, especially with it being a fairly high price item. I was wrong! Shortsighted in my eyes!

A little pricy, but love that I can have my car info and not have to sort everything myself. I'm usually never expecting good results when shopping online, this company could show others how to do it right.

I had ordered a nationally-known brand of all-weather floor mats from another company that cost nearly $200. When two weeks went by and I had not received the mats, I made several attempts to contact the company inquiring about the mats. Finally I reached a live person who told me the manufacturer was behind schedule in producing the mats and it would be at least another two weeks before I would receive them.

Needless to say I cancelled that order and then I found these mats at American Muscle. They are made by Ford specifically for Mustang. They are just as heavy and durable as the national brand, maybe even more so, and they have the running pony in the design. The best part is that they cost $70 less than the other brand and American Muscle shipped them out immediately and I received them in two days. I don't know why I didn't go with AM in the first place but I will from now on. Good prices, easy ordering, fast shipping, you can't go wrong with American Muscle.

I had ordered X-pipes for $950. This was on a Wednesday. The shipping options were to be delivered on Friday, free, or overnight, for $149. I needed them for the weekend, so I selected Friday. On Friday, I checked the order and it was 'In Progress' and Tracking showed 'Shipping Soon'. I chatted with an agent, and he wouldn't do anything for me and said I should get it sometime next week. He did give me a $20 voucher. That doesn't help for this weekend! Normally they are right on target, but when an error occurs, they need to make it right.

Over all extremely happy with everything! They make everything very simple and when I order it gets to my quick. But huge shout out to yalls text support! And charity I wish I knew her last name is been a huge help from helping me with returns to helping me find the right parts I'm looking for. And just to be there to answer my stupid questions. She deserves a raise. But the fact your website has just been the best one and now the only website I order my challenger parts on. Thank you #americanmuscle
