It's a total scam. I have paid twice $96.00 to purchase credits. NEVER AGAIN! The women do not answer your letters and when they do they take weeks to respond. Phone calls never go thru. The chat is a trap, it's 1 credit PER MINUTE! Video is 3 credits PER MINUTE. LETTERS ARE 10 CREDITS EACH. It is THE MOST EXPENSIVE DATING SITE ON THE INTERNET.
Of course there may be honest girls on that site but for the most part the women work for the site just to make money for them and themselves. Women pop up on the side little windows telling you OBSCENITIES mostly. (that was a red flag!) MOST women in Colombia and surrounding latin-american countries DO NOT have computers in their homes!
WATCH OUT! Asian date and Anastasiadate is a similar scam!

This site isn't for people on a budget. However, if you do have money to spend you will get your money's worth. I've been chatting up ladies over there for a month and I'm enjoying myself.

Beautiful women, but not sure they are as listed. The fees are excessive... and one gest a lot of emails from supposed women but I think it's just a scam... IE, the letters are generated from bogus originations just to collect fees imposed to read emails and one has to buy credits. Now it's $8 per letter read. Thus, receiving dozens of "emails" from "interested ladies" every day I can only assume the emails are automatically generated. There appears to be a lot of racism also as I contacted a listed woman in Puerto Rico and she told me to get lost... "no gustaria el gringos."

So, this is an honest review of "Amolatina.com" without bias as I was just curious to get to the bottom of why there are such varying reviews of this site. I can honestly say... It's a total scam! First off, everything costs money individually and I mean you pay for everything! There is no membership fee for a duration of time like most sites. Secondly, the girls are nothing more than "hookers" to attract men with wallets. Over the period of several weeks, I created numerous profiles with varying information, pictures, and email addresses as a test. Then, I strategically sent messages to the same women from each of the accounts. Amazingly, I got the same responses including the same spelling errors from each of the women for each of the accounts. That tells me the site hires models for their pictures and then some fat bald guy uses the pictures and template emails to entice members, It's pathetic. And even worse, I created an account with information consistent with a "sumo wrestler" (short and very fat) and still got emails from beautiful women. That alone screamed scam! But, it's your money if you want to waste it!

I have been on this website since the end of march and if i would have read this information i would have never wasted 1000. 00 dollas on this type of fraud, theft, and pure misrepresentaion. I have never been ripped off like this in my entire life and this gang of 40 thieves should be sued and put out of business. All of what i have read about this site is right on a total lie and ripoff. I built a relationship with 2 girls mailed them photos my personal info on different dates to medellin and both letters were taken and they will not tell me by whom. Guys this site is a total ripoff do not spend a dime here its all bogus hot girls who are poor and paid proably a buck or two for photos just as you think you are close they disappear. All the letters sent to you by the girls are system generated they do not even know that the letters are sent add a girl favorite to your profile and bam mysteriously you are bombarded by them total total bs michael

It's like pay for everything, you get to read the first email for free but then you must pay to even reply, worst dating site and most expensive operating with this annoying credit system, buy credits and should you put out the credit card info they will constantly bill you automatically. To contact them is a pain, to remove/delete your profile is not user friendly at all. The worse part are the women, anyone who has travelled to Latin countries knows well not all ladies look like professional models. The photos are from professional photographers and the text of the emails you can read for free are doubtful at best.
Most dating sites give you 48 hours free, there I met real women I could chat with and confirm they are real, Amolatina looks fake from the start and the more you look at it the more you doubt its honesty.
I've been on the site for a while, read the occasional email and laugh, the one girl who has constantly contacted me is one I responded to a few times even if sending the response would trigger the dreaded " you must pay for her to read your email" BS, funny how this particular one has sent me at least 8 emails and from the content of those it gives me the impression someone is reading them, making me even more suspicious. Final opinion on AmoLatina, it's a joke. Even the other reviews are inconsistent with normal reviews of any site, pretty well and almost all 5 stars, seriously, even the good honest dating sites don't get 5 stars. Complete BS.

It's a scam site. Here's why:

1. The messages you receive are too complete. When you join you will start to receive messages from girls that match your past search criteria. If you have ever used a site like match.com, you know that most people will send a message of just a few lines. Every girl on amolatina sends a rather well written letter. Not conclusive, but it starts to raise questions. Keep in mind, the site makes money when you send a message to a girl; so it's in their interest to encourage messages.

2. Many of the pictures are too professional. To me this suggests from marketing effort. If they pictures are extremely attractive you are more likely to send a message which again is how this company makes their money.

3. Many of the girls are "online" 24 hours a day. This is the biggest red flag. No one is sitting at home all day waiting for a message from a stranger, unless it's literally their job. I'm sure, and i've read elsewhere that there are kickbacks to agencies who's girls write letters.

It's tempting to ignore the warning signs, but taken together there is a really high chance that this site is a complete fabrication. It is far safer and wiser to simple travel to these countries and meet girls there. Heck you might even do well with the amolatina tours. It's much harder to scam a face to face meeting.

After registering, I understood I wasn't right! Want to underline it, because I know for me, personally, what is to read reviews to the sites you are interesting in.
