Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.
I made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money. VERY BAD Rezervation number: 57479465
I had booked the Francis Hotel Bath fortunately on a flexible reservation that could be cancelled, as it was unbelievably £100 a night cheaper through Amoma! I was wary as it seemed too good to be true? But all went smoothly and I was very impressed with the saving I made.
Booked hotel through Amoma with flexibility of option to cancel. Terms stated that there will be £40 fee for cancellation. On clicking the final payment confirmation button a message pops up saying a 3% charge has been added for credit card transaction fee. You can almost miss this. I accepted this and paid. I then had to cancel the booking and they refunded me the total amount minus the £40 penalty and also minus the credit card fee of £25 even though there would have been no credit card transaction fee by the credit card company as the payment was being refunded. Amoma refused to refund the credit card fee. Fortunately I contacted Barclaycard who arranged for the charge to be disputed and refunded the fee to my account. If this happens to you phone your credit card company and dispute the charge. Better still NEVER USE AMOMA.COM - they are a scam

We booked the Vintage House Douro hotel through AMOMA.com and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very luxurious and located at a heavenly place, right on the water between 2 hills with vines all around. I recommend watching the sunset drinking local wine from your balcony and enjoying a hearty breakfast from the terrace, both memorable experiences.

Reserved and paid for room in New Orleans for December 2015. They canceled the reservation four weeks prior to visit and offered another hotel necessitating a taxi ride away. I declined and requested a refund which took weeks to get. Not a pleasant experience due to their total inexperience with American business customs. I called the hotel directly and was advised rooms were available. NEVER AGAIN, stay away from these clowns
I arrived at the hotel and there was no reservation per Amoma's booking confirmation. I also sent multiple messages from their website and no one came back to me. It was extremely difficult to contact them.

My first and last time using amoma! Your reservation is booked through some supplier so it may or may not be accurate, their cancelation policy is not disclosed and when you call them you get the run around with the same person using different names, putting you on hold for 30 minutes just to tell you they'll call you in 48 hours to get you off the phone!
Call your bank because you're not going to get any resolution from amoma, they're a scam!

Hotel under renovation... But, it is not a concern. They did a good job of covering the maintenance area professionally and you can't see it. However, the Aircon is not great specifically in this Summer Heat..
Great experience will use again. The hotel was excellent and everything went well overall.the only confusion was that the website had an optional for continental breakfast or breakfast. I selected breakfast which was priced slightly higher however the hotel advised that full breakfast was not covered. However as a goodwill gesture they offered full breakfast to us one day complimentary which was delicious. Continental was still really good but I would have preferred the full breakfast. This can be made clearer on the site to avoid confusion. Overall I would still use amoma again they were still very good.

I booked 2 units at Adina in Hungary from other booking company and I am still looking for 2 more units. Only Amoma provided when others including the hotel cannot. Amoma even contacted me through my phone just to ensure I get what I needed. Additional discount was also offered which to my surprise Amoma's offers was much lower than the previous 2 units I booked from other agency. Really very satisfied! Keep up Amoma!
Hotel would not verify that I had a reservation. I tried to cancel because of this and AMOMA would not let me cancel (in fact did not even get back to me until after my visit). Very poor response and service. How can I travel if I can't verify I really have a place to stay? Will never use again.

I had a very pleasant and easy booking experience with Amoma and the price was cheaper then even the hotels own site. Only thing is they can get a bit spamy with emails leading up to the trip but this stops as soon as you are back. No issues with the booking when I arrived at the hotel so all in all a good experience, would use again.
I got a fantastic price for my stay hotel at Disney Hotel. The emails sent were great. They let me know that my trip was coming up and what I needed to do with the imformation. I would use this site again when looking to book a vacation.
First time made a booking thru Amoma. The service provided was excellent. In fact, it had exceeded my expectation. Reminders were sent prior to my trip. At the hotel, the check-in and check-out was a breeze. It took less than 2 minutes in total to complete the transactions.

I never heard of Amoma, it popped up while I was trying to book a hotel room in Toronto.
The price was very good so I tried them.
My confirmation was e mailed to me right away & everything was in order.
I will certainly use Amoma again.
While booking online "they" called us and wanted our credit card information right then over the phone. We called the bank because we thought we were being frauded. What is the point of calling me when i prefer not being hassled which is why i am booking online?!? Also a VERY important detail about the hotel was not in the listing... check in is at a different location!... ah kind of important when you don't know where you are and tired with tons of luggage!

Scam warning: I have recently asked AMOMA to book us on a 4-star high-ranking hotel in Gold Coast and paid around $500 (reservation number ******* -- we are genuine customers), but they instead booked us on a backpackers hotel; now, they are refusing to refund us and ruined our holidays. We are trying to fight these monsters through ombudsmen and courts. They did numerous other similar scams, please help in anyway possible to stop them.

Used the website for the very first time and was quite sceptical after the deal they offered was 25% cheaper than the second cheapest on the market. Everything went great, the booking was as described and their customer service is fantastic. Definitely will be using them next time

Everything was smooth. Got one of the best deals on this web site. The hotel was just superb. It was my second visit in this hotel within last 10 months. The staff was wonderful and helpful. My fav place is to go the sports bar to watch football. This time watched Wimbledon finals.
Your booking web site need to provide more options. For example your web site could not provide particular location or hotel by name. Before I move to Paris I have compelled to book a hotel from booking.com. Because your web site could not provide me the hotels name that I was searching for. Your searching engine is lack of many booking options and need to be quickly enhanced. Also you need to provide an iPhone apps, so people will find it easy to utilize.

Fast booking thru AMOMA.com. Price was good. Hotel is about 5 drive from First World Hotel. Check in a little bit slow but overall service and food were good. Staff are helpful. Will book again with AMOMA and the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel.
Great place to stay and very conveniently located close to airport. The hotel had a traditional rustic feel with all the modern facilities. Staff are really friendly and help full. Hotel also off an airport shuttle service for those flying in. Great continental breakfast selection and Multiple corse Italian cuisine in the main Restaurant, with moderate portion sizes. Great selection of wines from the regions.
Through AMOMA.com I made a booking for a Hannover Hotel across from the airport and it was@ $60 less than going rate. I did bring my paperwork, the clerk was new and had to ask another how to handle my reservation.
It was quickly resolved.
