I ordered some shoes and a dress for my wife and they didn't fit correctly. We tried to return them and they refused to refund our money. It wouldn't hurt them one bit because they don't refund money to the customer, they only give store credit! I have purchased from them several times and was not happy that I was not treated as a valued customer. Nowhere on the receipt they sent me did it say that these clothes were non-returnable.
The clothing line quality is very poor made. The fabric is very cheap, look nothing like I'm in the image. Very difficult to reach customer service. But at the end, they willing to work with you on the return. I like their shoes on the other hand. Very nice and some how comfortable. It depends on the shoes. I ordered the pump and other fashion shoes.Not sure about the boots.
Ordering online is very simple, prices with discounts are hard to pass up! Also the huge selection is a plus!
Deals are great. But I keep experiencing back orders lately in which I end up just paying for the s&h fee instead of saving. I just hope they do something about it. More power Amiclubwear.

Most times I can find some good buys on shoes, and then I don't. I have a few pair of shoes that I purchased from this site that came apart after ine or two wears. I was working (I work in bank), walking across the lobby and one pair snapped in half, then one time the entire bottom sole came off. Very embarrassing. No I didn't call or complaint, but I was very dissatisfied. I still order from y'all because of the great prices. I normally order ar least 8-10 pair per order. Tge last time I had to ship shoes back it was a hassle. I recommended this site to all my associates, I even advertise for y'all like I work there or received a pay check lol. A free pair of shoes of my choice would be nice. I love shoes. I think I got a couple hundred in my closet that I no longer have room for, their in my hall closet, under the bed, top n bottom of my closet, in baskets too. I am a shoeaholic. Amiclubwear? Yes I am.
Their prices and their discounts are spectacular, the only thing that kind of gets you at the end is their high shipping rates that seem to cancel out the discounts.
I asked for a refund or some type of solution for a non good quality product and never got an answer back. Bad feedback. I was once Helped back with product and this time no help.

I really have loved all the shoes I have purchase, however there were a few that seemed to be worn before. Because I buy so many at such a good price I didn't return them or even call and ask what I should do. I also had a pair that was not in stock and I did not receiv a credit. Outside of that I have recommended this site to lots of people, even ones I do not know as I am always getting compliments on my shoes!
The jacket didn't look like what the picture showed. I was also disappointed in the selection of shoes available.

One pair of my shoes stated one size on the box and another size was in the box. Two other pairs were too small for the size ordered.
I often purchase from this store but one of my last orders still aye on hold. I received everything but a pair of my shoes and I still have. O idea where the shoes are if I am getting a refund anything so I do not know what is going on there needs to be better communication in this aspect. And I don't lie that you don't get points for the things you purchase anymore. Also the shipment with the missing shoes I was supposed to receive a free gift and I never got anything free.
