Connor Anderson of Buffalo NY gave us an estimate to do 2 gutter jobs. He explained that he works full-time and does this work on evenings and weekends, which was ok with us. He did one of the jobs and promised to finish the other job several times but did not show up. His cell and business phones go directly to voicemail. He does not respond to email. If he is unable to finish the work, he should communicate that instead of stringing us along. In the meantime, we referred a couple people to his business and he is not responding to them. We also notice that he screens the reviews on his business website and only posts 5 star reviews. We were hoping to give him 5 stars but we are so disappointed he does not communicate and keep his word. LFedri Buffalo NY
