The daily emails for promo items I receive is too much. Several emails per day immediately fallowing my order. It would be nice if those emails were kept to a minimum, and only were sent if regarding an order.

I thought " out of stock" means a long wait for order filled. I signed up to be notified when part is available. Restock did not take long and notification of restock was in a timely manner. Shipping was timely also.

I'm building a Factory 5 Racing Cobra replica. American Muscle had the wheels, Tires, Hubs and Spindles I needed for my project and for a great value. I will continue to make your store my first stop for any of my future needs! Great staff that care about the customer when I needed support!

Fast shipping, easy install except I had to take my throttle body spacer off because there wasn't enough room for filter to clear the sides and I had to stretch the rubber that goes on the throttle body because it was a 90 mm throttle body instead of the stock one but overall the quality is excellent and looks good under the hood. I'm going to see if I can find a little shorter filter so I can put my throttle body spacer back on

All of my recent parts are perfect except for the Roush cold air intake, it's not American Muscle's fault, it's a manufacturing fault. The mass air sensor slot in the tube was not cut to fit properly so I'm sending it back for a replacement of the same CAI for my 2008 mustang gt. Other than that my shipping was only two days which was sooner than expected! These guys are always on top of it!

This is my go to website to either window shopp or actually buy cool products that make my 05 mustang look better than it is. I wanted to return something because the sticker that I ordered had a wrinkle in it but I waited a few weeks (because I procrastinated) and I ended up actually getting in a car crash. So I wanted to return everything that I got so i can get my money back. The person that I called (Chris) was very kind and he let me do the return. Not to mention they answered very quickly! Like after one ring someone picked up. The conversation was very quick as well, he looked up my phone number and saw the purchase and immediately filed the return.

Why do I have to pay for shipping on items under $75? Summit Racing doesn't make you pay for shipping on parts that cost $50 or more. If they had this part I would have purchased it from them because the shipping would have been free. The item I purchased from American Muscle cost me $62 and then I had to pay for the shipping. However, I am pleased with the product and how it looks on my Mustang. Just a friendly thought AM.

I called in to see what's a good intake fit for my car, I need to make sure it's carb legal. The guy I spoke with, Alex, he did research for me and even told me the one that was a beat fit for my car is also the easiest one to install. Purchased it, came in 3 days later and I was very happy about it!

Everything is great except for the shipping took forever to get here the date and time everything changed constantly that part I found to be a bit ridiculous I've ordered probably thousands of dollars worth of products from American muscle in the past for other Mustangs haven't had one for a while these are the first couple items I have added... since acquiring my new one and I'll $#*! about the shipping but I'll still buy the product if it's something I know is not going to disappoint

Fast reliable shipping accurate part for vehicle blah blah

Had to purchase some new stuff for my Mustang. It's my first Mustang and wanted to change up the look/sound a little bit. I came to the right place and found everything I need (so far lol). Everything was in stock, easy check-out, and arrived quickly!

I called to ask specific questions regarding a polished Paxton Novi 2000 tuner kit for a Fox Mustang. Jared went out of his way to find the information I requested, and called me back when he had the information. A+ and shout-out to Jared, great work!

Ordered set of rotors beginning on December, call first week in January to check status, they say FedEx delivered... told me to call FedEx. FedEx after two weeks tells me to tell American muscle to file claim. Another two weeks and told FedEx delivered. They tell me to call back with FedEx on line to disputes... I do that and of course it goes to voicemail. Half a dozen calls back and forth and hours wasted on both ends for. $100 set of rotors. End of day, there prices are deceiving as you sometimes never get the parts. Better to go with CJ.

We were watching an out of stock item to order for my son for Christmas. Got the notification it's back in stock so I ordered it. 500$ as soon as it said it was in stock, I paid, got a confirmation, and magically it's backordered all of the sudden. Kind of crappy to do this just to get the sale by years end. They've already charged my card, but now I get to figure something else out. I will be canceling all orders for the future for both of our cars through American Muscle if this doesn't show in a couple of days, He orders way more than I do through this company. But I will block this account for him if this isn't made right.

Installed the product and it would leave a 1/4 inch gap On window seal at bottom on exterior attached to door
So would allow rain to go inside door more than normal.
Would not recommend this product for 2023 dodge charger sxt

The order was great. My product showed up undamaged. However it was delayed 1 day by FedEx. I paid extra to have it delivered on a certain day and it got here a day later. Of course FedEx says they can't guarantee the delivery date but they will sure take your money and tell you it will be delivered on a certain day. Just to say we'll we don't guarantee anything.

Exhaust pipes had scratches on it, made by the factory bending machine, which may rust.

FedEx is the worst company. My package is supposed to be here on Sunday did not receive it till Wednesday. Wasted my whole plans to install the stuff not happy this deal is nothing with you. This is your shipping company that you use they are horrible I would never ship anything with this company.
