I engage this company through one of their supervisors Axel Wright. I was first aggressively pursued to buy additional services by Axel, then when he has the cash, he disappears. So far, I have gotten a boilerplate website that only have changes I made to it. The company lacks professionalism, customer service, accountability, and scruples. It's day 23 and I have not seen anything but broken promises. No sign of the small website, flyer, and logo i paid money for on March 20,2024. This company and Axel Wright should be ashamed for ripping off people who do not know about website design. I want my money back.

This company scams you out of services that you don't need or they are unwilling or unable to provide. It is very difficult to get a hold of the account manager assigned after you get thru the sales process. Please be aware that you will be charged for products and services that you don't need.

American Web Designers did fantastic branding work for my new business. They provide top-notch quality services at very affordable packages. I am very much impressed by their customer service and great work.
I hired American Web Designers to help me with my brand's digital marketing, and they did an amazing job! They created a social media campaign that increased my brand awareness and generated a lot of leads. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a digital marketing agency.
Please stay away. Complete rip off and no responsibility taken for THEIR MISTAKES. Low IT Techs with NO Experience to fix things so they say that they are no longer responsible after the website created is delivered.
