I purchased a rear diffuser for my ss camaro and it doesn't fit right, I chatted with someone from their office and was told that you are pass your 30 days, but it's a project car... and yes I got piss... I will never order anything from this company...

Very easy to order. If you buy $119 worth of merchandise you are supposed to free American muscle decal for the and a wall banner, and a couple other items for free which is really cool. I never received any free stuff, so was very disappointed for not getting any of it. Has never happened previously.

I highly recommend not to double ping a buyer bank account for verification of funds. Not everyone has $2400.00 to bounce around till second ping is recalled by AM. Once the blood pressure was low I was okay. Overall okay, support from the staff was great when they reassured me the second ping would be recalled.

I purchased a set of the Rovos Hub Centric rings today for my Mustang. American Muscle had been out of stock on these rings for several months.
I thought they came with free shipping but was wrong. I guess I didn't spend enough this time.

Purchased the front chin spoiler, open box, with some slight scratches. Received as expected without the screws, and some slight scratches. There was lots of packing paper in the box supporting the product, but they didn't wrap the three plastic pieces to prevent any more scratches from happening.

Just bought a 2018 Challenger Scat Pack in Destroyer Gray and wanted to black it out. The headlight covers I ordered did not fit because of the fake air intake built into the lights (unfortunately this was only mentioned in the box and not on the website). I also ordered the Tint kit for the rear reflectors but it did not fit well. I returned both and ordered the LED side markers that are blacked out and they look wonderful. I also have the blacked out rear reflectors that I can't wait to get installed. The black fuel door and tail light covers helped to complete the look!

Spent over 2 grand on the website. Most of the parts I received were in good condition. Received in a timely fashion. A set of headers I purchased had a very damaged area where the header meshes with the mid pipe adapter. Obviously a fault in quality control by both the manufacturer and distributor. E-mail customer service wasn't responding so I called and they set me up with a return/exchange. I was told they would be shipped out when they received notification that it was dropped off or by the very latest Saturday. Called today, they told me that it would be shipped out on Monday. Not only that, it would be sent standard shipping. When I inquired about expedited shipping options, I was told "that's just our policy. Anything else I can help you with? Well have a good day". LoL I normally don't write reviews but this company is pretty low when it comes to customer service. That's unfortunate.

Terrible experience, was sent the wrong part to my car & then starting the return process was a hassle. Had to talk to 3 different ppl before i could even get the process started. Then you have to wait 48 hours for them to even view your request for a return. Would never order from american muscle again.

Am a new car guy who is still learning a lot but lemme tell you AM never disappoint I've purchase my intake, blow off valve, exhaust and downpipe right here and they give military discount which was a plus for me

I ordered the parts on Friday and received them on Sunday the only issue is there is a few scratches in the tips of the exhaust that are painted black. I work at a shop so I can refinish them myself just wish they were better protected in shipping so I didn't have to. I also ordered headers that look amazing I cant wait to see how they look inside the vehicle.

I have been a loyal customer for years and have spent well over $5000 on the site. I recently received the wrong item which was wrong on there end, they sent me a different part that I ordered and because it was out of there 90 return policy they would not honor my purchase and send me the correct part. I will not be shopping on this site for any future purchases.

I ordered a spec clutch for my car paid the 2 day shipping cost. 2 days later bbk headers showed up to my house for a 2011 to 2014 mustang 5.0 I own a 2017 5.0. I called customer service to report the issue the gentleman was very apologetic. And said he would transfer me to sales to see if they can ship me a equal or better clutch since the one I researched and ordered is now on back order with no eta. The young lady I spoke with looked up other clutches none of them was what I needed and the ones close enough required me to purchase a new flywheel. I asked for a complete refund I was told I would have to ship the headers I didn't order back and it would take up to 10 days for my refund. I have spent thousands with this company between all the mustangs I have owned through out the years. They don't appreciate loyalty so I'm forced to write this review and end my relationship with American muscle.

My experience is poor. I ordered a Jeep grill insert for a birthday present. On the website when ordering it says 3-10 days. Yet when I look up my order it say 4/5/2022 which is past that time. Had I known this I would not have ordered. I reached out via chat on site and was told my agent that it is shipping right from manufacturer and is out of stock. No where did it say this on website when ordering not have a received an email about it. Agent says yeah website is not updated. Well that is not good customer service at all. Very disappointed.

I bought a convertible top from them at the beginning of December and it was installed at the end of February and now two months later the window stitching is falling apart. I contacted American Muscle and was told that they only warranty the part for 30 days I was told to contact Robbins Tops and they would handle the warranty because that is where they get their tops from. I reached out to them and sent copies of the invoice and pictures to both Robbins Auto Tops and American Muscle. I was told they would look into this and reach out to me. I contacted both of them a few days later and have had no response. I contacted them both again now a week later no response from either. I should have just bought it off Amazon because at least I could have returned it or bought it from another manufacturer that will back the products that you purchase that are defective.

Can I leave a negative 0 star; that's what they deserve. We ordered a hood months ago, took off work 3 times to wait for the freight delivery and each time the hood came damaged. Then waited 3 more times for freight to pick it up to be returned. Meanwhile the car sat unfinished. Last damaged one was returned and we asked for our money back. IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS and STILL NO money back. Each time I call they give me some song and dance. Basically crooks!
Do not use American Muscle!

We ordered some parts for the 1988 Mustang and the parts got here in a timely fashion. Not only do they offer reasonable prices but they offer the extra warranty on top of their warranty which is amazing. Due to the weather we have not been able to put those on but that review is coming soon. Already looking at more parts to order for the car soon.

We have always been happy with the products we have purchased from American Muscle. This time, my son ordered the wrong item. Return service was requested without any hassle. Item has been returned to a FedEx store for return.

Went to a search engine, typed up the part I wanted and this site popped up. There was a lot of options and the image quality and layout, including install videos, is probably the best choice for my Mustangs.

My past few orders, the website will say order by today by this time and you'll receive it by this date... i dont think that has held true once recently. Ordered an item today around noon... it didnt even ship out today. Kinda frustrating
