Pathetic customer service and so slow on shipping out orders, I ordered exhaust that was guaranteed delivery by a certain date and AM drug their feet getting it out for shipment so now its made my delivery date push back by more than a couple days! Pathetic on AM part!

American muscle has everything you need for your car. There are alot of selections and mods available and shipping is fast. I would highly recommend even if your just beginning to add stuff to your car.

One of the products I ordered did not come with instructions and appears to be slightly too big to fit into the stock harness even though it is the correct sized lights. The second products ordered did come with instructions, but the four side markers where not labelled in any fashion as to which were drivers side, which were passenger side or which were front or rear of vehicle.

Had the spoiler all painted, pulled off the old one, attached the hardware, but none of the holes in the trunk lined up. Had to drill all new holes for the spoiler to fit. Including the 2 outside bolt holes, they were a 1/4" closer together than the old spoiler holes. Other than that the spoiler was fine and looks good installed.

The delivery of Item #: *******, has been nothing short of the worse delivery experience I've had with American Muscle. The scheduled delivery date Of 4/12/22; was pushed back to 4/14/22 and then yet again to 4/18/22. I even contacted American Muscle via email and got a response, stating Only we received you email.

They suck first off i order shocks for my car they sent one right one and the other one was wrong called got the right one ordered in took 4 days to get here and then went to put it on a week later cause I was busy and they sent the wrong hard ware and old hard ware won't work worst company I have ordered from never going to order again from them

Purchased a lower control arm set. After installing parts it became apparent that the parts had the wrong ball joints installed and I nearly crashed my car. Called AM about my issue and was told there was nothing that could be done. I was told to contact manufacturer. They also refused to help. At this point I no longer have my old parts or the boxes the new ones come in. I have to acquire parts to fix my car before I can send these back. Called AM back and was told I could return them within 10 days. Or I could take $60 store credit. I chose to return so I could get my money back. Few days later I get email saying I only have 4 days and that is only for store credit. Asked for extension and the supposedly agreed to that but I didn't get confirmation. I canceled my most recent order. I'm no longer shopping here. I'm happy to only be out a few hundred dollars. Want to find a company that is willing to help you instead of finding every reason not to.

I found everything I needed quick and easily. Shipping was fast and everything was packaged well. All parts were high quality. The customer builds helped me find even more items that I wanted and I put them into my wish list.

Took a chance on an open box flowmaster outlaw exhaust. Product description stated very good condition, show pics of dings and scratches but nothing about leaks. Upon inspection the x-pipe welds were not completed. I could see light at the x-pipes. To be sure I plugged 3 ends and forced air into it, and it leaked at the cross over. I was alright with the cosmetic imperfections but not manufacturer defects. I tried to contact flowmaster but they never returned my call. Called American Muscle and they offered me a partial store credit to keep the defective part. All said if both Flowmaster and American Muscle would have took care of the manufacture defect it wouldn't be just passed on to the consumer.

I initially ordered an item because I needed it quickly and it was listed as arriving by a certain date. The item updated to say it would not ship for nearly a month so I ordered from another vendor and canceled my order. Customer service gave me a small credit for the issue. When I tried to use the credit on my next order it did not apply automatically (as the note said it would) and there was no option to add it to my order. Every order I've placed has just been obnoxious in one way or another.

I bought some performance shocks for the same price I could have gotten standard shocks for at the local auto stores. The only thing that could have been better is to have a short one page instruction sheet in the box.

Took me three attempts to place my order due to the website crashing (not my computer but the site) and then the delivery arrived three days late. Product is what was expected, not exceptional but good for what I paid for.

The first set of headers that I ordered where sent to the wrong house, lucky I know the guy and he called and let me come over and get them. When I finally got them the box had holes in it and headers where damaged. I sent them back and received another set that had holes in the box but only had slight damage so I settled for those.

I was hesitant to buy a throttle response controller in fear of it not working the way I expected. I was amazed at the product and how my car performs with it. It was definitely worth buying and I would recommend to anyone.

I purchased a trunk mat for my 2019 Mustang GT with shaker subwoofer for Father's day. Received the wrong one, without a subwoofer. I returned and received another one. Again, it was the wrong one without a subwoofer. Was not happy. The operator was very apologetic and I told him not his fault. Did not yell, just told him I again was not very happy and have to take time out to go to UPS store again. I asked about a discount. Operator told me his manager offered a 4% discount for the next order. I told him forget the insult and to refund my money. The box clearly states "no shaker". Dealt with AM for past 5 years. They are going down hill.

I received a catalogue about a month earlier so I had time to peruse the products. I wanted. It was easy to open their site and order the items. Received the items in less than a week. Pretty good for an international order

The style bar I ordered came well packaged and was delivered when estimated. The only issue I had was with the templates in the instructions being the wrong size & customer service was unable to assist

I buy a lot of my parts through these guys. Sometimes their cheaper than Late Model Reatoration & they have products that LMR doesn't have so I shop between the two. Always very fast shipping & very knowledgeable staff. One of the best places to get mustang parts.

Quick shipment. Called and asked for some details on different styles and options available for my car and they did some leg work to give me all the information I asked for. Pleased with my experience.

So, I ordered headlight bulbs and an emblem along with headlights and a headlight assembly. The headlight assembly and headlights all came at one time. However, I was still missing the bulbs and emblem. So I go through the email that they send, and then go into the website, and track my order and it says all 3 packages were delivered (only 2 were.) So I proceeded to call FedEx and inform them they forgot one of my packages. However, I go back through my email and it says USPS on my lights and emblem, not FedEx (in my email, not the AM website.) So I go through the tracking number through the email and it's the correct one for tracking. I don't know if it's American muscle, or if it's usps and how it does its stuff. But it's just something I experienced this purchase.

The experience that I had with American Muscle is the best that anyone can deliver. They are Excellent with their deliveries and great to communicate with and have outstanding products that they stand behind. I just wish I had more money to purchase all that I have in my saved list..

Ordered powerstop brake and rotor kit. Never got any tracking info. Kept calling them only for them to tell me it'll be there soon. A week and a half later I never got it. Now I'm fighting with them to get refunded. Horrible horrible. If I can give them negative stars I would

Everything was packed real good and the shipping was real fast 10/10
