I ordered from the site a couple weeks ago and it still says my order hasn't been processed yet. So I try to contact customer support in upon going to the site there's no contact information whatsoever to get a hold of this company on their site. Did I accidentally order from a fake scamming site?

It's soft, stretches even but not a ton, big too, bigger than my body pillow. The picture is super clean and amazing. She's perfect! My friend is going to love her!
