Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.
I made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money. VERY BAD Rezervation number: 57479465
I was a little hesitant with Amoma just because I had not heard of them before. Not to worry. Everything went so well. Easy booking, easy payment the resort had all of my info and I had no problems checking in.
Amoma is the best when it narrows down to the Offers, Prices and getting what you need. On the other hand, the site is not intuitive, you need to log in every time, even when you just click the offer from your email confirmation.
Please improve your site UI experience and everything will be just perfect.

Amoma kept sending me emails about my reservation being for 5 days when I had only booked it for 1 night... I had to keep calling and no one would answer so I had to chat with a representative. It would take a while to get a hold of a representative... my hotel was great though. Easy to check in
I recently stayed at a hotel in DC (Grand Hyatt) in which AMOMA offered a great price at $160 per night as opposed to the listed price of $279/nigh). Because of the discounted price, I jumped on it and clicked on the link and booked accordingly using my smart phone. The receipt e-mailed only accounted for the total price. It was not only after a closer look that I realized that the rate calculated was $213/night plus credit card charges $35.++. The rest of my team was able to book a similar room with TRIVAGO at $130. This is a very deceptive business practice. I have warned colleagues and friends about using this company. TRIVAGO is much better.
Booked this hotel last minute to attend a penguins playoff game. Had a five hour drive and wanted to stay close to the arena so we wouldn't be stuck in traffic leaving the game. Great value as we left the arena walked next door to the hotel! We had a large room with a king bed divided sitting area from the bedroom with 2 TV's. Huge bathroom with a glass shower, no door and no bathtub, a very beautiful and modern bath! Checking in was a breeze, our room key was used for a discount at the Penguins store. Front desk gave me a map for walking downtown to get dinner before the game. Everything worked wonderfully, the sunny weather, great hotel/location and the Penguins won!
Horrible customer service! On hold for more than 30 minutes! I gave up and am now very skeptical of your site. And most reviews aren't that great! What are your hidden fees? Is the price on the voucher what we are being charged for or will we be hit with others fees?
We tried to check in the afternoon. But the traffic was heavy due to the Travel Fair held at the nearby Exhibition Centre.
The staff were friendly and courteous. We checked in a bit late but we enjoyed the stay. The location is great as the train station is just a stone throw away. The breakfast was superb as variety of food is served. From the middle east to the chinese dim sum.
Booked on Amoma via Tripadvisor in April 2016 for a hotel for the Dublin marathon in late October. Booking accepted and confirmed. The night before the day of travel Amoma called to say the hotel had closed down. I checked on the Internet and the hotel closed at the end of July. No assistance getting another room. Trying very hard to get the money back, so far no success.
The staff were all very friendly and the room very clean, spacious and comfortable and overlooked part of the city. The only problem was that there is no long term parking available. Fortunately we learned of this before leaving home so took the train.
The hotel is about 10-15 min walk into the city. There are also numerous busses and a very good taxi service.
The breakfasts and dinner provided lovely Scottish fare and were all excellent. The Haggis Neaps and Tatties for dinner was absolutely delightful. Indeed the chef was very accommodating with our restricted diet due to medical problems.
Great selection Of deals and prices. Once booked, all emails and confirnations are sent asap. However customer service is on the slower side. Upon initial request for an early check in, the team responded that I will need to contact the hotel directly. Upon second request, no communication. Tried phoning and no one picks up the phone as on hold for hours each time. However upon complaint online, the customer relation team responded, called me and sorted my issue asap. Great service from the customer relation team. Will use again as decent offers.
Highly recommended. Staff was able to speak English. Hotel was lively, but was quiet in my room. AC was a bit louder than I liked, but it kept the room nice and cool. The price was VERY reasonable. Breakfast fantastic. Private parking kept my car safe and cool (under the hotel). Also less than 5 minute walk away from the Granada FC Stadium (was the main reason I got a room here, to catch a game in town). Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone visiting Granada.
I'm not one to leave reviews but my experience with Amoma was terrible. I regret using their services and will not use them to book services in the future. I followed all guidelines, spoke to several customer service agents, and still had terrible customer service. I recommend using an alternative company.

From check-n to check-out, our stay was wonderful. The rooms are nicely updated and comfortable and lack for nothing. The only thing we found to criticize was that the pillows were too soft - but that's just personal preference. Overall, we enjoyed our visit. And proximity to the outlet stores was amazing!

I went directly to the hotel's website and there were no rooms available. Amoma said they had a room for us and I booked it. That made me a bit nervous, but it all worked out. I even called Amoma and spoke to a human, then followed up with email to the hotel and it was all there. The hotel was just as advertised. It worked.
I spent hours looking for best hotel rates using the standard travel websites. I read about Amoma in a travel article and decided to check it out. Within minutes, I booked a hotel for a significant discount. All I can say is, check out all the rest and spend an hour or two for best rates, then check out Amoma for 5 minutes. It's that simple.
My boyfriend and I always take in a Leaf's exhibition game vs Red Wings and stay downtown. Amoma was very quick and the most reasonable price. The hotel was great with the Amoma reservation. I will use them again for another overnight stay where I can.
We enjoyed our stay there. The room we stayed in was very clean. The front desk staffs were nice. It was only about 5 minutes walking distance to the fall, and very close to restaurants. Already planning our next stay there. I highly recommend this hotel.
I was billed by the hotel for my visit even after I had already paid Amoma because the credit card they gave to the hotel was declined. The hotel tried to reach them by email and never got a response. We waited on line for nearly 30 minutes with the US number. We finally were able to reach a live person with the Canadian number.

I was very skeptical especially after I had already booked a room and paid for it online. Then I found lots of negative reviews. I called Monte Carlo to make sure my reservation was there minutes after booking it. It was there. No problems at all once I got there. Checked in with no problems.

I have literally had to hang up the phone after being placed on hold for over an hour and twenty minutes! They literally DO NOT CARE! They say in their terms that you can make changes to your booking with only a $60 charge. THIS IS A LIE. When I tried to reduce the booking from 4 nights to 3 nights, they kept me dangling for 10 DAYS saying they needed to "check with the supplier" and then returned to say that the room price would go up and that I would have to pay more for 3 nights than for 4 nights. I mean this is the worst thing I have ever heard of! Who does that? Still waiting on a response to my multiple phone calls and messages... I will never use this site again!
This site is so ridiculous I can barely warn you. I do not know if this is a trusted site that is actually trying to do good business, but it is not trusted and they have done some erroneous things. Run. Do not be taken in by their low costs. In the end your time and money will be taken. It is a scam. Run!

The Hotel we wanted to book was booked out but your Young man, Victor, really tried to help us, about 3 times trying to get us into this Hotel, and when that didn´t work he found an alternative. He was phoning us about 3 times to try and sort this out. Give him a pay rise please.
Traditional Scottish hotel. Rooms were comfortable but the double was small. Excellent shower in the double, good bath in the twin. Twin room excellent size. Hotel in excellent location, train station was not a problem as did not hear any trains. Bar prices were expensive even for a hotel and ridiculous £2 charge for a ice bucket- never experienced this any where else in this country or abroad. Good choice of breakfast and overall a good hotel if you want central location.

This hotel does not have a large lobby, but the rooms are beautiful, quiet and the location is superb. Exceptionally clean. An easy walk to Port Authority, the train stations and the subway to La Guardia. This is my new favorite NYC hotel
