Good location. Hotel exceeded expectations. Modern, well maintained, Very clean and very comfortable, good Breakfast. Only complaint was no gin in their bar! (If they are going to sell alcohol the range needs to be better.) This site offered best price too.

Very modern hotel near to Waterloo Station. Central London is within a comfortable walking distance. Helpful staff and good room facilities.

However the service at the Windsor Hotel has deteriorated considerably, Shower head fell off and nearly broke my foot, no apology received and the breakfast which used to be good is now hardly worth having, soggy bacon, stale eggs, no hash browns or mushrooms, cordial instead of fruit juice, poor selection of Sushi the list goes on. Will not stay there again *** max

We booked the Gran Hotel Cochabamba in Bolivia while attending my daughter's wedding. Beautiful place, wonderful breakfast, staff that spoke English as well as Spanish. Price was very reasonable. Could not have asked for more!

Perfect location, quaint hotel with superb service from all of the staff. Excellent traditional foods and friendly servers in a beautifully appointed Dining room overlooking the water capped off our first night!

Did what it said on the label - but was somewhat concerned when received a phone call from them within minutes of booking offering a better price if we paid upfront. My concerns were not justified. All worked well.

After much consideration, I went with this website for booking a hotel in NYC, so far everything has been smooth.

I did have a little trouble getting a hold of their customer service line, but if you wait they will eventually answer and are very nice.

I look forward to my stay this August.

Great hotel. Perfect location just 15 mins from the town centre with a fantastic private garden, large but simple rooms, extensive buffet breakfast and outstanding and friendly service where nothing is too much bother. The reception staff will recommend and call any restaurant or locale for you and guide you to the best experience in Bologna. I will come again.

The Thyme restaurant offers first class food at very reasonable prices.
The staff are all extremely pleasant, making the experience really enjoyable.

First time using amoma. Straight forward easy booking process. Email notifications sent immediate. Made special request after booking and this was acknowledged and done within minutes of being asked. Would highly recommend.

Booking provided fantastic value for money staying in this very iconic and brilliantly located hotel. Right next door to the Grand Opera House and opposite some really good pubs it is only a very short walk into the city centre.

Excellent service and received an upgrade on arrival so really happy. Staff could not be faulted in all aspects of the service. Hotel very centrally located and nothing too much trouble. High quality furnishings and will definitely return.

My room, location, and comfort with a good price was just what I wanted. I felt safe as well. Will go there again. Was surprised by the need for a security deposit. Didn't like the big picture of a woman's face taking up an entire wall. Senior traveler.

First time user of Amoma - Booked hotel online - received voucher (slightly nervous that Amoma was 'missing' from header) - this was not a problem... I arrived at hotel - the booking was in place as they were expecting me.
Straightforward! - would certainly consider using again.

It seemed a bit unreal, finding such a low price for a 5 star hotel. I booked then did some research on Amoma and almost freaked out with people talking about nightmare experiences, reservations not being there or confirmed, that it was a scam, etc. that did not prove to be the case. I called the hotel a week after booking they confirmed our reservation and everything went smoothly. People who complained ab the cancellation policy, it is stated before you book, you can't have a great deal and a non refundable cancellation policy, so I would disregard any of those reviews. Overall, great experience would not hesitate to use again.

Lovely entrance and downstairs. Rooms clean, basic. Notice to say "no paper in the toilet!" Not sure why this was and nothing explained at reception when checking in.
Continental Breakfast basic, only tinned mixed fruit, no fresh.

As everybody that has ever stayed here will attest, the service is absolutely the best. The wait staff, activities staff, maid, front desk. The food choices, including the other resorts in the complex, are limitless. What I noticed most was how clean everything within Hidden Beach stays, from fresh terry covers for the beach loungers to the sidewalks, almost constantly being swept. Just needs a proper beach.

Visited for 3 nights with my 10 year old daughter. Room was good, pool and Turkish steamer was great. What we really appreciated was the warmth and professionalism of your staff. Thanks to them our trip was extra memorable. We'll be back.

Plus points include location near to Roma Termini station, cleanliness, budget price, fast check-in, hot drinks vending machine, room heating and room is made up every day. Cons include wifi only available at lobby and small bathroom. Simple breakfast served and for a simple person like me, a pleasant stay overall.

Been going to this hotel every year since 2007. Excellent location. Wonderful staff, especially Simon. Looked after me well when I fell at Aquatica & needed a wheelchair all week. Going back again later this year.

After we had inconvenience time, staying at Holiday Inn, Manhattan-Financial District, NY. Amoma's customer service reached out, and apologized for that time. They even offer full-refund and future discount. Thank you for the excellent service which i usually don't have from other agencies. For future customer, look closely what you book and call them when you are in doubt. Since wording sometime cause confusing, and it results inconvenient.
