Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.
I made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money. VERY BAD Rezervation number: 57479465

Hotel was lovely and in a great location. Beautiful inside and we had read reviews about long check ins so avoided the peak time, checked in quite quickly and was given a free upgrade to a studio room. Fab!

The price with the foreign transaction fee was more than what I would have paid in a different website. I wish that would have been disclosed somewhere near the total charge. This makes me not trust new websites.
Our flight was delayed and we had an extreme late arrival. Hotel staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate us. Breakfast was still available when we got up. There was not much of a selection but was good nonetheless. We were very pleased with hotel, would stay again.
This was my first time using Amoma, found them easy to use and had a rate that was much better than others for the same hotel and even had breakfast included. Very satisfied will definitely use them again.

I was hesitant to book through Amoma as I had never heard of them until Trip Advisor pushed them as the best deal for a hotel we were looking at outside Yosemite. They had the best deal and the whole process was very simple. Just make sure you print your voucher! The hotel we went to was unable to use the one on my phone... maybe that was the hotels fault though. :) thanks Amoma!
Rooms very clean. Badly thought out wiring and design air-con system and electric wall heater. Took a day to find out that you could not operate both at the same time. The advice on this, although underlined, was buried in a letter in a folder on the desk.
Unlike other popular booking sites, by booking through amoma.com, we saved the nightly fee that would have applied for each of our 2 sons as well as the resort fee. The site was easy to use, pretty straight forward and no problems at the hotel. Would use again.
I've booked in this hotel before with another site and been completely satisfied with my stay. Unfortunately this time I was placed in a room right beside the ice machine and both me and my girlfriend got no sleep as the noise was unbearable. I don't know if it was bad luck or had something to do with the Amoma site.

Very easy to book the hotel I wanted through this site. Printed out my documatentation, presented it at check-in, and all went smoothly. Significant savings, as I booked about 5 weeks in advance of my trip.
No problem, checking perfectly in order, liked the hotel and its restaurant "Allegro". Great food, lovely music Friday evening, room on 13th floor, super view of Quebec City, hotel close to all amenities
Nice breakfast quiet room good staff hotel classed as 4 Star with my vast experience of hotels this would struggle to make 2 star furniture is filthy ineed of renewal the whole place needs a facelift.
Fresh, modern room with extremely high standards of hygiene. Power shower and lovely toiletries. Very comfortable bed. Super big TV with 5 news channels in English, 1 Spanish channel and the rest in French. Only disappoinment really was no kettle or iron in the room, when this is advertised. They're available, but you have to ask for them. Friendly, efficient staff who genuinely seem interested in you enjoying your stay. Very easy to get to from the Gare du Nord, if travelling from Charles de Gaulle airport.
Perfect Hotel in Florence where everything is within walking distance. I had intended to use Booking.com but Amoma intervened before I booked and offered me a better deal. I6t was spooky that Amoma discovered my phone number but all worked out ok
Hotel Modern in NOLA was comfortable, spacious and conveniently located on the St. Charles trolley line. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average, but appreciated. Proximity to excellent WWII museum is a bonus. Superdome and other museums also close.

Nice and easy to use website. Even the internet support over the phone was ok, but transparency gone when you are showing a price, saying that includes everything, but credit card fees of almost EUR10 appears only on the payment screen... Unlike in other sites, like booking. Com.
I was a bit apprehensive when we went to check in after I read some bad reviews regarding AMOMA. I fully expected the resort to indicate they had no idea who we were. To my shock we checked in within 30 seconds with a smile and "all paid" from the front desk. On top of that we watched as regular guests had luggage stored because their rooms weren't ready yet we quickly obtained a room overlooking the lazy river. I understand room availability is the resorts task but after a quick check in it made our experience that much better. To save over $100/night and get great service truly stunned me. We will definitely use AMOMA again.

My stay at Town Lodge is always a pleasant one, thanks to amoma.com i got an excellent rate and it included breakfast this time round. However just 1 thing, nothing major, i requested a ground floor room and ended up on the 2nd floor.
Over all, was a good choice
Convenient location, friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of choice.
Clean, pleasant room with an excellent view.
The downside: Only one lift working, so quite a wait (I was on the 5th floor). Also the bottom shower door seal needed repairing/repacing.
Overall, excellent value for money.

Great sea view almost breathtaking but the moral and smell of cats is terrible. I spent my first day here cleaning the private beach. It was like a rubbish tip. It was only then they decided to clean it. Unprepared and it nearly May already. Its a pity because it has so much potential and there are some dedicated staff who care. Unfortunately the rest havecs very poor attitude to their guests.

Booked a Tampa hotel for $5 less than three lowest price elsewhere. Unrequested phone follow up support from Amoma confirmed the price & fees were correct so I booked and everything at hotel went smoothly. Very happy.
My wife and I attended the Stonefree Festival last weekend at the O2 Arena.
We stayed at Travelodge Docklands, which proved to be an ideal choice. Excellent service, clean, comfortable room and a hearty breakfast.

Amoma seems to be expanding in the hotel search sites (Trivago & Kayak). I had a BAD experience with them last year (2015) and vowed never to do book with them again. I checked the many other bad experiences described in reviews to make sure mine was not an isolated incident. I avoid them at all costs and actually just did booking VDay weekend in Orlando. I paid more rather than risk a booking with them!
Stay away from AMOMA! They are bad news! Terrible access to service, and terrible attitudes, pushy service people who treat you like you are trying to rip them off! They come across as slippery and underhanded.
Shame on Trivago and Kayak for listing their deals at all.
