I'm still waiting on my back order I've emailed them over 10 times no response how they just go take my money
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS COMPANY! I ordered a bathing suit, a lingerie set and a robe on August 24th (it's now September 8th), for two weeks I had no shipping information, I couldn't get in contact with customer service and when I finally did it was via email and the would email me back AFTER business hours around 8-9PM. They will take your money and NOT send your order in a timely manner. I spent about $85 to only get two items and the others be on backorder. I've asked to cancel the order MULTIPLE times and to speak with a manger and I keep getting the run around. Not only does their customer service suck $#*!, but the bathing suit was super cheap. There were runs by the underwear part as if someone had worn it and there was NO tape or paper covering it to keep it clean. I WILL not be wearing ANY of these items. If you want nice, clean, inexpensive lingerie, FORGET AMICLUBWEAR and go to YANDY! They're awesome!

Over a year ago, I ordere shoes from amiclubwear and loved them. I was so satisfied that I would go about recomending them to whoever would ask about my shoes. However, my recent experience was so HORRIBLE! I ordered about $100 of shoes and on the checkout it had my old address, which I manually changed before submitting. Weeks later, I was worried that my order never arrived so I took it upon myself to track it down. Come to find out that the day that I checked amiclubwear created a shipping label for my package to ship it to my old address (10 hours away from where I currently live); immediately, I emailed their customer service and told them about my issue. Customer Service basically replied telling me to call UPS and figure it out on my own. I call UPS and they tell me that amiclubwear has access to reroute/cancel my package. Soon after, I emailed amiclubwear and haven't heard back from them since. I invested my money and time and it's very disappointing that amiclubwear did little to accommodate my customer needs. Last time I ever shop or EVER recommend them.
Loved to use amiclubwear. I am a regular buyer. Very satisfied with new pair of shoes i have ordered.
Company refuses to accept returns for items, will not order anything again. I recommend going somewhere else to shop...

Idk why this place keeps getting bad reviews. I am NOT apart of the company. I am just a young person from Houston, TX. I got my order when i was expecting it, and I ordered it about a week and a half before going out of town and I need the dresses for some red carpet events in LA.

That is my order page and the package that arrived plus shots of the 2 dresses. I look a mess (as you can see my crazy hair sticking from the side of some of the pics), or else I would of taken pic with the the dresses on. They fit perfectly... true to size. I ordered a Large and nothing is too small.
Most people I see order like 10+ items and are missing items or have wrong items. I always order small when ordering online (5-10 items max, and depending on how "rebutable" the store is) but even when i've ordered from Forever 21 with only 4 items, they messed up 2 of them. Of course their customer service was great... i've never had to deal with Amiclubwear customer service (but i hear its bad). But places like this you shouldn't expect to order a trillion things and get it all right. Always order a few at a time because its not like you're going to wear it all at once anyways. I've ordered from here about 10 times and all of my things have been right and shipped within the ground shipping estimated days.
First off I have ordered from Amiclubwear two times and they have been unprofessional, and inconsistent with the shipments and inquires about the time, and issues that the receivers are having. The first time they shipped my product it took them several days to deliver it through ups after I had already paid for expedited shipping. The next purchase was literally one week ago and i paid 40$ for shipping and therefore I should received it in a timely fashion. Ups basically lied and claimed that attempted to deliver the shoes, however, they never attempted the last time. My purse was stolen from valet out of my car and they didnt even care to listen to, but charged me an additional 20.15$ just to resend the order. The call center was beyond argumentative and I never experienced this type of $#*! in my life of online purchasing. No wonder their prices is so cheap and beatable because they never send out orders, scam people and leave you holding for an hour. I spent 200$ damn near with this company and they wouldn't even refund my money after I told them that I wasn't going to repay shipping and handling. I will never ever order from a less fortunate company such as Amiclubwear, and I don't suggest anyone get ripped off from them.
I bought 2 bikinis off AMI clubwear and it broke before i even put on the bathing suit! So i contacted them and they ignored all of my emails. Then they said my other bathingsuit was a backorder and a month later i still never received it. So i e-mail them about this asking for a refund and they also ignored all my e-mails. I had to contact Paypal and to get a refund back AMI contact paypal saying that they sent my bathing suits so i had to contact Paypal again saying that that only sent one so now to get my refund back i have to pay with my own money to send back that 1 bathing suit that they sent me. HORRIBLE WEBSITE NEVER BUYING FROM IT AGAIN

This Online Store is the WORST ever. The shoes are CHEAP and the Return POLICY SUCKS. I purchased a pair of the riding boots, they arried on a friday and I wore them on Saturday My shoe size is a 8 and My foot is narrow. While I was walkiing in the mall I noticed the stitching came aloose and when I contaced the store. They inform me that I have to take a pic of the shoe email them then they will tell me what they can do for me. They siad I could not get a refund only store credit. Who wants to purchhase anything else if this is how you treat you customers. I want my money returned but I get what I paid for. They were cheap and I will never purchase anything from this sight ever. Please read the return policy before you purchase something from any store or onlie store.
