Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.
I made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money. VERY BAD Rezervation number: 57479465
Originally booked into the Dolphin Hotel but after checking in was taken a few doors away from the Shakespeare Hotel. Didn't mind and got a first floor room, twin beds, fridge, tea making facilities, flat screen TV and ensuite. Bed very comfortable. Couldn't fault the staff. Breakfast plenty to eat continental style. Very close to Paddington underground 1/2 mins away.
Would definitely use this site to book again and would stay at the same hotel. All in all a very pleasant stay. Very reasonable price for London, no complaints there. Thank you
Great upfront ad's then you waste all that time inputting all your info just receive a declined booking request message. Then you think, it must be an error and make a 2nd attempt to only realize the price had just increased substantially in those few seconds. Why mislead the people? Very untrustworthy.

Staff very helpful, breakfast very good. Approx 10 minutes walk from overground station / U Bahn.
Bathroom very compact, so whilst simple, Accomodation worked for me ( 2 nights)
Ps. Largest shopping centre in Munich 5 minutes away.
Rates are lower or lowest for certain hotels, they have contract with.
Web sight correspondence is very poor.

Excellent hotel, the staff were very welcoming and friendly and the rooms very clean and spacious. My partner and I are well traveled but this was definitely the best breakfast we have ever had.
The location of the hotel was brilliant, close to the main train station and situated between two underground stations. This made the ease of traveling around Berlin effortless. The Christmas markets were well worth a visit and we were both pleased we had chosen Berlin.
Very happy with easy reservations and check in. When we arrived, they had us on the first floor. I had asked for highest floor possible. Front desk clerk had no problem changing our room to higher floor even though hotel was fairly full. Breakfast very good. Variety... waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, breads, muffins. Only problem was no OJ. Was told truck didn't deliver.

The hotel was very nice and all we expected. The staff, whether reception, room service, bartenders, or valets, was exceptional in every respect. The only disappointing things were daily parking charges which were not mentioned on the website and unknown to us before we got there and daily charges for the in room safe. We've travelled extensively and had never found either of those charges before. This should at least be mentioned in the website or advertisement.
I was glad we got the lowest available rate from your booking site and checking-in the hotel was a breeze as the formalities were already at the front desk after we gave our booking reference.
Only disappointment from hotel side was the water pressure during the morning hour, when most people were showering, i guess, as the water pressure became very slow with just a few drops trickling down.
Breakfast. Avoid the busy period as the queue was snaking long, but it was a good spread of food choices.
Do not use this company! Appalling service received leaving me out of pocket. Booked seafront hotel through them as a gift for daughter - on check in the hotel had not received any booking (Amomas excuse was their Registrations Team was ill!) and hotel was fully booked. 4 hours of phone calls later they offered an alternative hotel 35 miles away - completely unacceptable. They then promised that if we found an alternative seafront hotel they would pay the difference, which we did after another 2 hours of searching. They have NOT honoured this and I am left with the bill for a room £178 more than my original booking, which they promised to pay for but which is now not forthcoming. Would never use this company again and would recommend no one else does.

I was searching for hotel rates on various sites and came across Amoma with a low price and a coupon. I booked the hotel ok and the coupon did not work. There is no way to contact them at all. Their contact page is really just an FAQ page. You never get an email or form.
Although the hotel reservation went through without any trouble I would not recommend this site to anyone because I don't see a clear communications method for any special questions or issues.
They keep sending me coupons (that probably do not work) even though i unsubscribed.
We booked a room there and we clearly selected a date, double checked it. When confirmation email arrived we immediately saw that this is not the date we picked. It must be a system fault. We called their customer service within a minute, but they are not helpful, and they are not correcting their mistake. We just lost our money, I am not suggesting to book through them. Please note that they are a Swiss company, and the money back guarantee does not apply there, and it is very risky to use them as they are strongly following this. For Amoma if you read, my booking ref number is ******* so do not ask me again when you see my next review.

Excellent stay at the Jury's Inn, Brighton close to the train station. Very easily booked from the Trivago feed to Amona.com with no additions which I have seen in the past. Would defiantly use them again if they are competitively priced.
After struggling to finds way into the hotel from the NEC, my Satnav could not get me there from the post code, the room was compact (to say the least) and in need of some return. The ground floor window looked out onto the car park and there was no net curtain! People entering the gym had to walk through the swimming pool, with shoes they may have worn outside on, with no covers. We ate in the restaurant to save going back to the NEC area, but this was empty, I think because the prices were high and the menu on the posh side. All in all this is not a night I would repeat, orvould recommend.

While on the Trivago I found a room at a Hilton in New Orleans, booked it - funny it said "last room" book now. I did book the room, wondered why I was now on AMOMA site.
Received 3 confirmation email, printed these as they state to do. Arrived at the hotel and no reservation for me, I called the number in the body of the email, was on hold for 38 minutes.
Finely spoke to someone located in Switzerland, told me it was the Hotels fault, handed my phone to the Hilton manager, he told her they did not transmit the reservation, she asked me if I could wait until tomorrow when there day staff came in, I said are you kidding.
I had to purchase another room on my own, also had to call my credit card company to dispute the $550 charge.
Don't use them, total rip off, I cant believe the travel sites have aligned themselves with this company, stay clear...
Do not use this booking site, paypal is getting our money refunded and they are

And the hotel says you cancelled reservation. Just call thier customer service

Only one night but it was peaceful and relaxing have been before it's decor has had an upgrade and staff very polite never heard any noise in corridors and meal at night was very pleasant and as for breakfast it was as normal on previous visits excellent staff were very pleasant to deal with will certainly be back
For my last trip I used Amoma for booking my hotel(****, including breakfast, swimming pool). For my surprise their offer was double cheaper than anywhere else including the price from the reception of the hotel(I called the call before booking online). Maybe I got some special offer or the simply the hotel was not that popular at that time. Still it was a damn good deal. Thank you Amoma!

Arrived st the hotel st 7:15 pm and the room was still not ready. When we went to get the beds set for the night there were no sheets for the Murphy bed. Staff had to take them from s dryer to provide for us. On an up note breakfast was the best we had at any of the hotels we stayed st during our 26 days of traveling

Amoma apparently sold the reservation to another booking agent. After getting our payment for the room, they cancelled the reservation without notice. The phone number on the hotel voucher they sent us was disconnected. Maybe they have some 4th party agents that are reliable, but they don't tell you when you are booking. Avoid them like the plague.
Overall good experience, with the only exception of a weird text message which Ive received after successfully completing my booking. The text asked me to immediately contact them in relation to my booking without any further explanation. Firstly it was an international number (hence I paid for the phone call). Secondly, when I called, I was put on waiting for more than 10minutes. At that point I gave up. That was just an unnecessary waste of time and money.
The hotel and service was excellent. When mentioning that we were there to take my husband to the Hospital for surgery they even applied a lower rate for parking. The room was very good, clean comfortable beds with everything we needed.

Mecure Haymarket was very handily located, competitively priced and the accommodation was good. I would be happy to stay there again - my only criticism was the scrambled eggs in the buffet were a bit rubbery by 7.45 am when I tried them on first morning
