“Good support from this individual”

The response from this support person on this issue was quickly resolved, a lot of their support is very good. BUT over 60% of the time i am promised a quick call back... sometimes waiting over 8 hours. This is an issue. Their initial support people... telling us it is going to happen quickly. That isn't true. I'm trying to run a business.
