Decided to go for a different style of wheels. Ordered the front wheels to match the staggered rears I had caught some 18x10 gt500 style wheels on a great sale in the spring. Checked them over for shipping damage and all was well.

I had to use the customer chat for awhile before nailing down all the information pertaining to the headlights I ordered. The crew at AM got me a nice discount for all the trouble. Parts shipped and arrived in a very timely fashion. I also purchased the "Install at Local Shop" option for $125.00, which seemed like a great deal; until the shop called. The mechanic did not agree with the price I had and said it was more like $300+ (because it was a three hour job?!) I told him that was my deal and to contact AM, as the instructions stated. I have not heard a damn word from the installation shop since. Which was Wed. July 26th.

It was pretty easy to find what I was in need of and order. The product came in fast and was easy to install but did not work but one time. I checked to make sure that it fixed the problem (and it did), so I buttoned everything up and went to get dressed. Came back out and it was back to acting up again. I hope I can return this soon.

American muscle sent me a faulty 2 step from their failure to test their products before sending it out. Gave me a misfire and made my car run really bad. Contacted them and they could care less finally I get a call from the manager she she says she will pay the shop fee and refund the 2 step. (Only this one time) well they have the two step back and the shop invoice she requested and still not a refund for either. About to be done with this company for good. Spend way too much money to be lied to and treated that way.

Fast shipping, quality vinyl and fairly easy install. The only thing that might complain about is that the decals don't come with the paper transfer tape so I had to take the decals to a local sign shop to have that done pre-installation.

I recently ordered these new complete shocks and spring set for my 2014 Ford Mustang GT because my old ones were going out whenever I hear a whine like sound as I turn the steering wheel. It's good thing that these shocks come complete with the springs already on and ready to be installed.

I called for help with tire sizes and received excellent help and a quote for everything which made check out easy. Everything was delivered in a few days and I look forward to getting all the parts on my Mustang!

I received the part with no instructions at all. I called to ask for instructions and was told they couldn't supply them. They suggested going to a competitors site to watch their video. They also said they would e mail me info for sites that might help. They never sent anything.

I few questions about different parts.so I emailed American muscle and they got back to me with in hardly any time and answered my questions right away. I was very impressed. I will always use American muscle from now on.

Ordered 571.00 of brake parts which is shipped in pieces- told it would be delivered by Monday the 4th- so I set up an installation appointment for the 7th and I won't receive my front rotors until the 7th which I have to cancel my installation appointment and reschedule. Really don't know why all the parts get sent separately

I'm most definitely not mechanically inclined but I installed my cold air intake myself and it only to me about 45 minutes tops. I felt the power difference immediately, the pedal and car felt lighter and I'm loving the feel!

Always a great experience shopping at American muscle. Products are always great and always gets delivered quick. Im always able to install whatever I order from here within a few days because I receive it so quickly

Ordered new wheels and tires and locking lug nuts. The lug nuts stated I would receive them after 2 days and the wheels and tire kit 3-5 days. So far it has been a week and none of my order has even shipped yet. I contacted AM a few days ago asking why it didn't ship yet and their response was simply "it takes 3-5 days to mount and balance the wheels and process the order" (which is bs considering the site says I will receive order in 3-5 days) after saying that they cancelled the chat and I have not heard from them since and my $2,000 order is no where to be seen.

For over a month I have been dealing with this order. 4 times they have sent the incorrect item. And four times I have had to return it via ups. On the 4th time they refuse to Have ups come pick it up. Will never by from this company again.

AM got my package to me with in a few days. Delivery was fast and on time. AM also followed up with an email to verify I had received my order. As for the item I ordered, that was also stupendous…it was exactly what I was expecting and wanting.

My package is lost in the warehouse somewhere. I can't get a replacement and it sucks. Staff doesn't really care to help find it and aren't very willing to work with me. It's sad because I like the company but things like this ruin it.

My experience was great and has always been with American Muscle. However I was a little disappointed to find that one of the caster camber plates I ordered was missing a hex bolt. Quick fix at local orielly and more than likely not at the fault of AM rather the manufacturer.

The install video was so not detailed and took me forever to figure out and researching which wire i needed to tap into. All in all the lights r great when i figured out for myself how to install them but yes just install video and everything like that sucked.

Make sure to break these in when you get the set new as brakes will slightly slip due to them needing to be broken in you can feel it not grip at low speeds and softly lettin off brakes to allow car to roll forward

I received my 2,000 wheels in just cardboard boxes. No insulation whatsoever. The boxes were broken and squished. It was just complete lack of care for the product. Then when I opened my wheels I had multiple scratches on two of my wheels. Now they did take care of me in regards to the damaged wheels. But still when you spend money like this your product should be packaged properly and handled with care.

The product worked as advertised. This is normally something that a lock smith would try to get all the money they could from and I am glad I didn't give in. For all just remember when after cycling the key 8 times that on the last cycle, leave the key on and then press a button for it to program. Don't give up and lock those moosestang doors! Yes I meant moosestang!

Never got a confirmation email from you guys, even called once to make sure you had the right email. I got this one but I still can't track my package. I spent a pretty good amount of money with you guys so i would like to know the details on my order

Seller took my order & it was processed. I received the product. The product itself is trash. Not sure that falls on American Muscle and I do not know if the manufacturer was vetted or not. If it hasn't been done then I would suggest doing a background on the maker of the product YOU sell. American Muscle is better than this manufacturer.
