I lost $876. This company is a fraud. Address is fake, phone numbers will never answer, they claim they have australian presence but no. You will wait on phone in queue for one hr+ but when its ur turn it will ring and get disconnected. I have tried several times. No one replies to you on your emails. Only web chat works but you will get copy paste answers. They are in hong kong ( even that is correct or not we dont know as no address or phone number for hong). Now its one month I am still struggling to get my money back. I hope I had read the reviews on internet about this company before dealing with them... 100s of similar cases like me there... pls always do some research before dealing with online companies.

I have been chasing my refund from my bank for several months after I cancelled my order, as it didn't arrive within the 5 days shipping time they promised.
When I contacted them about the shipping time they said they will have to order it from their Hong Kong warehouse. I needed the item as a gift the next week so cancelled the order.
They said the funds would be in my account within 5 business days but they lied. I have had to contact the bank for them to try to get the money back.
Extremely bad service. Avoid at all costs.

I've been waiting for months for my refund.
After many emails which were all met with useless copy+paste excuses, I was eventually asked to acknowledge a liability waiver and to supply my bank details in order to receive my refund via bank transfer within 10 business days. I did as requested. That was over 2 weeks ago and in my opinion the waiver is now void.
Now the email address (*******@android-enjoyed.com) for Jen Guzman, whom I feel safe to assume is not a real person, is bouncing emails back. Also, not surprisingly, the Facebook page for Android Enjoyed has vanished.
I'm now going to issue in the Civil Claims List of VCAT.
To everyone else dealing with these criminals, don't let them wear you down. That's exactly how they survive.

They have significantly low prices for gadgets which will get you hooked - you order it, pay for it (even choose express shipping) then you wait. You will wait for days, then weeks, then you contact them. Their hotline is not working. You go for live chat. You wait for 3 hours just to speak to a representative and if you request to escalate the situation, they'd say the manager will only telly you the same thing.
They can't dispatch the item because they're waiting for a response from their "PURCHASE TEAM".
To cut it short, they're selling something that they don't have yet. It's gonna be a loooong drag, not worth it.
I've ordered Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 for my son's birthday and it took a month before they finally told me that the "Purchase Team" doesn't have the item yet and to wait another 1-2 weeks for dispatch confirmation.
Don't even think about express delivery. Not gonna happen.
Stay away from these people.
