Anyone know a contact for these placed an order like it was a&f uk site when I saw the ad on facebook but heard nothing from them and online chat goes to a b2 ticket site what the hell is going on here anyone that can send me any numbers or email address

I ordered by bf's birthday present off this site thinking it was an official Abercrombie and Fitch website. The product was poor quality and ill fitting and I had no delivery note enclosed and no way of returning the items for a refund. Steer clear!

Avoid at all costs! S#@! Clothes which are clearly copies. S#@! Service, very difficult to return items, kept sending me emails suggesting I keep the clothes and give them to someone else and advising how difficult and inconvenient returning the goods would be (they weren't wrong there!), ignored my instruction by sending more "suggestive" emails with offers of small discounts to keep the shorts, they then advised they would charge me a 15% restocking fee which isn't mentioned anywhere on their site. Sent parcel back to them in the hope they may actually refund the price of the goods, still waiting to hear from them even though I know the parcel arrived. If this was the last store on earth selling clothes I'd avoid them and fashion your own out of an old curtain or something!

They won't give you their address, and the online help / customer service didnt answer my questions on their address they just kept saying- goods are despatched from a us warehouse, when i threatened to call police they gave me a netherlands postbus ( po box) address, steer clear!

Scam clothing website. A complete visual rip of the real Abercrombie and Fitch website. The company is based in Shanghai. They tried to take more money from my credit card after I had bought goods from them. Thankfully my credit card company stopped them.

Does anybody have a contact number for this site. I have purchased clothes and havent heard anything from them since monday. I have seen any good reviews regarding the website since making the order. I wish i hadnt now! Can anybody help?

Basically, I ordered off this website, thinking it was an official Abercrombie website. After ordering I read around the web learning that the company who take your money on this website (ecypss) are fraudulent. I immediatley went and cancelled my card. By this point my cash for the clothes had already been taken, but thankfully no more than the amount payed for the clothes.
Strangely enough 2 weeks later I recieved my order! The clothes are official abercrombie clothes, they appear to just be duds they are selling off cheap...
Thats to say, this company shouldn't be trusted and there for DO NOT USE THEM. I got lucky but many may not... Its not really worth the risk.

Avoid buying from this site they have launched another site similar with slight difference
It looks like its uk site but its not when u make payment it will show on ur statment payment has been made to some one in china
There is no way u can contact them
And cloths quality is absolutely rubbish cheap quality cloths
Avoid and please let others know as well

Very poor copies no where near the quality of Abercrombie avoid at all cost.
