Pass my expectations, gives my car a whole new vibe

Not the first time I bought from American Muscle. By far. Now, I own a challenger. But AM was the go to for my Mustang previously. And AM's brother American Trucks was the go to for my F-150 before that. I used AM's other bro Extreme Terrain for Jeep parts. You won't be disappointed giving AM your business. They offer a lot of cool stuff you just won't find at O'reilly's or Advance.

When they say quality parts, they mean quality parts. Also, I'm quite impressed with how fast I've received all of my parts from American Muscle. More often than not it's made it to me before the expected delivery date. Now that's service!

Ordering was fine, getting the product is the issue. Just another company that uses FedEx and promises a delivery date that isn't met by FedEx. If they used a more reputable delivery company I would give a better review. Nothing sucks like paying for a product for it to arrive way late. I could have driven to the location and picked it up myself. Completely dissatisfied.

I used to order a lot of stuff from American muscle and it was always a great experience, shipping, customer service, etc…. And I sold my mustang. I've just recently gotten another, 04 gt convertible and I will once again be ordering stuff from AM again. You guys are always good!

I ordered an open-box blower motor for my 2011 Mustang. I understand what that means, but I would think the shipping department would also understand that they need to do a good job packing the part for delivery. Sadly whoever packed the motor put it in box that was too small for the part and it arrived poking through the box and broken. Okay, I get store credit, but I will think twice before ordering something that needs careful packing.

Easy to use especially when you use the customer service. They're always very helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I've always gone to them first before searching anywhere else. They usually have a very great price on replacement products and parts for your car.

Great quality mounts and fast shipping! Only thing that could be better is the description doesn't say weather it's 2 mounts or 1. But if you are looking for mounts then order with confidence knowing it's 2 mounts.

This website is simply the most amazing car website out there. It has a massive selection of parts, great guides and videos and awesome prices. My mustang was build estimated to cost $100,000 but with American muscle it only cost $50,000. Great job and keep up the good work American muscle.

The tires I wanted, in the size I needed were in stock. Ordering was very simple. Delivery time quoted was reasonable but FedEx delivery time was one day quicker. They're supposed to be here on Wednesday (it's Monday now) so I'll update this once received.

It is my first time that I buy on this website. What I like the most is that if they tell you that your package arrives in 3 days, it really did arrive on the third day. Everything was very fast and an excellent product.

Purchased the black painted Speedform Hood Pin Appearance Kit for my Challenger. It arrived with multiple chips to the paint with bare metal showing on both. I sanded and repainted them, but when I put the cotter pins on it chips the paint. I resolved by ordering the chrome plated version from American Muscle. I have had really good experience with American Muscle. Fast shipping and great communication.

I was looking for a specific mod and the site walked me through the options to buy exactly what I was looking for. Prices offered were better than elsewhere. Product received was of excellent quality. Instructions included with the part were vague, but the site offered a video which provided detailed step by step and was spot on. My first order was delivered as scheduled, at least 4 out of 5 boxes, the 5th box is somewhere on a FedEx truck that was suppose to be here 1 hour ago, I have an appointment to have my rim's installed at 8:00 A.M. on 4/6/2022 but if the 5th box does not make it tonight that appointment is a bust. It has nothing to do with American Muscle But with FedEx.

Bought a wheel and tire combo for mustang. And spoke with Toni. He was wonderful. Had a lot of troubles with order on my end. He was very helpful, even called back next day to make sure all was OK on my end. And then shipped 2 day. This guy was wonderful. Thanks Toni

Very please with my experience using AM. It's my first time ordering parts from here. They came very promptly and are exactly as described. One of the parts must of got mixed up and they sent me the wrong one, and when I called, the girl who answered was very professional and kind. They apologized, and sent the correct part the same day. They even let me keep the other part! Very pleased with my experience.

Tried to return something I bought which I hadn't even opened. Changed my mind on the item. Was badgered by the girl for over 30 minutes on the phone taking pictures and sending to her so that I can prove this isn't some kind of fraud. Completely pathetic. Just give me my damn money back. Will NEVER buy from again. Get some better customer service reps!

Their website is very well organized and how they handle business helps a lot. Catalogs are really helpful plus being able to see an idea of what your build will look like with other customers posting picture it helps a lot

Had to sell my project to pay bills. Could not return part cause it was after 30 days, even offered to pay a restock fee. Answer was still NO... Cj pony and lmr both took back parts they understood money is tight at this time and where very helpful. I will never buy anything at am. muscle again!
