The current leadership of this company needs tons of improvements. Most of the managers don't seem supportive at all, and they never provide guidance or resources needed by the employees. Another problem is that they're very demanding and have high expectations despite not providing any support to the employees. The management needs new faces.

Announcement! You guys need to watch out whenever purchased from Anne Fontaine store in Valley Fair or any other else where with any item, You should not and never had a change to return in a minutes as soon they print out received. They policies is exchange or credits only, and they clothes or dress is quality and very expensive but I had never see any store policy as like them. Also, No prices tag or new supplies in store, only display, so they can make any prices as soon you like and you don't have a change to return in a minutes.

Actually, I used to be purchased they cloths but never attention on received and never return at all, til last two days I purchased 1 item gift to my sister and total $ 950+ thereafter; she does not wanted it then I brought it back to store yesterday for return. Finally, lady name Anne not allow to return then mentioned they policy.

Please attention! Not too late to do like my mistake.

These people have the worst customer service team that will fake smiles and attend to you easily if you are buying something. When it comes to returns, the same people have an awful attitude. They would do everything they could to avoid a return. They would also be rude and disrespectful for no reason. It was ridiculous!

Disgusting experience at Anne Fontaine Store. No one wanted to help you and when they did, they were not helpful at all. The woman who served me had her EarPods in acting like she didn't want to be there and was also shaking her head at customers and being very rude! The quality of products has gone down and prices doubled. Will not shop there anymore.

I live in Madison and like to support the neighborhood boutiques. I went to Anne Fontaine. I believe the woman who is there is the owner. I have never in my life met such a rude lady. I would never make a purchase from here if that was the last store standing. A word of advice, learn how to treat customers and neighbors with kindness and manners.

You can tell their pieces were copies from other brands and I couldn't believe how they're able to operate like that! There's no integrity in their designs, they're fake and very unethical. I'd feel awful buying their products.

The combination of mediocre pay and awful management is a terrible one. The leadership is poor, so the employees have to work in a stressful and inefficient work environment. The mediocre pay is also made horrible because the environment isn't good. I honestly don't see anything desirable in this company. I would recommend you avoid it and work somewhere else.

It's a very messy company with messy management and a chaotic work atmosphere. Working here means expecting the unexpected. The workload is very inconsistent. There are days when you'll have so much to do that taking a break will make you feel guilty, and there are days when you'll have so much time that you'll feel guilty wasting a lot of it.

The return policy's a joke! I bet management made it frustrating and stressful for customers so we won't go through the return!
