Ordered a jewelry Armor January 7 2021. I was told 12 to 14 weeks to make and deliver. May 26,2021…. Still waiting. Called customer service today May 26 and they are doing inventory. They will call us in 2 weeks to let us know when it will ship. Should have never paid in full up front. They got there money and now the service sucks! Never buy from them again. If they contacted me periodically with updates I probably would be more understanding. Oh well lost a customer for life.
I couldn't be happier with my new bedroom set from Amish Outlet Store. The quality is outstanding and the finish is gorgeous. I was nervous making such a large purchase online without seeing anything in person, but everything is picture perfect and solid wood built to last. The delivery men were professional, polite and fast. I was impressed with the care they took to ensure there was no damage to the furniture or my home. I will definitely order from them again.
I've been waiting for a desk I ordered and paid half for since Sept. 3 2021. I was first told it would take six months, then eight moths and now ten to eleven months. Who knows what they'll say then? If I had not had to pay half in advance I would have long ago cancelled my order and just gotten a desk locally.
Be prepared to wait and wait and wait.
Amish Outlet responded with a $150 discount, which makes the worth more palatable.
Ordered two pieces in cherry wood. Had color samples on cherry sent to me. Chose coffee as it was a close approximation to another cherry piece I have. The coffee stain sample still allowed the beauty of the cherry to show. Received pieces. Much darker and veins of wood barely visible. Amish Outlet sent me a new coffee color chip to compare. Amish Outlet response's "The stain is darker, but is a good representation of 226 Coffee". If I had wanted a darker stain, tobacco or espresso, for instance, I would have chose that color and probably would have chosen a less expensive wood species

Apparently I cannot comment on the manager's comment from my bookcase review. The floor where the bookcase was put was level, the delivery person and I checked that first thing. I didn't suggest the $50 back, it was their only offer, as I would've had to pay several hundred dollars freight to return the unlevel bookcase. One of the magnet closures was broken, and they sent me a new one. The light inside still doesn't work. I used my own shim to level the bookcase. One of the doors wasn't straight, the finish was scratched off where the door hits the frame. I would never do any business with them again! How is it my fault that this bookcase has so many issues?

Ordering furniture online can be an unnerving experience but if you're picky like me, it's often the only alternative as it's difficult to find what you want in the store. I found everything I wanted at AOS and immediately felt at ease after speaking with Carol on the phone. She was very thorough in setting the right expectations for cost, delivery, process, etc. I received the furniture exactly within the designated timeframe and the quality was beyond my expectation. Well worth the $$ and time. I highly recommend paying the additional (nominal) fee to have the furniture set up in your home. The delivery team was exceptional!
I seldom submit reviews, but our experience with Amish Outlet Store was so pleasurable that I must submit this one. From my first telephone call, to the delivery and setup of our dining room furniture, every interaction with the staff was professional. By the time we placed our order, we knew exactly what we were getting. Every piece matched perfectly (after we selected the stain and finish from samples that were mailed to us.) Each piece was beautifully crafted. The delivery was made as promised, on time, even though we live many states away from the factory. We were called by the driver in transit so we could make arrangements for delivery at an exact time. This manufacturer is very easy to deal with, the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, and the product is above expectations. If you want a perfect experience with selection of furniture, I highly recommend Amish Outlet Store. You may need to wait a bit, but it is well worth it!

Prospective buyers come from all over the USA and Canada to view their lines of products. Brick and Mortar stores plus Internet retailers sell the same lines that are offered. We offered solutions for this issue including sending the customer new levelers, but they were not receptive. We also suggested moving or turning the bookcase to make sure the floor was level where the bookcase was to be located. The customer would not attempt this test. Subsequent photos provided by the customer suggested the floor was not level. The customer suggested a partial refund and accepted the $50 offered leading us to believe it was a satisfactory solution.
