Was in town on business and saw an Anna's Tequeria around the corner and decided to go get a burrito. The last time I had been in an Anna's was at least 8 years ago having moved too far away from one, so this was going to be a treat for me as their food was always great. I decided to get two burritos to eat at home with hubby. To our shock, the burritos were horrible. The pieces of steaks were tough and tasteless along with everything else in the burritos. There was also something in the burrito that tasted like it was going bad (sour cream or quac?) I ended up throwing mine away half way and my husband spent time throwing up in the bathroom a while later. What has happened to our food industry. Bad food is dangerous to pass off just to make a profit, people won't come back and I for sure won't either.
Tip for consumers:
I don't know about your experience but for the past couple of years I have noticed that there is a major decline with take out or home delivery of prepared food. Most of the time I find the food is either tasteless or food that is about to go bad and it's mixed in my food. Bad food doesn't belong in my stomach. I would never feed my family bad food but for some reason people at these take out places seems to think otherwise and just don't care. I am done getting take out.
