Amiclubwear has some of the most amazing products especially their clothing and shoes. Not to forget their ridiculous sale prices and door buster. I've been purchasing their goods for a year now and I've never had any bad experiences. Only thing I must say is the shipping price is a bit costly and the processing time can take up to 3 days which I truly don't appreciate. Go and shop at this site if you need quality goods, you won't regret it!

I oder a dress they send wrong colour but I cant bother to go thru the struggles to return so I just have to keep it. First time that ever happen. And I also oder a jumpsuit tha cannot fit how do I return it back and reoder something else.

The out fits seem shorter and cs is not good when your told you are not able to return items due to mark down when they really not marked down.
I've also recieved ripped items only to be told they are not manufactory damages and then when I look back on how much I've spent they should be gald to return if it needs to be return.

Every order that I receive something is always wrong either the merchandise is damaged, the packaging is ridiculous or my order is messed up. Customer service is terrible. I have plenty of orders with ami and only have been just on with excepting one order because I had an event to go to. Even then I had to take shows to a shoe maker to have the sole of the shoe joined properly. There was even a time a received wedged boots with no heels on them. Yes the website hs wonderful pricing within budget but I've received shoes from retail store that are better quality
The last 2 time I shopped I was really disappointed when I received the shipment. I usually purchase at least five pairs at once and on these occasions three out of were so old and dusty, the soles were falling off and they seem as if they were exposed to the elements for long periods. I am seriously considering boycotting that site.

The sweater I ordered appears way smaller in person than on the website. It wasn't made apparent that the fabric wasn't stretchable, there are no care instructions anywhere on the sweater, nor is there a size indicator letting me know I even received the size I ordered. Also, it should be made more apparent that you only offer returns for store credit and no cash back, which I think is a stupid policy that no business should implore. Especially when it comes to buying clothes online and you are unsure of the fit. Now I'm stuck with a sweater for my wife she probably won't wear and I am out $25 because of the ridiculous shipping costs. Horrible 1st time experience.
