Bought a dress for my upcoming wedding. Everything was fine until I received the dress. I immediately took it home and tried it on. The dress was too short, did not fit my specification, or look anything like the dress on the website. I sent am email imminently to take advantage of their "7day return policy". I emailed with John, who had been so helpful when trying to purchase. He kept asking what was wrong with the dress. I explained every issue and asked for them to initiate a refund but just kept getting " We made the dress correctly" and "You need to do the right thing". I explained to them that I was not going to play this game, and would put in a dispute with my credit card company. This is when they broke off communication have put in a dispute and returned the press to the address online, as they would not provide a return address. BEWARE!
