Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.
I made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money. VERY BAD Rezervation number: 57479465
Great value stay, lovely room, on suite & a really comfortable bed. Only one little thing, although very busy at breakfast it was noticeable how long it took for bacon etc to be replenished. Lucky for us that morning we were not in a rush to leave the hotel.
Breakfast was fantastic at just the right hours. Staff professional in all areas. Good security.
Would have been a 5 rating except hot water did not last 3 days in row around 830 am on third floor. Definitely coming back to stay at this hotel.
Great location in Brooklyn for shopping, getting to city. Easy Uber pick up. Room was nice, but needs some TLC, dirty carpet. Elevators were slow for the amount of floors and guests. I would stay there again.

UPDATE: following my review, I received an almost immediate response at Sitejabber, and my booking request was resolved within the next day. I also received a follow up call following that, which I greatly appreciate. I can now look forward to my vacation and hope there will be no issues at the hotel.
I have booked and paid for a room. Been trying to contact them since June for amendment of date. No reply to my multiple emails, no answer to my multiple calls. No rely on FB messenger either. Spend over SG$100 on phone call, was just put on hold by the recorded operator. I tried calling their hotline in Switzerland, France, Hong Kong and US, same result. I tried emailing them using multiple email addresses, same result. What a disappointment!

Staff friendly & helpful, Room average size with large comfortable bed, shower would be difficult for a larger person to get in. Breakfast good selection, but scrambled egg & bacon was always running out, had to keep asking the staff to top up.
This business is the worst for booking hotels. No one ever answers the phone; if the do and realize you may be decreasing the length of stay, you passed to someone else which means you're on hold for over an hour. Emails are no better; tried to modify my stay, but as soon as the person realized it was going to be one day less, they stopped communicating. Don't be fooled by their prices offered; it's a big scam.

I requested for the hotel receipt including the four digits of my credit card(payment method) and the information about breakdown on taxes because their invoice combined taxes and fees. AMOMA.com repeatedly said their policy cannot provide anything else than the invoice without details. Still I'm not sure if I can successfully get reimbursed from my school. So annoying. I should have booked through official hotel websites or big third party companies. I regret booking via AMOMA.com.

Booked room few weeks ago in NY for business. Now doing expenses... looked for invoice, but none provided. Only got confirmation with link. But link doesn't work, gives error: "No current booking"
Tried calling but no one answers the phone! Zero customer service! Who charges $1,100 to a customers credit card and can't bothered to provide invoice... No idea what i was charged for or if any of it was fraudulent... Guess I will have to declare the charges unknown / possible fraudulent and let the credit card company try to get an itemized invoice or recover the money... Ridiculously poor business practices and zero customer service. Not sure how they are still in business!

*Very comfortable room, with good facilities & features; well sound-proofed from the street scene below at night time although I could hear the hoovers going in the mornings & people walking along the corridors at times (no bother to me though, just observations).
*Excellent buffet breakfast & seating with great views across the city.
*Really liked the security at the street level & that you could only access rooms above level 3 reception using your room card; I do think though that if you're going to book a room with the hotel & use the car parking, then a discount would acknowledge loyalty to the hotel.

Booked a hotel through Amoma I pushed one element of the date wrongly. Phoned them straight away within 10 minutes. They charged me £40 pound to change it, so I cancelled the whole thing, charged me for this as well.
Will never book anything with them again.
I booked a hotel through this company, and a month later, 10 days before our trip, they sent me an email stating that the hotel had not accepted the reservation and we did not have a room. We are staying in Chicago on a busy weekend and the city is completely booked. Also, we bought airline tickets after our hotel was confirmed. If we had known we were going to stay 20 miles out of the city, we would've only spent one night there for the concert. We cannot, however, change our tickets without paying a $200 change fee per ticket. Also, there were no rooms left by the time we found out about the cancellation, therefore, the reason we're staying 20 miles away. Also, as of now, they have not answered my emails or credited my credit card for $742. I will never book with amoma.com again, nor any company name that I don't recognize.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and full kitchen. Wish I had known that the resort fee did not cover chairs on the beach. Will know to bring our own chairs if we go again as beach chairs were $35.00 a day.
Better hotel then I was expecting at the airport. Food at the nicer restaurant was great - a bit expensive. Live music was fun.
Service was good but waiter didn't really know too much about wine / mixed drinks.
Rooms are bigger than standard. Hot tub, gym and dry sauna were great.
Stayed in this lovely hotel for 3 nights, rooms were a great size with everything that you needed including a mini fridge. Only fault I found was the breakfast, buffet of continental was fabulous however I ordered a full Irish and found it very greasy, didn't have cooked breakfast any other morning, my partner had it the second morning and same complaint by him
Booked a night at the Travelodge, Farringdon - price quoted on Travelodge website was £119.00, got it for £100.00 which included 2 breakfasts. Would have no hesitation in using the site again when needing a hotel.

Booked hotel through Booking.com but was then re-directed to Amoma.com. Ended up playing twice as paying via card was quite confusing. Once done on line then you receive an email to complete the process... even though it's done. Although I did call the customer service number and they knew what had happened and was already in the process of fixing it. So thank you.

Very pleasant stay in this nice hotel conveniently located just a short walk to restaurants and the central train station. Helpful reception staff and perfectly cooked soft-boiled white eggs for breakfast added to the ambience.
All great. Booking, emails, hotel stay. Everything ran smoothly and was straight forward. Even the reminders are a good idea. It all made our trip enjoyable because it was well organised from start to final.

Trust me when I say this,, do not book with this website. It looks legit but 2 days before I'm to depart,, they call and tell me they cannot honor the hotel that I purchased. Complete scam,,, you've been warned
The confirmed Hotel had no knowledge of any reservation. Amoma was not Helping me out until suggesting a relocation after 4 hours oft waiting. Meanwhile i checked in at another more expensive Hotel. Amoma not willing to pay the difference...

Everything went like clockwork all I had to do was be there hotel was superb for the price that was paid breakfast was really good with a choice of cereals hams salamis cheese and scrambled eggs with sausage bacon etc and no limit as to what you could have
Site was easy to use printed off booking and no problem at hotel have stayed at the hotel previously it is basic but clean staff are friendly and breakfast buffet was plentiful with quite a choice will stay there again
