They did not apply the discounts I saw on my screen (60% off and free shipping), charged me full price which was not what I agreed to, have failed to answer requests to cancel my order and their customer service hours are 9am-3pm PST according to their automated phone number which does not match what they advertised online.

Claim Free shipping with $50 or more, but has to pay $17 shipping fee, that equal 5X Times regular shipping fee for Amazons or other online shipping and takes more than a week to received. $17 equal EXPRESS SHIPPING for a next day... This system need to upgrade to better service. Horrible online shipping, items quality are deadly cheap, made in CHINA

I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased but NEVER AGAIN! I ordered an outfit and glasses to see if I would like the quality. When making the purchase my items were in stock but once I received my order confirmation it stated my outfit was on "backorder." How & why would you charge me for an item you don't have?! Red flag number one! I immediately requested a refund. I received a refund of 17.99 for the outfit since I ordered when they had a 60% off sale. I was told my glasses could not be returned because they are accessories. Yeah, okay whatever! Basically, I'm stuck with these ugly glasses that was NOT worth the $8 (with discount) and shipping costs! I paid more for this overpriced BS than I would have paid for the outfit. NOT worth it! I would rather have a full refund and sent this BS back. The point of making a purchase to begin was for the outfit you did NOT have! A complete waste of money and now I'm scrambling to find last min outfits for my trip! Customer service suck! Don't bother trying to contact by phone! However, I was able to get a response via email. DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY!

I ordered a costume for Halloween on Monday, October 22. I was sent a confirmation email which stated that it would 3-4 days to process the order. I immediately called customer service and they NEVER picked up. The call always went straight to a prerecorded message. After calling them all day and not getting a reply, I sent them an email. They still have not responded to that either. The next day I called again. After several attempts to reach them, someone finally answered. I asked them if they could tell me if the package would get to me in time for Halloween and if not I asked if I could cancel the order. They told me that I could not cancel my order because it had already shipped out. I asked them why I hadn't been sent a tracking number. They said we will send you the tracking number later this afternoon. That was yesterday! I still have not received a response or an email with my tracking number. This is VERY ridiculous and I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company again. This is the first and last time I will order from this company. Pathetic...

Website is a scam

They do not own any of the products! They order all the products from other vendor once an order is made on their website thus leaving a very long shipping and complicated canceling process. I made a purchase weeks ago for the first time AMICLUBWEAR website. Lured in by the 60% off the only to find out later the free shipping that we all should receive is only reflective when you enter the " FREESHIP" code. I thought this was a mistake so I continued with the purchase using the 60% off the entire website sale code and paid the $17 shipping. Mind you this was ordered on Friday. Saturday and Sunday they were closed. I called on Monday and was told I can only choose one of the code. Basically you either get 60% off or free ship which I found is a total scam! If the entire website is having 60% off why can't the website do an automatic price change and have customers enter the free code. They intentionally make it difficult. Toward the end of the call, I decided it is not worth the purchase and request for a cancellation. She said she put in the request and I should be notified within 24hrs. 24hrs has passed, I called and again they said there is no update. They are "trying" to get a hold of the vendors they ordered the products from to cancel it. This goes on for 1.5 weeks until they send me an email that product is shipped. This is a terrible business practice that I could never support. The customer service representative was very unhelpful too. I will make sure those who have an interest in purchasing goods from you are aware of this. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a costume and when I received the tracking info I realized I wouldn't receive my package until the day after my Halloween party I was on the phone with ups and they couldn't help called AMIclubwears customer line I was on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for a representative to answer so I hung up I sent an email on Tuesday morning expressing my concerns and still no response I would never order from them again

I ordered from this website, and they claimed to have sent my package through USPS but never gave USPS an apartment number to deliver to even though my address had an apartment number. And now USPS claimed to have delivered the package. And Ami says they will not refund or reship the items I ordered because the status said delivered from USPS. And by the way they also didnt insure my package. So this is me loosing my money because of these people. Getting none of all 6 items I ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is a disaster, i placed two orders for boots. One got on backorder and the other one still on transit. They sucks sending the tracking information, you need to call and stay on the line the whole day waiting for someone to pick up the phone. I have placed this order 3 weeks ago and i have nothing yet. This is unbelivable, if you see 5stars reviews they might be the people working form them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS A HEADACHE AND WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I purchased a pair of single sole mesh pumps in late April in a 7 1/2 and they were too big! I returned them & purchased single sole pumps in a size 7 but they were too small! I paid 14$ to return them & I was waiting for my store credit to purchase the shoes in a size 8 but when I called to ask the status they said they were returning the shoes to me because they were worn! I have NO IDEA how they were worn if they didn't even fit me! Why would I pay 14$ out of my own pocket & then another shipping fee for another size shoe if they were worn?! Once I receive them back today I will be taking pictures & posting them on social media with this madness. Completely unacceptable & such a SCAM! No wonder they ALWAYS have some kind of sale for cheap shoes because they charge a lot for shipping, you have to pay out of pocket to have shoes returned & they only issue store credit. NEVER AGAIN. Lesson learned, I would rather pay a little more money for the same shoes from LolaShoetique & get better service than with Amiclubwear. I may have lost out on 80$ including the return shipping and purchases but you've lost out on a loyal customer & all my clients, friends and family I recommended your site to!

ECEMBER I HAD ORDER BOOTS, AFTER 2 WEEKS OF PURCHASE I FINALLY RECEIVED MY ORDER. ONE OF MY BOOTS WERE SENT INCORRECTLY, RIGHT BOOT WRONG COLOR. SO I CONTACT AMI AFTER WAITING FOR 45 UNTIL I SPOKE TO CUSTOMER; EXPLAINED HOW WRONG ITEM WAS SENT TO ME THEY WILL SEND OUT A RETURN LABEL, AS SOON AS I RECEIVED LABEL I SENT IT BOOTS BACK TO THEM. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A RESPONSE OR RETURN FOR A MONTH. NOW THEY TELL ME THAT THEY WONT BE ABLE TO SEND ME MY ITEM/BOOTS BUT ONLY A RETURN OF MY MONEY. I CAN NOT BELIVE THIS COMPANY I HAVE BEEN PURCHASING FROM THEM FOR 3 YEARS NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL RECENTLY, HORRIBLE ONLY BECAUSE THEY SEND ME THE WRONG ITEM. I do not believe ANY of the good reviews here! Read the AMI return policy. You cannot return anything for a refund, and if you look at what qualifies for a "store credit", it really is nothing, because of the cheap prices and the discounts. So, they send absolute garbage and you are stuck with it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AMI! I warned you.

If you buy from AMI Clubwear you will regret it! The positive reviews here MUST BE FAKES. There is NO WAY anyone has had a positive experience with AMI. NOT POSSIBLE.

My experience was of a shipping issue - UPS made a mistake on my delivery address and recognized there error. UPS stated they'd refund the shipping cost to AMIclubwear BUT AMIclubwear was to refund me the shipping cost I paid. Well this is where it gets good... I contacted AMI via phone and email. Each live rep I spoke to acts like they know nothing of a UPS refund and I keep getting told someone will call me back. I've confirmed with UPS and they have issued the refund. So I decide to send an email to there support area; on 1/26 I get a response stating they'll be happy to refund me and its been confirmed with UPS, so I can expect a refund and to allow up to 3 business days. Well its now been 7 business days today- 2/4 and no refund. I call CS, the rep says she doesn't see anything about a refund nor knows who sent me that email and says someone will call me back. Well that was 2 days ago and no one has called back; big surprise.?! So the way I see it, UPS is going to refund them yet there not going to refund me what I paid for UPS to ship it to me, unbelievable! I have since contacted my bank regarding this matter. This company is DISHONEST & lacks customer service. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT buy anything from them! God forbid something be wrong with your order; good luck getting them to fix the problem!
