Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.
I made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money. VERY BAD Rezervation number: 57479465
I had never heard of AMOMA before, but gave it a try because they had the best rate for the hotels in the location and time of my trip. Everything went smoothly and there were no surprises or extra charges. I will use them again.
We had a weekend away at the Royal Highland Hotel in Inverness and found our room to be very satisfactory. Breakfast was very good. Hotel restaurant was excellent - we recommend their 1-2-3 deal. Good location adjacent to station. One quibble, beware first floor rooms on station side -room below used for highland dancing therefore noise in bedrooms above.
I was looking for a place to stay in Tucson, AZ and AMOMA came up as a booking option. It said it was a trip advisor partner so I checked out what they had. I saved 50% over what I could have paid going anywhere else at the Hilton El Conquistador. The only one small snag was my credit card was denied for the final payment as they are not a US based country. It was resolved easily with an email to them. They were very responsive. The hotel even upgraded us to a suite.

Additional Daily Resort Fee was clearly stated, so no surprises.
Would add an arrow or yellow highlighting to make Resort Fees even more visible.

Got the room as described, save a couple hundred on a 3 night stay. Would use again. As other people have stated call the hotel to make sure the reservation has gone through good advice with any third party reservation company.
First Class service. Extremely helpful in the booking procedure... actually spoke with a very real person, who also rang me back to save me `hanging on`, and the hotel was brilliant. Will use them before any other booking service in future.
Our room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had a hair dryer and makeup mirror and ample room for 2 people to use at the same time. We loved the location, minutes from the best shopping on St Catherine Street, wonderful restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the train station. We will definitely stay there again when our travels take us back to Montreal.

Booked 3 nights at our desired hotel decided to stay another week tried to book this on line on day 3 with you people found it impossible ended up dealing with the hotel direct after a bit of negotiation thanks anyway
Stumbled on this site by accident and glad I did, very competitive prices and gave me more freedom of choice due to the price so I could travel and stay in places that would usually not be in my price range
I booked a hotel for my colleague from Jun 18-22 and for some reason he had to check out a day earlier. I called Amoma customer service number which usually takes about 40 min to get hold of anyone. Sometime, it just hangs up on you. One guy told me to get a invoice from hotel when guest checks out and send it to Amoma so i can get the remaining balance refunded. 1st I received email saying they could not open my attachment. How come I can open the same PDF and image (I sent both) and they can't. I even provided reference number and all the info hotel gave us. Now: It has been over one and half month and i still have not got my refund nor do i get any response of my email.

I went to this site from Canada to book a Canadian hotel. There was even a Canadian flag in the top corner and a Canadian contact number. Only after booking did I realize they were charging me in US dollars. When I tried to cancel online they state that I will have to pay $60 to cancel.
I am now on hold (45 minutes and counting) with still no live voice.
NEVER use this site. This is just a scam they are trying to pull.

Should have know from the start when my bank texted me asking if the transaction was fraudulent. Now I know it is, set up the reservation to stay in Kansas City and when I checked with the hotel regarding my reservation. They said Amoma did not have an reserved rooms and my information was not available.
Then of course I go to cancel the booked and are subject to forfeiting half of the cost and the rest will be refunded. Will see if that ever happens. Likely I will never see this money again. Thanks for stealing from everyday people. Hope this site gets shut down soon.

We stayed 2 night before our flight home. Very helpful staff. The lady on the desk even lent me her laptop so I could watch the premier league. The room and breakfast was excellent. Only one fault the built in fridge was not working forgot to report it to the desk
I had never heard of this site, but decided to use it because of their good prices. Unfortunately I made a mistake with my reservation dates. Minutes after I made the reservation I made a phone call to AMOMA. After being on hold for a very long time... a VERY long time, I was finally able to talk to Franklin. He told me they would review my reservation and get back to me within 24 hours. I received a confirmation email stating the same. That was ELEVEN days ago! I still haven't heard a word from them.
Oh well, too bad for them. I'm going to be traveling in Europe for a month. For sure I'll be using a different travel site. The bottom line is they're losing lots of business from me.

I was very satisfied with the reservation and stay. I would only suggest that Amoma have a reachable customer service line. Maybe change the message to say that they will call me back. Which they did.
Fab hotel the minute you walk through the door it's so relaxing and beautiful. Booked s double room but got a huge twin room just fantastic. Breakfast fab pool fab over it. Planning another visit soon
At the time of looking for a hotel in Lisbon I looked at several platforms. Amoma.com was by far the most competitive. However there were some negative reviews posted about them. Whilst worried I booked anyway. The hotel was superb, the booking process simple and straightforward. I will use amoma.com again without any hesitation.

Stayed in the Hotel Villa Rosa. Staff were very good as were the breakfasts. Room was a bit small for 3 people but I gather this is normal for Rome. Good value for money and great location in Trastevere-5 mins from train station, 2 mins from trams into centre. Only complaint, beds were too hard for us.

Everything was good, the room was bigger than I thought. However, it is a party place, not a place for children especially at night. People were on the beach making out and jumping into the ocean with no tops on, lots of wild hollering.
Excellent accommodation and services, hope for my next business travel I' can choose the same Hotel. Room is excellent, silent, breakfast with traditional foods, restaurant in the top with wonderful view

Found a great deal on trivago... had I read previous reviews about Amoma... I would have not used them. However, much to my pleasant surprise, the booking was perfect. We saved almost $70/night... Hotel was great... Amoma worked out wonderfully for us this time. I would use them again.
The only drawback was I could never get someone on the phone at Amoma to answer some questions.
Having selected and paid for 2 rooms in a hotel in Ireland I arrived to be told that only 1 room was available. The hotel explained that they had alerted amoma to this fact at the time of booking but no notice was sent to me by amoma prior to my arrival. To make matters worse, the hotel advised that it was amoma who had booked all the other rooms for a tour group. I am still waiting for a response to their initial email asking why I have asked PayPal to stop payment. It has been almost two weeks of silence. Thank you to PayPal for assisting and supporting my claim for a full refund. Shameful that amoma don't even have the decency (or staff?) to provide even a simple response.

Great hotel in a central location. Friendly staff who were very knowledgeable about the best restaurants/ Bars to visit. The hotel is situated between the sea front and the town centre which has some lovely shops. The roof terrace bar in the evening was amazing with breathtaking views onto the beach and the old town. We stayed in December so the room rate was very good value for money.
