Purchased bouquet of a dozen roses for our anniversary from Amy Florist in Irvine, California on 9-1-14. When delivered to my wife one rose was already drooping and the water in the vase was filthy. By the next day all roses were wilted. Emailed Amy Florist three times and no response from them. I have called them three times and always have to leave a message. Have never received a call back. They claim to be a local, family-owned business but they are not. PLEASE DO NOTMAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM AMY FLORIST LOCATED IN IRVINE, CA!
