Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.
I made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money. VERY BAD Rezervation number: 57479465
Booked the Waldorf Astoria in Key west! After following all directions, I followed up with a call to front desk of hotel confirming and getting their confirmation number! That's key! The corporate site reservations didn't have it but front desk did! Half the price and a fabulous hotel! Amoma did good! Great trip to Key West! Thank you Amoma!
Update to my earlier review: After a very frustrating experience at first with the booking I made for one night where the hotel did not receive payment and was forced to charge me twice, I finally have reached a satisfactory resolution with Amoma.com.
I spent a significant amount of time on hold but the people I spoke to when I finally got through were very kind and professional. They followed up with emails updating me on the status of their investigation. They use 3rd party suppliers and do not book directly with the hotels which is what caused the problem with my booking. I was told it would take up to 30 working days to resolve my issue (which I thought was unacceptable) but luckily they got it resolved in just over 1 week. I was just informed that I would be receiving a full refund of the $207 I paid through Amoma. I'm grateful to their customer service for their help. I may reconsider booking through this website in the future.
I booked my stay at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center for 1 night. They charged me $207 immediately. The hotel never received the payment and had to double charge me. The hotel charged me $160, which means Amoma overcharged me by almost $50. The hotel tried to reach out to them but got no response. I waited 45 minutes on hold with Amoma to resolve this only to be put on hold AGAIN for someone else. Still on hold as I write this. Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and a needlessly stressful, expensive experience with this site. First and last time I will use this garbage website.

I had to adjust our dates after booking, and though it was clearly noted that fees would apply, I politely asked if I could make that change and the rep was kind enough to do so without any additional charges.
I booked a hotel through them and the hotel told me they had no reservation. Amoma gave me a hard time about getting my money back and then told me it would take thirty days. Whatever you do do not use this site. Its terrible and a big scam.

It was surreal when we first got the call it made us realise that sites are aware of what hotels you are interested in. The lady that rang was very helpful and was able to offer us a better rate than we could fine ourselves. What's not to love.
Booking reminder not sent and original booking voucher mislaid/ spam. Hotel did not call contact either and had no record of my booking under payers name. As a result, we didn't use the booking and were still charged in full.

Managed to book a hotel which was sold out on many other websites. Not the lowest price I saw for the same deal. Took quite a while for confirmation to come through. All went smoothly with the actual hotel stay.
Lovely place to rest my head from a busy few days in the city. Great staff in front desk and breakfast. Even tho busy with a wedding still able to delivery great customer service to regular guests. Room pleasant cosy. Breakfast was good and fresh.
Two recommendations
Change the iron and ironing boards was difficult for me as a left-hander to use.
Shower to be height adjustable even tho Im only 6ft I had to crouch under the shower to wash my hair.

Booked the Clarion in Nashville in mid October. Its an excellent hotel, great value for the cost, with great staff. Shuttle to the strip was great. Breakfast was very good. Id recommend this hotel unreservedly.
Dealing with AMOMA was smooth and seamless. I was impressed that shortly after booking AMOMA telephoned to confirm everything and with a price correction (lowered it).
I found the best price BY FAR for our beach resort in Florida on Amoma. I had no problems with the booking and the process was easy. The only issue I had was that the site offered a rate for a "twin" room, which I presumed meant two beds. When I called the hotel to confirm they told me we had a "one king bed" room booked. That said, the hotel moved us for no extra charge so no harm was done.

Be very careful with this company. When you pay it directs you to a scam site called Savethedeals.com and provides them with your details. Savethedeals then takes money out of your account each month and the only fix is to cancel all of your cards. Amoma knows all about this and there are hundreds of complaints on the web, but they will not even answer an email about the concerns.
I was booking online and received a call before I had finished my reservation. I had to cancel one room and did it via email as it appears to be out of country to phone them. They refunded my card with no charge as was indicated when I booked. The hotel did not have my reservation for a while and given reviews from several years ago I was worried. In the end all was well. It would be helpful if they would tell you which number to reference with the hotel as they did not recognize the different numbers that where sent to me. Very happy with the price and will use them again.

Easy to book online and significantly cheaper than all the other hotel websites. My only negative is that the confirmation email looked a bit suspicious so I called the hotel to make sure they had my reservation which they did. Apart from that it was all good and I would use the website again.
Hi I have just received my credit card statement and to my horror I was charged £111 for our stay at the palace hotel buxton. Everything was ok, but at the beginning, they always wanted me to pay and said it is not paid. It took them some time to see that it really was paid before. I am very satisfied and will continue to work with you.
Hotel was ok. Close to public Transport. Staff was attentive. No air conditioning although they did provide a fan without asking for it. The shower was small with a curtain that didn't fit end to end and was too long and piled up in the base.

We stopped in this hotel after me and my friends finished at Leeds festival, the staff was very polite and helped us with transport and even kept out key safe whilst we went to the festive would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone
Only comment is about when I asked for msg to be forwarded to hotel about room choice - got a email from amoma reminding me about what I booked and the non-amendable policy! Did not ask for an opinion about how I could deal with the hotel staff! Suggest that amoma staff just do as asked and keep comments at the office! The Hotel staff were great and very professional so there was a silver lining in spite of booking agent... JB

Amoma is a total rip off. I paid for Yavapai East in Grand Canyon but was allocated Yavapai West accommodation. West costs USD 50 lesser than East per night. Amoma overcharged me by USD 100! Customer service replied with their standard template reply... will never book from Amoma again.

I booked a hotel room through Amoma.com, paid through Paypal, and went to the hotel over 24 hours later and they didn't have my reservation. Thanks to a persistent manager at the hotel, 2 hours after I arrived he was able to extract a credit card number from Amoma to book my room. It seems they had sent my money to a "travel partner" who didn't pay the hotel, so they felt they had no responsibilty once they sent my money to their may or may not exist travel partner. I've been going back and forth with them through Trivago for 2 weeks, and now they've changed their story again and told Trivago that they have investigated and the hotel "had trouble locating my (non-existent!) reservation." So over this. Let them know Social Media will be taking care of it Sad to see there have been so many before me.
