Bought a new 2024 Cadillac Escalade from Andrews Cadillac of Nashville. When we arrived at the dealership the Escalade was parked up front so we looked it over and went inside to begin paperwork. My wife comes in and informed me there was a spot on the drivers seat. We go out and look at it and it seemed at first to be something that could be rubbed out. So we close the deal. When we get home we look alot closer and see it is a chip out of the leather veneer finish and realize quickly it is NOT repairable, so we call Aric our inept sales guy. He tells us they will, "fill it in", we say "NO WAY, we want the seat replaced. Here is where the lies and deceitful behavior gets unbelievably blatant. There is a chain of command of lies and deceitful behavior at ANDREWS CADILLAC. Second in command of lies and deceit Scott wants to tells us it's our imagination. We dump him and write the owner Nelson Andrews, he has a manager blocking for him so we will call Joey first in command of lies and deceit. Joey amazingly enough right away says he will replace the seat and to bring it right in. I immediately smell a RAT! I begin to question him about how he is getting a OME GM seat on such short notice. He began the SPIN. He literally won't tell us where it's coming from. THAT IS ODD! So we stay on him and he finally says he is swapping it out from another Escalade on the lot. WOW, what is going on here? We are in a pinch point here, do we do it or do we stand them down? We agree to the plot. Then when we go to pick up the car they say we MUST come after 5PM, ODD AGAIN because we are aware the service department is closed at 5pm. We get there and the little liar Aric is there and we want the paper work on the seat replacement. He starts his SPIN, says he will email it the next morning. Well we wait until 1PM the next day and then call Aric the sales guy, he says, "l need to talk to Scott". No way we know Scott is not to be believed. Enter number one deceiver Joey. He begins to BS us about the seat because he is pulling a fast and loose scam he has no paper trail on the seat. So we are left to wonder where the heck the seat in 3 days notice came from, was it out of a wrecked Escalade, was it a aftermarket seat? To this day no paper has been put forth where this mystery seat came from. The owner sent me a condescending email that "he was sorry to hear about the blemish on my seat and his goons would take care of it". We are beside ourselves about the $100k new 2024 Escalade has been CHOPPED by Andrews Cadillac! It's been 3 weeks and mum is the word from CHOP SHOP ANDREWS CADILLAC! These people are a GANG and are not to be trusted! We will never do business there again and we have bought two Cadillacs from them. The conspiracy here is they damaged the seat but the only way to get out of their jam was to push it off on a customer so they could start the LIES and push the seat through warranty damage lie! The carpet is NOT TUCKED back correctly around the seat base as the factory had it, pic included. The bottom line is these liars and deceivers are willing to make a customer a sacrifice to get out of what was a dealer internal problem. This is the worst type is FRAUD! Four people conspired to defraud us on a NEW $100k automobile! I will include what lead deceiver Joey sent as a receipt in email form, not sufficient. My advice is don't go to the ANDREWS CADILLAC CHOP SHOP! I have included pics of how CHOP SHOP ANDREWS CADILLAC did NOT tuck the carpet around the seat base like the factory did, SO MUCH FOR A NEW CADILLAC. These people are DESPICABLE! Had to up date my review 9/19/24: This guy Joey hit the ceiling about my review on Dealer rater. He now claims he had a easy fix for the hole/chip in the surface of the leather veneer on my driver's seat bottom, NEWS FLASH he failed to include said fix and NEVER mentioned said FIX to my wife of myself. We still have no proof where this seat came from or if it is OME GM. Andrews Cadillac knows good and well they pulled a SCAM on a customer and they have to stick to a story that has no truth or common sense to it. THIS CAR HAD NO REASON OR PURPOSE TO BE ON THE SALES LINE OTHER THAN TO TRICK, SCAM OR DECEIVE A CUSTOMER!

Andrews Cadillac prides itself on being top notch, first class automobile dealer. Says it has a great buying experience. Well let me tell you about what me and my wife think. This was the most expensive car we ever bought and we are in our sixties and thus was absolutely the worst ever debacle of lies and deceit EVER! In law when you take advantage of elders they call it SOMETHING!!!!
