Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.
I made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money. VERY BAD Rezervation number: 57479465
Arrived at hotel straight from a cruise so room wasnt ready, which we expected. Receptionist upgraded the room for an extra DK100 per night which was worth it as it was on the top floor with great views. Breakfast was included which was excellent. No problems checking in or out so Amoma did a good job
They never answer the phone. They book my hotel with the wrong date. The hotel staff couldn't help me because they say it was thought a third party. I show them the receipt but it didn't make a difference. I have been trying to reach then and still no luck. Don't let the price fool you.
I booked a hotel in Gran Canaria at over £100 cheaper than the nearest site I found. I was a little wary at first at it being so cheap but there was absolutely no problems with my booking. Documents were emailed immediately and the hotel were expecting me. Delighted with my find
This booking site was easy just like the rest. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because there is no free cancellation like the other sites, which I like to have. This site charges high fees to cancel otherwise its a great easy site with nice prices.
Beautiful facility with large wood burning fireplaces and unlimited wood. Dinner was fair. Lamb shank was overdone. Breakfast was excellent. Surprised that so many of the staff do not staff are not speak much English.
Florida Hotel and Conference Center. No trouble at all. Didn't even bring the voucher. Just paid the resort fee, which was clearly defined on the reservation. Spent almost $40 less on the same hotel room?
We just booked our vacation in the Dominican Republic and every site had a $150 dollar resort credit and this was the only site that didn't offer that. We assumed it would be included since every other site we checked had that but we when went to our hotel we were disappointed that for some reason it wasn't included in the price we paid for our stay. My advice is check to see what you are getting before you book your trip. They don't have a very flexible cancellation policy. I think even if you cancel immediately they want to charge you a percentage of your trip.

The trip was good the reservation good but when it came to issuing my refund they were not trying to help me or work with me. They issued my refund on my company card which paid for the trip but I tried to hold the reservation with my personal card. All they could say was have your company reimburse you. The tone they used was harsh and nonchalant - they don't care about anything but getting your money - horrible service! Run
I booked with Amoma.com for a trip to Mexico because their price was around $100 less than other sites. After booking and receiving a "voucher" via email, I was a little nervous about going to another country and handing them a piece of paper saying I prepaid for a room. I then looked for reviews and found a mix of good and bad reviews. I waited a week and then called the resort to check on my reservation. They had my correct reservation in the system and said I was confirmed. Just to be sure, I called almost weekly to make sure everything was legit before we travel internationally. Needless to say, everything was perfect and more affordable than other sites. I would use AMOMA.com again!
I had made reservations 10 months prior with Booking.com and received an e-mail from them 2 weeks prior to the day we were expected to arrive for a credit card update which i gave and then the next day my booking was cancelled so no i had no reservations and I had a flight in two weeks. I went to amoma and made reservations no problem (using that same credit card) confirmed in minutes.

I understand Non-Refundable. But, when we couldn't use our reservation they would not allow us to transfer it to another person. "Use it or lose the money" is what the guy said. It turns out, they are not even the booking agency. They have to deal with another company that deals with the hotel. "it's not our fault, it's our partner that has these rules" is what the guy said. I travel extensively and have never come across a group so inflexible. Do yourself a favor, DON'T USE AMOMA unless you have your trip insured somewhere.

Called to book a room for 2 at the Anaheim Hilton. I received my voucher which stated the room was for 1 person only. I called to verify my voucher. And was charged 60 dollars extra to add 1 person when we originally had booked it for 2. And worst part they charged my card without any authorization. Worst site to book from. My vacation is on a week and now I'm having second thoughts. I hope our room was booked. I will never book a room through them ever again. Trivago is a more trustworthy site. I give Amoma a big fat 0.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Food in the bar was good and the breakfast was lovely. We got a lovely comfortable room at the front of the hotel with a view of the mountains. It is in an excellent location which is perfect for shopping, a stroll to the rose gardens, etc,. Will definitely be back.
Easy booking through AMOMA. Reception was expecting me and I was in my room (after a long Atlantic flight) and in the shower in just minutes. Very accommodating, friendly staff at the hotel. Easy booking even though I had to speak to a human to get my UK card to work from N. America. Thanks guys.

Don't book with them. I am glad I was able to cancel. They entered wrong email address, stayed on the phone for almost two hours trying to resolve the issue. I won't book with this company ever again!!

This company is a huge scam! I paid $545 online for a hotel reservation for my 83 year old father, and when he arrived at the hotel they had NO reservation for him, despite the fact I had already paid for it through this site. They then moved my Dad to another nearby hotel not at all comparable to the one I had booked at, and they told me the first night would be complimentary, it wasn't. They refused to refund me any money and they operate out of the United States so good luck getting anyone on the phone without waiting on hold for 30 minutes or more. Use a legit site. This one is horrible.

Nice and pleasant hotel just a short drive away from Downtown Seattle. A poor breakfast. Comfortable beds, clean room. An efficient receptionist who solved our problem quickly and replaced us with a smoking room in a non-smoking room.

AMOMA.com is the worst booking platform I have used so far: booked a hotel, got a confirmation, then two days before the trip, I get a call that it is canceled due to a booking mistake and that they are SO kind to refund me fully... it s a joke! If you don't wanna end up sleeping under the bridges, don't use this platform! Anyway if they continue this way they won't be very long on the net...

Amoma was not able to assist with my booking amendment due to the death of my grandmother. Despite providing warning well in advance, no assistance was provided to help amend my booking. I wont be using them again to book travel.
I had initially booked another hotel which was cancelled but without any reason why this was cancelled as this was my first choice.
However was provided with just one option or they would refund back my money. Not many options but with limited time I took the other option.
