I heard about this company that makes parts. I purchased a " simple" Fairing part the part was delivered 5 days later than it was supposed to be delivered. IT DIDNT COME CLOSE TO FITTING... there are 3 brackets / connecting points and two of them weren't even close to being in the correct location don't buy from amotopart

Tried to get refund on a part and they refuse to work with any refund what's so ever! What company contacts u at 11 at night and through a text message! Worse place ever! 200 dollars down the drain! TRASH! TRASH! TRASH! YOUR MAMMA SHOULD HAVE SWALLOWED!

Save the headaches and look elsewhere!
Had a question on a carburetor I purchased. They offered instructions in their first response email, however, never sent them and still haven't. Note: 17+ emails of back and forth.
On the 10th email I requested a return shipment label and yet received that. Disregarding my request to return they insist, that I, take a 20% discount. Gfym

BIG FAT ZERO!

I spent $600 on fairings. They had damage to them. I called but no one ever answers. They only text which is a huge red flag! Told them about the damage and sent photos. They offered me 10% off. The purpose of getting fairings was so I didn't have to hire someone to fix and paint OEM fairings. Told them I would send them back then they offered me 15% I said no then they offered 20% i said no I wanted the parts replaced or refunded my money. They offered 1/2 the price and I spoke with a painter and he said he could do it for that price. So agreed they told me it would take 3 working days. It's been 6 working days and they said they will check and now it's been 48 hrs since they said they would check. Don't waste your time. Stick with a company that actually speaks with you on the phone!

The quality leaves much to be desired. Multiple pieces were missing paint on the corners. Also had a piece that was missing a top coat on big section. Rather than own up and rectify the issue, their customer service just insists there's nothing wrong with the part.

Update: Requested to start the return process. Suddenly not getting any responses from their sales rep.

I ordered the stator, regulator/rectifier and gasket kit back in September 2022 rode all of 4 times due to spring just now getting warm enough before the very stator purchased took a crap on me you'd think after $200 give or take they'd honor the warranty offered in description of my order but their clearly okay with robbing me and false advertising they claim they offer a 60 day return or refund policy but I don't want to return nor get a refund I just want the 1 year warranty offered in description towards a new stator pics of proof below

These people will literally lie to you in email and make it seem like they really sending you a package when in reality all we received was some clips with no fairing. If I can give a ZERO I would. They won't respond or pick up your calls so don't even waist your time. Currently working with Paypal to receive our money back from these losers.

Ordered my item, credit card payment cleared immediately.
Confirmation email states; "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account."
After a week and no tracking number I sent an e-mail. No response.
After 2 weeks - my Order Status still says "Processing" - I also realized I could be getting scammed.
I asked my bank to dispute the charge. We're still working on it.
Horrible customer service.

Save yourself the aggravation! Buy somewhere else.

They said this fender would fit my 07 street glide. They sent the wrong mounting blocks. I explained several times that it would not work. I sent pictures showing them why it would not work. In extremely broken. English, (which makes me think they're responding from China) they explained that their product would work when in fact, it will not! The pictures do not lie! They offered to allow me to return it with a 30% stocking fee and freight on me. I guess I will keep the fender and order the correct, mounting brackets from Klickwerks (which is where I should have ordered the fender from in the first place. BUYER BEWARE. I never post reviews, but felt compelled to do so because this is absolutely egregious! Never again will I spend one single penny with this "company"

By far the worst experience I've ever had with an online retailer. Ordered my item, then was told in a confirmation email that I would receive a tracking number when it shipped. After a week and no tracking number I sent an e-mail. No response. I then called and had somewhere there named "Jeff" tell me that it had shipped and that the warehouse had forgotten to attach a tracking number. I realized I could be getting scammed, especially after calling three more times with no response. I then filed a paypal dispute and a week later they are finally shipping the item. Had to force their hand. Unacceptable.

I ordered a part and recieved it as indicated. However, the part was defective and have been unable to receive a replacement of refund after 10 days of trying to get an answer from them. Customer service just says they will look into it. So far they have not been helpful and would recommend not purchasing from them.

First, I order a fairing which said it will be delivered in 3 days but I want to change the color of it, so I email to the Amotopart guys for custom the fairing. And then, they replied me that the custom fairing will take about 7-12 days for making, I have no complaints about this, okay. But the fairing should be shipped from their factory located on the HongKong, so the guys asked me which delivery channel would I want, the sea or air, and the air is faster but should be charged extra freight, unfortunately, I chose the sea shipping at that time. Final, they informed that my fairing be done and send the image to show it, it's great for me, but the sea shipping is donkey's year, I have wait about a month for the package. When I received the package it is amazing and install it in time, will choose the air shipping in next summer! Or order the fairing in the Winter, the fairing will be received in the Spring when I can take a ride!

Wanted to change the color of my bike, amotopart was very helpful, let me pick the color and design at no extra charge. They did a GREAT job and they bolted right up. Thank you amotopart!

Beware, amotopart.com has no physical address on website and all the phone numbers are cell numbers!
