I needed a clutch cable for my mustang. Called to verify that I found the correct one. I was linked to someone right away, they reviewed all my information and told me I had the correct cable. Submitted the order and 3 days later, I received my clutch cable!

I had a failure on one of my 2000 hp half shafts on my 2015 Mustang GT, my customer service rep called the manufacturer, whom I was unable to get in touch with previously and got my issue resolved. He genuinely cared and I've dealt with other's in their customer service who also genuinely did their best. Couldn't recommend them more.

I've spent literally thousands of dollars on products from American Muscle over the years. Unless it's a major name brand, all their in-house stuff is nothing but cheap junk that's made in China and then resold here in America at outrageous prices. Not to mention their customer service is a joke. The prices in their "install" videos don't match what's on the website (more expensive) and they are not willing to offer discounts for false advertising. Oh and by the way NOBODY CARES about how "cool" you make your mustang look.

Ordered a styling bar for a '14 mustang GT/CS. They sent me something that was obviously a return. Was scratched and not a good fit at all. Unfortunately, I had to wait for good weather to install it, and now I am out $300 because they won't take the return or replace it - even though it is complete junk and obviously wrong. Now have holes in my car! This is not the first piece of junk I have gotten from them. NEVER buying anything from them again.

Experience good but could have been better. I bought my spoiler on a Thursday with Next Day Air for I believe $160 and it didn't arrive until Monday afternoon 4 days later which is same as normal shipping so I feel I paid too much for nothing. However I was pleased with the product.

How it's it i can spend over 350+ and y'all manger to $#*! up both of my order starting with not giving me any bolts to fit my cool intake and second me clicking on a full diffuser set just to get home to fins that loo like $#*!, thank god I'm constantly working on dodges or I would've had to wait a week plus for your employees negligence, all I'm saying actually look at what your sending out and make sure it actually matches

Install is very simplistic as long as you have the proper tools. Take a moment to watch the install video and away you go! The vehicle sits perfectly with the aftermarket 20" wheels and a 45% tire profile. The ride is rough but completely expected for the price point and staggering drop in height.

I have ordered multiple multiple things from American muscle and they have all been good for the most part. I ordered blacked out 5.0 badges for my 2020 gt mustang. The first time they gave them to me they gave me 2 lefts instead of a left and a right. I waiting a WEEK and a half for them to mail me new ones just for them to do the same thing. I don't understand how hard it it to put a left and a right badge in a bag and call it a day completely dissatisfied.

I purchased wheel and tire package in the evening.

The next morning I called to change it to a different wheel. It was like 9am you time I was told I could not cancel the order as it was shipped, processed, pulled I was given several reasons.
So if you have clear term your staff can't explain it your website does not show it. It should be a warning at the check out.
Then the item arrives damaged. How good of a experience is this.
I belong to a large community of motor heads here in Nor cal and many of us dozens of Mustang alone modify our cars.
I will share this experience in detail on all our social media format that we use to communicate and share mods and ideas.
Your staff offered no solution to a $2000. 00 purchase to a long time client and offered nothing to solve the damage issues.
I made the suggestion which I have not received the email as promised.

Recently ordered the Flowmaster x-pipe scavenger series for the 2011-2014 mustang gt. Received it on the exact date they said it would arrive. The packaging was solid and undamaged. The x-pipe is in great shape as well. Overall a great experience

American Muscle Has parts galore for your mustang needs. Orders are processed and shipped on the same day and arrive within a few days. The products are high quality with reasonable pricing. I plan to use American Muscle for my current and future needs.

I called to order a fidanza clutch kit,,,, i was told by lady from american muscle that it was too good a deal and she could not honour the price on web site? Told her about there price match policy and that it was there own advertised price she still would not place my order,,,, called back next day spoke with different person he was going to order part but it was now sold out! I made a complaint but never got a reply,,,, customer service sucks,,,, management in charge of complaints sucks!

Emailed to get a revised tune. They waited 6 days to email me back just to say they could not tune for the hard part that I purchased. What's the point of offering free tuning for life if you can't tune for specific parts?

This company absolutely sucks. Over 2 years ago I stopped ordering because they're the equivalent of a restaurant who forgets an order every single time. After two years I gave them a shot and what do they do? After five days of waiting and paying for a rental my wheels come in. I ordered 2 charcoal rims. What did they send me? One black and one charcoal. I have to wait to get an email to send it back, then wait 2 weeks for a return. Also, if you ask for a supervisor, they'll say there isn't one. Which is obviously a lie to try and brush you off. This company is trash, the support system is trash, the whole entire system they have is garbage. So now I'm out of money and will have to pay for another rim and another week of a rental car.

Ordered multiple items. One item was out of stock with 12 week estimated delivery and I was able to get that one item cancelled and refunded back to my account with out any trouble. Received Everything else in a timely manner.

Would have given a five star, however, the banner and sticker that was supposed to be included because of my purchase amount was not in my shipment? Otherwise, exhaust sounds great and was easy to install! Vroom, Vroom!

Was given a $15 credit, but I really wanylted the banner and sticker.

The seats and brackets arrived early! They feel and look amazing and highly recommend for anyone looking for new seats for their Mustang. The overall customer service experience was great too when I had questions about my order.

In just 4 days after ordering I came home to a package, excited to get it installed. I haven't seen the product just yet because I gave it to my body shop guy but was told the spoiler was "bad $#*!." Cant wait to see what it looks like!

When I ordered my route exhaust system, I only ordered two exhaust hangers instead of four. With my installation date coming up, I realized my mistake and ordered another set to be shipped in two days for $7.99! Well I got them in three days and that really screwed up the whole works. The hangers were just fine. I was just upset about the delivery ….

When I bought my car the passenger window was not able to roll down and recently with some free time I decided to order a new motor for it. Package came relatively quick actually and it was packed nicely. Got it in and my window working within the hour

Have been notified multiple times about this item that I wanted to order. Every time I went to order was told out of stock for 10-12 weeks. Why continually notify me when you know it's out of stock. Maybe this time order will actually go through. Waiting to see...

American muscle has everything I need, and everything I didn't think I needed. The shipping is a bit steep, and not every product is worth it. I wish you guys had more of a real carbon fiber selection for interior and exterior items. I have found the SOME of the same brands on Amazon for cheaper (new items).

The purchase of the roush front splitter for mt gt mustang was all very good and feed back was great, the only negative point was that when opening the box all the bolts for attachment were not in their bag but loose in that very big box and not sure if I now have all of them.
