Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.
I made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money. VERY BAD Rezervation number: 57479465
I had not previously come across Amoma and was therefore cautious about making a booking. They proved to be efficient, cost effective and reliable. Based on my own experience, I would not hesitate in recommending them highly and look forward to using them for my next trip.
We have used Amoma on a number of occasions and the service is always excellent. About three years ago, we experienced problems with the hotel that we had booked in Paris and Amoma customer desk was excellent. This time round, there were really no issues, everything went very smoothly. It is a shame that Amoma is not as known as Booking.com or Expedia but the service is just excellent. Of course, the entry point is usually through TRIVAGO, so as long as Amoma ensure they provide competitive prices, they will always have customers.
I purchase a hotel stay 3 nights 2 minutes later its 39 dollars cheaper a night? I have emailed and chat no response. Please note they are in Switzerland I was able to get a response at 7 30 A. M and a call. THANK U! Makes me feel better
The hotel was a bit confusing since there are two with almost the same names, one older than the other but either one would be great. Had a picture perfect room looking down at the main sites of the city. I would definitely stay there again customer service is excellent.
Booking via Amoma was hassle free and simple, I will use them again. All my details were at the hotel and my holiday was smooth.
I would recommend that before booking you are given the option to edit your search e.g. how many people and children on the trip, etc

We were charged an extra $18 per day "facility fee" because we booked through a third party eg Amoma. We showed the receipt which said we had paid for all services but the hotel would not budge so we paid up but it made for an expensive stay which was a shame; if we had at least been alerted to this extra cost it would have helped rather than spoil the end of our stay!
Tip for consumers:
Amoma have now refunded the unexpected extra costs we had to pay our hotel - for which, thanks and certainly this good service from Amoma has meant we will use them again !

Very easy to use the website and booking through Amoma went without any problems. I only question the need to print out an accommodation voucher for the hotel: isn't this rather counter to online booking? In addition, this is not so easy if you are already on your travels.
A separate message to warn of late arrival and the request for a non-smoking and quiet room did prompt a response from Amoma, but did not receive the attention of the hotel.
Upon arrival check in was fast and friendly, the room was clean and pleasant, the facilities on offer were excellent, a good time was had by all. For anyone going to the NEC, It's ideally situated and straightforward to access if driving. I have stayed there before and without doubt stay there again.

Warning: This company´s cancellation/modification policy does not give you back ANY of your money when trying to modify a booking, according to my own experience for a 1-night stay at a hotel in Madrid. Despite trying to modify my booking on the very same day, and 2 weeks in advance, and in the same hotel, they said there was nothing they could but to keep ALL my money. Lots of others companies give a better service and guarantee your money if needed. Not worth the hassle, really

The experience in general was good. Comfortable rooms and good food but it was sad for me to know that you could not share the food of one dish with another family, because they would charge it as an additional dish. So the hotel prefers that the food be thrown away, that some other family consume what was left on the plate.

My wife and I are of a certain age where walking long distances does not come easy any more. Our Granddaughter had organised tickets for a Spurs match. We were looking for a hotel close to Wembley and luckily through Amoma we found an excellent deal at Wembley Hilton.
We were here 6 years ago when we went to the Garden Party.
We were going again this year so had no hesitation of booking this hotel. Everything was as it should be and I have recommended the hotel to several people

We had requested a king room and did not get it after they said they could. The room was mostly clean. The bathroom had some undesirable looking spots and the shower head was broken. Parking is $32 a night which is ridiculous. And Trudi-Ann at the front desk is rude.
The hotel has very nice amenities and is in a great location and the beds are comfy. Overall just an ok stay.
AMOMA have since contacted me regarding the issues during my stay and the level of customer service is exceptional!

I was set on booking a particular hotel and this website gave me the cheapest price on it so I was pleased. However, they proceeded to send me 7-8 promotional e-mails daily. Very annoying. But besides that, I would recommend booking from here.
Do not use this company! Their customer service is awful. I was on hold for an hour each time I called with no success of contacting an actual human. I really don't think this company is real and wonder how they're in business.

Booked my hotel room at the Rome airport, it was a great hotel, clean, quiet, decent restaurant with a shuttle service that ran every 15 minutes. Travel can be a challenge when going to a new country, but this was beyond my expectation.
There are several other hotels nearby... spend the extra $$$. Well worth it! If you are looking for a micro room where no one speaks to you or makes eye contact or answers questions or returns phone calls. Then Microtel is for you!

I would like to say that I was concerned when I accepted AMOMA to reserve my room since I'd never heard about them. Even after paying the fee, I received an email confirmation which made me nervous. So to confirm, I called the customer service number and had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Maxine Battle. She took my information and spent time researching my reservation. When she could not immediately locate it, since it was still so new, she took my number and my email so she could follow up. About 30 minutes later she found the reservation and contacted me immediately to make sure I was aware. She was phenomenal and should be recognized for not only her professionalism, but her pleasant attitude and customer service skills!
Great details of directions, facilities and even car hire opportunities for our stay. Hotel too was excellent value. Great that hotel all prepaid and only need to check in and go. Will definitely use again.
I have contacted Amoma twice for booking changes via online chat. Each time the agent has asked to telephone me instead. I have received fast, accurate service each time. I have followed up with the hotel and my booking is good to go. After reading some negative reviews I was nervous, but so far, I am very impressed.
Fantastic site. Just after I booked I received a phone call to confirm the booking and to let me know an email confirmation was being sent. That came through immediately. Great price and great service!
We stay in Cannes regularly and have always used another hotel but they suddenly decided not to take pets. We stayed in the Sun Riviera this year for the first time and loved it. Ideally placed, clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast choice it is a really comfortable and tranquil place to stay. We will be back!
We don't travel too often, but always use online booking. The price was $100 lower per night than the next cheapest site for the same room. Check-in was quickest/easiest ever and everything was as advertised.
Resort was very nice, everyone at the desk was friendly and pleasant. Main pool was fun with pool bar and poolside activities for the kids. Grounds were kept up and clean. The mini suite was a little smaller than the photos looked but it worked out ok for us. Also could hear the next unit's TV or kitchen noise... but we were not in our unit much. Nice resort for the money.
