Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.
I made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money. VERY BAD Rezervation number: 57479465
Never used the site before, found an incredible price for New Orleans during Marti Gras. Tried it as it saved me 100 bucks. Got to the Hotel they already had the payment voucher and my room was ready early. Who could ask for me. Easypeasy!
Small bedroom with no wardrobe only open hanging space. Seemed expensive at £372 for 2 nights, ' room only stay.' + car parking but bed and bathroom accommodation were fine
Second night a lot of noise from a room across the car park. Had to close the windows on a hot night in order to sleep. Noise still going on at 4am.
Staff very friendly.
Breakfast at £7 pp very good value.
First time in 50 years I have had to pay for a private hotel car park.
I do not think we will stay here again and we will not recommend it to friends
Got a great price at the hotel RH princesss in Benidorm. A very nice hotel, Close to shops, beach, bars etc. Family hotel, mini Club, excellent food and selection. Adult Entertainment could of been better but we will book again.
We got it a Lot cheaper than other companies or direct with hotel.

They had the best price out of all other sites I've searched for the same hotel on the same dates.
One thing was strange, they charged credit card fees on top of the price. Maybe in other parts of the world it's normal, but not in U.S.A. I contacted them about it and they refunded all the fees and promised to do some changes about it. Highly recommended for the price and customer service.

I had a very enjoyable night's stay at my chosen hotel in Montreal. The hotel itself is lovely, in an old house, not large and very comfortable. I was able to have dinner and go to a midnight Christmas service, both within five minutes walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast next morning was excellent, it was a beautiful sunny, snowy morning and I walked to the bus and spent the day with my family! A lovely experience. Thanks!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Hotel was very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. Room was cleaned every day.
They served continental breakfast, ham, cheese, boiled egg, marmalade, honey, butter, croissants, bread, cornflakes, few type of fruity and cake.
Hotel is near to the bus stop, but every morning hotel provides a shuttle bus from 8-10 a.m. to Vaporetto station.
The restaurant close to pool offer meal until 10 p.m. and the meal is very tasty and for a reasonable price.
There was only one thing which bothered me. In the room for 4 persons, there were just 2 plugs and another one in the bathroom.
Needed to find decent hotel at reasonable price at short notice. Searched a few sites and was pleasantly surprised to get accommodation at amount paid as had called hotel direct and they were more expensive? Very Happy with overall experience as check in was seamless and room allocated was suitable

Lots to commend but dissapointing in places particularly the bar experience. Lack of training and basic knowledge backed by 7 out of 10 gins being stocked not in stock making cocktail menu pretty useless. Given the prices not acceptable nor other parts of service. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Room lovely view well appointed but noisy. French Windows did not seem to fit as draughty as well. But room overall warm and cosy and what was expected.
Do not trust or use this site. I booked a hotel and they booked me for the wrong nights. Once i contacted them after hours on hold and 3 days waiting for an email they wont give me the whole payment back. Have to call my CC to fight them.
I booked a room with 2 double beds with Sleep Inn at Miami Airport for my family of 4. They moved my reservation to Holiday Inn, but when we showed up the room was for a king sized bed. The hotel was over booked and since the room was already paid for there was nothing to be done but put the fourth person on a chair and try to get some sleep. To make matters worse the bed had been peed in so we had to flip over the mattress and sleep on the hard side, I have submitted a complaint but I hold out little hope of getting a refund. This company did not seem to care when I talked to them. I would stay away.
I had a complaint about a booking I made for a Chicago hotel. The room was advertised as 2 queens when in fact it was 2 doubles. When I tried to call amoma on 4 separate occasions, I waited on hold no less than 45 minutes each time! Good luck getting someon to answer! They then promised to call me back several times and I never heard from them. This company is a scam!

We booked to attend the Ideal Home Exhibition in London and wanted to stay at a hotel as close as possible. Also as we were driving we needed somewhere safe to park for the weekend. Amoma found us a hotel next door to the Olympia exhibition hall which had a car park, at a very good price for the weekend. The hotel was great with lovely food and brilliant staff, being so well located made our break really relaxing, thank you.
Having searched on Trivago for a good place to stay in Basel, Amoma came up with the very best deal, plus I was able to use a discount code for an even better deal. The description of the hotel was very accurate and the booking process very straightforward. I'll certainly try Amoma again next time I want value for money!
Hotel Michelangelo is well situated, offered a clean, quiet comfortable room, a friendly competent reception with comfortable sitting space and a pleasant bar and reception; the only negative comment on the restaurant: the main course was served almost plain cold (meat, potatoes, vegetables, sauce)!
Booked a double double suite, whatever that mean, room only has a 1 bed. The hotel was booked and customer service basically told me it was my problem. Never offered to help... nothing.
Gentleman on the phone was rude and condescending. Very bad experience.

I reserved and payed but the hotel never received my payment. After talking to customer service and them claiming to contact the hotel and myself nothing heard of them. This is a new brand of bush gangsters that apparently are very successful.
Stay clear of these fellows.
The worst travel site ever!
I use travel sites on a regular basis at least twice a month & the experience i received from Amoma was the worst ever!
Firstly they book me on wrong days & to change the dates they're charging me 99% of my booking amount.
Despite numerous emails they send me a standard email reply with absolutely no clarifications or even remorse for getting our travel dates wrong!
Avoid like the plague; pay a few dollars more but steer clear of these fraudsters!

I stayed at the Hilton and this site was cheaper than any other. No problem, very easy to access and navigate. They send you email confirmations but there arent any free cancellations options. So you do need to be certain what you are booking
An excellent hotel, nice and central, great for Covent Garden and the theatres. Friendly staff, clean and tidy room, excellent breakfast. Can get a bit noisy outside on the strand and the fact the hotel is next to Charring Cross Station by that didn't spoil our stay
My accommodation at Prime Central Station while in Bangkok for the 2nd time, looking for cheaper room rate. Amoma.com was the choice. At first, I doubted as never heard. After gone thru reviews from others, I took my chance. It turned out OK finally.

Had not heard of Amoma when I booked with them and that left me somewhat nervous as to whether they were the real deal. They very much were. I booked at a beautiful property at a great price. The process seemed a little unusual at first, but after the first few days following booking, I was able to confirm my reservation and have a person to confirm with at Amoma. We have returned to stay at the Balmoral after having a few years break as we stay in Edinburgh a lot throughout the year. We found it very pleasurable and high end although we thought the breakfast staff seemed harassed and frantic. Breakfast was good.
Our room on the 6th floor was an executive room, spacious, clean and well furnished. The bathroom was lovely especially having hotel branded toiletries that were nice on the skin. The only issue me & my husband had we found the bed quite firm but that can be personal choice, the bedding was of high standard and comfortable.
We had room service ( rib eye steak) which was quick and very tasty. We will return as our daughter is at university in Edinburgh and enjoy a few fantastic cocktails in the bar. They are the best in the city we have found and staff in the bar are professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant & professional. A very nice night away in a lovely hotel.
My stay at Park Hyatt Dubai was fabulous, from the first moment we arrived till the last minute in check out.
The hotel atmosphere is suitable for peaople whose looking to relax and spend couple of days having special treatment.
It's fabulous hotel and hotel team are amazing.
The Fullerton Hotel Singapore was a lovely relaxing stopover on our way to NZ. Staff could not have been more courteous or accommodating, breakfast was an excellent variety of western and local foods. The hotel was very busy but we never felt just part of a crowd. A very nice way to begin our holiday.
