Their returns policy is a joke if you ask for an address to return items you will come to a dead end. 3 dresses received, 2 wrong size 1 wrong colour asked to return them but to no avail cant get an address to do this now all correspondence from them has been silent wonder why, found out that they are under investigation, wish we knew this before we ordered

This company ruined my week. I thought I was ordering a beautiful prom dress. Yet it turned up, completely different and more like something a little girl would dress up in play time. It was terrible and so shocking. I then proceeded to have a string of 10 emails back and forth with them. Them refusing to give me a refund but admitting that it was a different dress. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I had to get my £200 back through visa
---This website was SHILLAS, but they just changed the name! I bought a wedding dress from this website, when it arrive, it wasn't even the same dress, the top doesn't look good, doesn't fit well on my chest (the padding and cut/shape feels wrong) and the finish is not right. They replied that they liked how the dress fitted me! (what a joke) and even suggested me to take it to a tailor myself. After my second complaint email they offered 8% refund but when I tried replying to the emails, it would bounce back. STAY AWAY! Its a SCAM, don't waste your money. Their website is no longer available too!
