Placed an order that apparently got lost. After calling to see where it was they didn't know. But you have to wait three additional days after speaking with someone about a lost order before they will reissue a new order. Was rather unhappy about that.

So pleased with the pre-painted louvers that I purchased from American Muscle. They are a perfect match to my 2006 Ford Mustang. Selecting the appropriate item and ordering was quick and easy. I receive my items a day earlier than expected. No hassle at all!

I have not installed the headers yet. The manufacturer did not package the mounting hardware well and the bolts were all over the box when I received it. After counting I am missing one header bolt. I placed a message with AM and they responded that the manufacturer will not mail out the one bolt as needed and source it locally. I was told that I can get reimbursed $15 if I can get the bolt myself. This is appreciated but I an still looking for a header bolt with the right specs.

Very happy with the purchase made at AM. Itwas my first time buying wheels and tires online and was a bit apprehensive, but glad I pulled the trigger. Fast and easy delivery and everything arrived as expected. Car looks great.

My husband and I placed an order on Tuesday and received it on Saturday in the same week. Their customer service is phenomenal! I would definitely recommend American Muscle to anyone looking for items for their Mustang. We are definitely going to do more business with them in the future.

After installing the shifter to the car I've notice that the ball is loose I've tried to tighten it down with no success, it's still loose and doesn't feel good in the hand it feels low quality. My over all shopping experience was great just not happy with the product

I got a room and tote package. They came mounted and balanced with tpms sensors installed. Shopping was fast and they arrived when scheduled. The reason for only four stars is one of the rims has a nick in it. The packaging showed no signs of damage so I am assuming it was shipped that way. Not worth the hassle and cost of returning or exchanging just hoping quality control is better in the future. I will do business with American Muscle again.

Ordered several things from AM and a few things came a day early while most things came on time. Tracking the orders with frequent updates was great, and overall, I had a great experience through the whole process of purchasing parts for my mustang. A couple boxes where in a slightly rough condition, but the product wasn't damaged, so it didn't bother me too much.

I ordered my heater hose for my 2013 charger, it arrived when they said it would, & I couldn't have been happier, I quickly went to install, it was easy for me and didn't take long. Word of advice, use just a Lil w/d 40 to help loosen old hose as well as new. Next, spark plug change yea!

Nothing more to say! Everything was perfect and fit well. Description was spot on with no issues.

I received my package on time and before I had time to install it. It was kind of high priced but I need a little more fire under the hood. I am very satisfied with my order, can't wait to get it installed.

I have been a customer of American Muscle for YEARS. I have spent THOUSANDS with them. The last year quality, bang for your buck, and customer service have all gone into the toilet. Prices on just about everything on their site have doubled, lots out of stock, and completely crap customer service lately to the point where I will be using one of their two main competitors from now on. Customer service lied to me so many times during the latest debacle with them. Use their competitors, folks. Maybe it'll wake them up.

Went online, then wanted to call the number given to speak with an "enthusiast". The guy answered. I then told him I wanted his opinion on a product I was going to purchase. (air Filter) He then simply hung up. Nice to have a job that you can work only when you feel like it.

Fast shipping, parcel in good condition, great support from AM.

Delivery arrived when expected. Instruction were included and support for tune was timely as well.

It's safe to say that it's hard to find a company that gives such great service and glitch free processing. I'm the Parts manager at VP speed shop in Santa Rosa California and it's definitely a breath of fresh air receiving such great service and ease of ordering. These wheels are perfectly set up and for my personal rig and I can't be happier!

Purchased the aluminum finish JLT oil air separator for my 2022 mustang gt. After pulling the dust cover off, it literally takes 30 seconds to unclip the stock line and plug in the upgrade. The one on my f-150 has worked well for years now, im sure this one will too.

I order the parts from them they said we have on stock its going to take 5-6 day to arrive.
On 6th day they send me a letter parts not on stock needs wait +12 weeks
Layers, not serious on doing business, waist time.
