First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.
My first item I ordered the incorrect part. It came in a wonderful package. My return experience was fantastic, the people were very help full. I reordered the correct part with them, but the new item was not package as well for shipping. The box look like a bull played with it. The item WAS NOT damage at all. I am very pleased with American Muscle and will be purchasing more items from them.

I received the incorrect part twice. I may be willing to try and order a different part if the refund arrives and the voucher is given like the representative mentioned.

All I got was halfway incompetent people giving me shallow apologies but no actual answers that made any sense. Probably won't be ordering from this place again...Just know if it states in green receive it in 3-4days, it Probably be 2-3weeks with now explanation...Good luck
Tires got here 2 days later than the arrival date I was given. But other than that I have no complaints, if it wasn't for the late date it would be 5 stars

Have purchased many products from American Muscle and have always been satisfied with the products and service. The prices are hard to beat and free shipping on most orders is a deal changer. Great place to buy all you mustang parts.
Price and availability.
All worked out well getting the cap replaced with a couple of small hurdles getting it to fit with a thin screwdriver and rubber mallet. In the end we prevailed.
Wheel cap replacement
I bought a stage 2 cam off them they sent me the wrong cam and gave me store credit then now is giving me the run around on where my cam and money is there very horrible and lied on who the vender was that was sending it out said there not the ones sending it out I'm very upset and it been a week and 1 day and they still don't know what's going on

With the Quality, Service, And the products i have purchased.
Install went well until I tried to install the MAF sensor. Sensor would not go into the slot. I tried to spin it 180 degrees and still wouldn't go in. The slot was not completely cut out for the sensor to slide in. When I called to ask if I was doing something wrong or had to cut the slot out myself I was told that I had to submit pictures for a return. I was told that I had to wait 3-4 business days to process. Since I was almost finished I decided to make sure everything else was correct. So I decided to install the heat shield. The hardware to attach was incorrect. Standard size fasteners for metric threaded holes. Unfortunately I am not going to go through another return process. I bought the correct fasteners from local hardware store. They worked perfectly. Then I had to reinstall my old CAI just to be able to drive to work. My first experience with American Muscle and most likely my last. Very disappointed with customer service I received and the return policy.
Had the product I wanted
Works with 10 1/2" clutch and 11". I had the 10 1/2 for use with the T-45 trans and everything worked perfectly. Be sure to order pressure plate bolts and dowel pins separately!
Cheapest option I found for the item I needed
Got parts in a very timely manner, and everything was what I ordered. However I had applied the code for the free AM gloves and received everything but them. Not a huge deal but was kinda like damn

American muscle cannot be faulted for the problems that I experienced with this order, the website did wonderfully and provided me with the information necessary, however I would say that the install video was a little misleading as the product install was more difficult than I was led to believe

This is one of the best deals on the site. I really wasn't expecting much for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. WAY better than stock, it gives a deep intimidating ride and idle. About a 3.5 out of 5 for overall loudness, with some cracks and pops when downshifting. Definitely happy!
On July 25th I spent $1961 with sales representative Nick, I order a new set of rims and tires. I was PROMISED delivery on Wednesday the 31st. Also, it is stated on their website all orders get shipped with 2-3 days. On the 31st with no rims I reach out to them and was then told they are now magically out of stock even though they still show in stock online and now the new delivery would be 12 WEEKS. This company is a complete scam and just takes your money without shipping the product. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

As always, American Muscle has excellent customer service. Although they may not have what I wanted, they always show that they care, which is vital to me when shopping online. You don't get to see the person's face, but you can hear in their voice if they care or not. It's important because you may leave without the product you want, but you still leave with a sense of respect that the company cares about you.
As always, American Muscle has the product at an affordable price. My representative did a good job, but I highly recommend they ensure their focus remains on the customer.

Tried purchasing the same products several times. Everytime they would cancel the order and say it was a chargeback from my bank. I tried with bank account and 3 different credit cards. If you leave a bad review over a previous order they block you feom purchasing again, but wont say thats what they are doing.
