Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.
I made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money. VERY BAD Rezervation number: 57479465
We made a reservation 2 weeks in advance. When we arrived at the hotel, the reservation never existed. The place is a total scam. No one has been available in customer service the several times I have called and waited over 30 minutes. Literally no one answers the phone. And now I have been charged twice for the room. Lesson learned not to make a booking online with some no name company.
Staffs of this hotel were very kind. They helped us to carry our luggage. The design of hotel was fantastic, too! I love their gorgeous lobby and also, there was free lemon water to drink there. The hotel was almost next to the train station, so you don't need to worry about the time when you arrive in Copenhagen at night at the airport. It was the reasonable price to compare with other hotel...^^
Booked and prepaid for a hotel in Naples Italy 2 days ago via Amoma.com. Then I saw so many mixed reviews about Amoma. I immediately checked directly with the hotel to see if they had my prepaid reservation.
The hotel wrote back within the hour confirming my reservation. No worries.
The hotel rate, if I booked directly or with any other reservation site was approximately 110 euro per night. With Amoma it was 55 euros. Happy:-)

Used Trivago.com and got pointed to Amoma. Clicked on a double beds room all the way through both sites but Amoma put me in a king room with a pullout sofa. Didn't find out until I arrived at the hotel. Amoma then told me that a double room only means 2 beds in the U.S. They refused to refund my money or find me another hotel. I ended up paying for another hotel miles away. Stay away... stay away and the customer service was rude.

Found and booked a good deal on AMOMA for a hotel in Dubai( 9 nights starting Jan 26,2017)). After reading some negative reviews on them (some clients had their reservation cancelled last minute for example) and because they re not very well known yet, I have decided to call their customer service to make sure everything was confirmed. Their agents were very nice and efficient and they confirmed everything was ok. Once arrived in Dubai, the hotel met the expectations and was perfect. So thank you AMOMA for the good deal. :)
I will never book with Amoma again. They gave me a total price which I paid only to find out after a non-refundable booking that there would be an additional resort fee charged by the hotel. Further, they never responded to my email and I could never reach anyone by phone to discuss my reservation.

I admit I was worried by some of the damning reviews but decided to book and check directly with the hotel that they had a reservation for me before I travelled. Within 48 hours from booking with Amoma my reservation was confirmed by the hotels reception. I would not hesitate to use this company again

Hotel room was clean and tidy having recently been refurbished. Continental breakfast was average with the toast being a bit on the soft side. Booking in process was very slow maybe due to the size of the hotel and the time of day. Good location for central London. Price was reasonable, would stay there again.
Hotel was very good, shower, bed, good size sink could be a bit deeper but you can get by with it. The rooms could have a temperature gage in them it was very hot the first night had to sleep on top of the covers. Breakfast brilliant A1 plus
When attempting to book the first time the price went up as i was doing it, so I cancelled the booking. Shortly afterwards I received a message from my credit card company asking if I recognised some recent purchases one of which was the new amount on Amoma but with a different name so I said I didn't recognise it. The card company assured me they were genuine but cancelled the purchase anyway as I had not completed it. I then received a 5% off email so went ahead and got a better deal. No idea what went on with the first attempt but it lost them a star!
Two night stay for Prudential Ride London 2018. Myself and the bike had a fantastic time in spotlessly clean rooms.The Staff from reception to catering through to room cleaning services were delightful and extremely helpful.
Will definitely be returning in 2019 again for Prudential Ride London.

I booked a hotel through Amoma and saved approx. $50/night compared to other hotel discount websites, and got free breakfast! I was nervous about the booking after reading negative reviews about people's experience with Amoma, but everything turned out great! I emailed the hotel about a week after my initial booking to confirm that they had my reservation. The hotel itself was excellent & the included breakfast was great as well! No complaints. I will definitely consider using Amoma again for future bookings!

Worst experience ever! I booked a hotel in June for a stay in Chicago. They pre- charged me $92. When I got to the hotel, my reservation was there but I realized I didn't have the card previously used to confirm it. So i used a different card to pay for my stay that night. Luckily, the hotel even charged me less and said they'd reverse the previously charged $92 through Amoma! Now, the agony begun when I contacted Amoma to get my $92 back!
Despite providing evidence from both Accounts, they tried to blame it on the hotel and let's just say after lengthy exchanges with their daft customer services, I gave up! Such cons! Will keep to using TripAdvisor, Booking.com and others!

The process was easy enough, I was a little frustrated not being able to get back to the details of the reservations. Unless I missed it, I could only access the page with the booking number, dates etc, but could not find the details such as price, original booking request-just wanted to review. Otherwise all worked out just fine and hotel had all needed info, which was most important!
A good tourist class hotel well located in the city centre. Room was a reasonable size and was generally quiet apart other guests doors closing. This room had a balcony which was great but most don't. Breakfast was the only disappointment lacking fresh fruit. Also the hot food was stone cold but there was a decent selection of cold meats and cheeses. Room was clean and staff were helpful when needed.
This is a very pleasant hotel. Only five minutes drive away from all the tourist sites in Sintra, placed in a quiet area (though not very easy to find)!
With very nice indoor and outdoor pools, very clean and good size bedrooms. Breakfast with a lovely selection and the staff were very pleasant.
The downside that I have experienced was unfortunately the bed! It was rather hard and I found myself tossing and turning throughout the nights.
(I stayed 5 nights).
I would like to stay in this hotel again and hope that maybe I will have a more comfortable bed!
I had a problem with one of my bookings last month. So, I wrote a review on Sitejabber and got an immediate response from Amoma. We talked on the phone and they looked into the problem and I heard today that I'm getting a full refund back. I appreciate their efforts and am glad this was resolved.
I traveled the United States for a month, using the Trip Advisor App to find me hotels a couple days further down the road. I found it handy to do it with my cell phone as I was never quite sure where I was going to be on any given night. I booked a room at Winona, MO with Days Inn, using AMOMA, since it was the best price. I specifically searched on Winona, MO, since I know there are other Winonas. When I got there, I was told by the locals that there were NO hotels in Winona, MO so I tried to call AMOMA and see what had happened. I got a recording that pretty much said "tough luck" and it hung up. Never got to talk to a real person. I'm going to send a message to Trip Advisor too. They shouldn't be using such a devious site.

Very ordinary hotel room stay without a complimentary breakfast. The pocket door to the bathroom did not lock securely. The vanity lighting was inadequate. The mountain view was quite good; the deck was filthy. Statements from AMOMA lack important information, like pricing.

All was well after check-in with the exception of low, low light in bathroom. Take your own work light.
Further there is no loading zone in front of the property. This makes check-in a challenge involving parking meters, etc.
Clean and friendly.
I got to the hotel that I had booked 3 weeks earlier just to find out that the reservation was never actually confirmed - I was never made aware of this until I reached the hotel that late evening. I then tried to contact their customer service 3 separate times. Wasting over 2.5 hours, over 3 separate days, and never being able to contact them.
Finally on the third day I got in contact with them. They opened up an investigation. Let's see how long it takes to get my money back. Not to mention the gas and time wasted during my vacation

At first I was dubious about getting such a good deal. Was cheapest option and got extras like breakfast thrown in for free. Checked out reviews on site and all good. Arrived at hotel and we where all booked in. Easy to use as well.
Staff helpful and polite, hotel clean, very satisfied with room... overall great!
Hotel was situated in a very convenient place for the city centre and public transport. If visit Cardiff again would consider staying at this hotel again.
Rate was very good. We got our room and were very happy with the hotel. The email I got from AMOMA was unclear. It asked to use a coupon for 5% when I just paid for the reservation. It said "apply before you pay" I was worried my payment did not go through as it was not clear if this was for next time use or current transaction.
