Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.
I made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money. VERY BAD Rezervation number: 57479465
The father of Bogdan did the check in when we arrived.We paid for parking our car in nearby hotel park.We received a plastic card and no one said anything more to us.We did the check out and left the area. After a while Bogdan us and told us that the plastic card is very expensive and we must bring it back and he can image that his father did not tell us that.We returned back, lost time and you can imagine our feelings.
Stayed over the Christmas weekend with family and this was the first time in the hotel. Not a bad hotel. The only complaint I have is that it doesnt have a microwave in the rooms. Its become very inconvenient when you have two small children and you need to warm up milk, food, etc for them. You have to go all the way downstairs into their 24 hr store/food court. The room was very pretty and very clean. Staff was very nice. I would definitely again without the kids.
The site offers affordable accommodation rate, very happy with the services.
But the hotel itself has changed, im a frequent visitor to the hotel. The parking situation where there are no more parking remotes. A person can get mugged while buzzing for reception to open.
The hotel we stayed at was a bit loud. Noise from other rooms as well as from Zocolo. Beds are hard. Pretty good location. First time in Mexico city. Would probably choose different location next time

We arrived after midnight on a late flight and had a smooth check in. Although our room was prebooked, it had been given to someone else!
However we were given an executive suite instead! It had a big lounge, large bedroom and kitchen too.
Brilliant! Cannot fault anything about this hotel and the service is excellent too.

Absolutely awful! Avoid at ALL costs!
The customer service is awful, I was on hold over the phone for 43 minutes, eventually got through (as I heard background noise) and the person hung up. I tried the live chat and Julian, gave the worst customer service I have EVER received. I cancelled my booking, lost my money and will go elsewhere.
I urge you DO NOT USE this company. I very rarely give bad feedback, only praise when it's deserved, but on this occasion, I had to leave feedback to warn others.

It was efficient. I was contacted with a discounted rate after doing just an enquiry. That was excellent service. I paid with an american express card and got charged more than the offer that was made. When I enquired, I was informed that it was due to me using an American Express card which has a higher charge. Please read the fine print. I did not. Still good value for money.

I got several emails misleading me such as the email that made me paid the fee twice. And it is not good for me after booking to receive an email that indicates I can book a hotel cheaper price than I booked.

Tram is half a block from hotel, take that to the train station. Breakfast is good but you need to cook your own eggs and pancakes. Otherwise there is the usual cereals, bread and toast. The crescent and butter horns are amazing.
I travel al lot and wanted to try a new service provider and Amoma.com came up with the best price for my specific location. When I arrived at my destination, they didn't have a room available. So I finally got in touch with Customer Care and after a long while they contacted the hotel and I overheard the hotel say they responded to Amoma.com when the reservation was requested they didn't have room. Basically they didn't, but they did give me a room - Amoma.com said it was ok as they had 'guaranteed' a ROH room and that is what I received. After complaining, Amoma.com send a small stipend - 10% - so I am appreciative of their willingness to admit they - their supplier - might have messed-up.

Convenient location for those taking or arriving by ferry. We arrived by car and parking was a bit confusing. They have a parking lot for approx 40 cars. When we got there, they were all taken. The solution was a nearby garage where they came and got the car. We were told it would be 12, turned out to be 15. Not a big difference but it caused confusion.
Front desk and restaurant staff was nice, helpful and friendly.
The best part was their rooftop bar. It was interesting to sit and watch the ferries being loaded before setting sail.
Our room was adequate, nothing fancy/ it was clean and we appreciated the hot water pot for early morning coffee.
No complaints. Wouldn't want to stay for more than a night or two.
I booked a hotel in London and paid for it. A week before the trip they cancelled it, they said it was beyond their control and would let me know why it had been cancelled. I phoned the hotel and they said it was nothing to do with them but they were already fully booked! With only 1 week left till my trip I ended up paying triple the amount on a hotel! Don't waist your time with them.
Rates for Indian hotels are very good but customer service for any booking related problem is worst in resolving any issue. For my refund of booking number ******* is still need to address by customer support team. I sent five mails followed by two calls but still at square zero.
Part payment for this booking was made through TT and balance by credit card. I cancelled this booking and balance refund requested to credit in my credit card but still to date reply received

Overall the hotel provide good facilities with courteous staff. However, I wish to get more indicative when we enter the parking which is undoubtedly big and the parkings near the hotel entrance are not clearly stated. Wish for better indication.

Felt like the website didn't give me enough information about how I was going to be billed or even include check in/check out dates of the hotel I booked in my e-mails. With it being my first time using the site, I was iffy on confirming a booking because of the lack of details in my confirmed e-mails as well. This site is so horrible! Their customer service is terrible. They booked us st the wrong hotel then the rest of our party that we are traveling with. They won't refund our money to rebook and want us to pay a cancellation fee when it was THEIR fault. Didn't even offer us a discount or money for THEIR mistake. A lot of people are complaining about the customer service at Amoma, although everyone's experience is different, mine was fantastic.
I had gotten a hotel through them and before I knew it I was charged extra by the hotel. Apparently Amoma had not sent through my payment information. Meaning that my card was charged almost $1000 in total.
I contacted Amoma by email and they responded within 20 minutes apologizing and letting me know that they are opening an investigation.
Within the next day, they had completely refunded me what was the original price was and left me with the hotel charge, which was less than the price on Amoma.
Customer service was fantastic, pricing was good but fairly high. Four stars for the anxiety attack that the extra charge gave me.

It was good experience to deal with amoma they gave me good price with good room in nice hotel and they fast in calling to be sure if you really want that hotel or not, but they are late when sent me the conformation from the hotel and the reservation was non refundable. It was first time and I will reserve again with them. Sorry for week English
Working with Amoma was easy and efficient... their prices were the lowest offered the day i need to book my reservations... Their customer service was excellent and available when I needed them... the only suggestion I would add is that they notify their clients of the possibility of additional fees being charged by the Hotel at check in... example security deposits, additional car parking fees... etc... that are not covered by their service. So clients can be prepared in advance for the possibilities of these fees. We by the statements on lour conformation letter." The client is not to be billed by the Hotel for services indicated in this voucher". Were not expecting any additional fees... and were very surprised by and additional Security fee that had to be paid upfront before we could get our room. This fee was refunded a week after our trip... but it did put a damper on our trip... cutting into our available funds for the enjoyment of our trip.
Booked with Amoma in August for a hotel in Barcelona in May of 2018.
Afterwards heared many scary messages, so I have checked with hotel & my booking is there & paid. So no worries.
All other travel companies want 1,000 euro's for same room. Amoma got it me for 159.
