I'm truly grateful to (Recovercoin AT rescueteam DOT com) They are the best when it comes to bitcoin, account, password and money recovery. I lost $800,000 in a cryptocurrency investment scam that promised to give me high returns on my deposit. Few months later the company shut down my account, and I thought my funds were lost forever. However, after contacting Recovercoin AT rescueteam DOT com, I was able to recover my lost funds from the fraudulent wallet.
I posted a poor review about a complex I lived in recently. Upon going back to the site to check my review, I found it no longer existed. Less than an hour after it was posted, it was removed. I read the website's terms and conditions before placing the review and I'm quite certain my post followed their rules completely.
The website creates a fake customer review score for a property that doesn't reflect the resident's experience in the apartment.
An apartment I live in has 4/8 1 star reviews and only a few suspect 5 star reviews.
Apartments.com says it's a 5 Star apartment.
This place has very $#*! poor management and they have bugs everywhere. I would not recommend anyone to live here. They have Orkin come out every single week and no one ever takes care of maintenance requests. It's so hard to get anyone to answer a phone call or an email. They are rude and could care less about you as a resident. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
The reviews that appear on its website do not at all reflect my lived horrid experience. All the reviews are stellar and false. I have yet to see way to post my review on its site about my property. I have pictures that can't be uploaded as well. I no longer trust this site.
Absolute garbage. Tell me again why I have to go through a website that charges me. 25% to my rent on my debit card? Or if you haven't went through all their asinine security checks them you have to wait a week to have your payment processed which could make you late kn your rent. A law against these types of dictative extortive unfair practices should be made and enforced. Way to take something as simple as paying your rent complicated and costly. God technology is so awesome. Nothing like being forced to allow complete strangers to have access to all your financial information. Top notch America. Top notch. Where's the negative stars button?
Used to be a good webpage for review from tenants.
But in the last few months they took off all the bad reviews at my current place and left only two - one pretty old - that sounded like the manager wrote them (glowing wordS that do not fit this place).
It wasn't like they tried to contact me to see if I was really tenant (easy to prove I was) - just erased them.
They erased them from the places I lived before also.
I heard the commercials they do now saying how wonderful they are - guess they got bought by someone who doesn't care about the truth - too bad for us. Will do my reviews on Yelp now.
I don't know if its a payoff situation or what, but when I tried to leave a negative review of my slumlord rental company it was deleted. Why? No clue. I tried reposting an edited version, leaving out grievances such as "dog $#*! covering every single flat surface" and "Mice defecating in my cupboards for two months before they could be bothered to take care of it." It was up for a few hours this time before it was deleted. Why? No clue. I'm now barred from leaving a review of any sort. Long story short don't believe any review score on this site, as I can confidently guarantee its skewed, to say the least.
Scammers look up the addresses on REAL Sites. They then find the real owner's name from county records. Then go to this site set up a cheaper rental offer. Once they have stolen first and last month rent plus deposit from you and everyone else they can, they walk away laughing. This site does nothing to verify that the person placing the ad is the owner or has the authority to place an ad. They, therefore, are actively aiding the scam. I will be suing them and everyone that has been scammed should joint me in a class action against them. >>contact me at *******@gmail.com
We were with westside rentals for years, they became Apartments.com and everything changed.
You cant audit your listings, customer service is uninformed and as such no help.
They miss lead you. Your ad shows active on Apartments portal but if you search their site as a renter you wont find your property by searching
Price, zip code or description.
Your ad will show # of views to imply your ad had this many views but the number of views is how many people looked for units like yours on Apartments.com not how many viewed your ad. Get it?
If you have been using the site for free you may have noticed your ad response has dropped.
Only premium members who up grade are guaranteed to get calls.
Premium service didnt work for us either.
I love living in 611 Park Ave, it is my favorite place, nice location especially being behind the Mt Vernon Park. The management Sattie and Brittany are very friendly and helpful. They made me feel at home. If I need maintenance they are very responsive and professional!
- Fire alarm is broken. It starts at 3: am, late night, during middle of the day while in meetings. The community manager in August 2020 said it's not their problem it's normal
- the elevator is broken and took 1 month to fix. The community manger said it's part of maintainable and people who live in 4th floor is not their problem
- the trash overflows and the building leasing office don't take any action to fix it
- during covid there is no services provided I. E gym, jacuzzi, pool and the community manager said the night rent is charged not for any community service or any of it is their responsibility. They charge high rent only to stay inside the apartment.
- there is so much disturbance and people don't know any rules and community manager says he doesn't care. If you move in to Apex it's what you get for staying in the community
To the person that works 9:00 to 12:00 that's supposed to be at the office till 5:00 but never wants to come to work or answer the phone and respond to repairs a day later or two days later by text only I am filing a complaint against the Concord Manor Apartment manager in Beaumont Tx. The maintenance person only come sees you at 6:00 p.m. maybe till 7:00 pm and that's it. I would advise all tenants living there and people that's considering to rent there to not come there if the manager Monica Barraza is overseeing the place. She is a horrible disrespectful and rude manager who doesn't care about the disabled. Just to let you know she will take your money for rent but never fix your repairs. The owners needs to hire a new manager to make sure the tenants needs are met.
'Recovercoin AT rescueteam DOT com' is the best in bitcoin, account, password and money recovery. I had a cold storage wallet that I created years ago with bitcoin in it. When I went back to use the coin I realized my wallet had been hacked and my coin was gone. After a week of not having access to my coin, I started researching and they had the best reviews. They tracked the coin using the hackers transaction signature print in an hour and only took their 20% fee which I was more than happy for them to have. Highly recommend their service.
Daughter is looking for apartment and asked me to be guarantor. First time ever that I'd have to PAY to be vetted as guarantor. My credit score is 850 and it would have cost the company ¢10 to verify it online. Practice is abusive and a foil for running what amounts to a simple ripoff scheme. Best to avoid this "company "!
With heart filled with joy and gratitude, I say a big Thanks to the team at Hack West Credit Specialist for helping me achieve my dream of becoming a first time home owner. Also, for the purchase of my new family car. Thank you for your time and dedication. Hack WEST was very thorough through the process and took care of all my questions. He made sure I got the best deal for my car and now I and my family get to enjoy it with a low payment. We are grateful to have gone through this process with him. I recommend Hackwest at writeme dot com or *******638 to everyone who needs help with their credit. Contact him now and enjoy a high credit score ever.
They said my condo was not recognized as a residential unit. When I asked them why they did some research and found a four-year-old add for my condo and realized it really was residential so they posted that 4 year old add with incorrect information and old pictures. When I tried to correct it it said my account had been deactivated. I tried to contact them again and they have not responded. Now I'm getting calls asking if it's available and why it is so cheap for that area. My only recourse is to wait the 21 days until the ad expires. Nice work ap.com!
Bottom line... I lovedan apartment in Ft Lauderdale. Called and texted the broker 4-5 times with only one reply and then nothing after... Maybe because it was "JUST" a rental
I alerted apartments.com as they requested more than 3 times without any reply!
I ended up finding a beautiful apartment in Boynton Beach, right on the water... which turned out good.
Thanks to realtor.com
My situation turned out so much better but don't want anyone to go through what I did!
I am a real estate agent for Douglas Elliman and was taught that the customer comes first. Tx for listening... HAPPY IN BOYNTON BEACH
Although they provide you with the basic information, their rating system is a joke. After contacting them they stated their rating system is based on a multitude of factors. However they do not update their rating on these factors. Apparently the comments and ratings from tenants do not count! Read the reviews do just look at the star rating.
I paid an application fee and submitted an application for an apartment that the landlord stated was NOT available and should not have been posted. Apartments.com refused to refund me the fee! Pure FRAUD
Answer: If it sounds good it is a scam. Run do not walk away and contact the FBI. Because locals will do nothing. And apartment.com is doing nothing to help. Get off this site as quickly as you can! I think we should sue apartment.com. Started an email called suetheirass@gmail.com. During the pandemic, the scammers took everything I had, and now I'm facing the streets. Apartment. Com was at fault for being their platform.
Answer: Some apartments are well kept and clean. Remember each listing is from a different company or owner. Everyone has a different standard. We try our best to keep our properties clean, pest free and well maintained. The Happy Landlord
