I fell asleep on the phone with my boyfriend and I woke up to my face against my phone and my phone got super hot. And I must have been asleep with the phone on my face for While because now there is my burn in my face from where my phone was

Before you upgrade your Mac's operating system to Catalina, make sure you have all your music backed-up somewhere other than on your Mac. I know, that's typical protocol. But, they maintain that Catalina's switch from iTunes to Apple Music will preserve all your music, whether purchased through Apple or not. My iTunes Library was stripped of anything that had not been purchased through the Apple store. Fortunately, I have my music backed-up in several locations. But, had I not, I would have lost a considerable investment. Oh, and all my Playlists were obliterated, which really pisses me off. Again, I have them backed-up, but the amount of time, energy and effort to transport them back in, is irritating.
Hello,
About a year ago I bought an iPhone 11, white from 64gb. The cost was about 850 euros. I have to say that for, regarding the value for money, iPhone has always been a fairly expensive product, but I have to say that the products are good. The conditions of the phone after a year are discreet, this is because, being a student, I do a lot of use... especially from a year with distance teaching. The battery level is a bit the weak point, it goes down very quickly with video-calls (in fact my time is 87% of the maximum capacity). As for the rest, camera, general functionality, everything is still great. Is a phone that I recommend.
Kids spent all the gift card money we had on the Apple store on the game he did not even know he needed to pay. We contacted Apple several times but they refused to give us the back while other credit card companies gave us back the money immediately. What a huge difference! We stopped all the tires from Apple store.
Be careful if you have kids when using Apple store! Trust credit card companies instead of Apple!
I've been trying to work with Apple support after my credit card notified me of 7 identical charges done only seconds appart. I submitted for a refund and was denied. I called "Apple support" and they could not give me a reason why it was denied. The supervisor actually told me, I quote: "you can bang your head against this brick wall as much as you want and we're not going to give you an answer or your money back. All sales are final."
With over $600 in charges, Apple won't even answer why I was charged or why my refund request was denied. To top it all off, after the supervisor told me I'm wasting my time, SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Last time I checked that's not what support is supposed to do!
Apple often has random charges on my card on file. They also don't bill for purchases made in a timely fashion. They will sit on purchases then bill for all. When a purchase is made it should be taken out of account at that time and not wait to bill in bulk! When charging a customer for a purchase it should be instant. If money is not available then purchase should be declined. Allowing one to purchase vis the app and not charging instantly is seeming like a form of " credit" from Apple and I did not apply, ask or request any delays in billing or charging.
On the Apple Education store it clearly says:
"Save on iPad for college with an education discount. Plus get a $100 gift card."
However, this is deceptive since you do not get the education discount plus $100 gift card. You get the discount and pay for the gift card.
So, the statement that you "get the discount plus a $100 gift card" is false, it is deceptive and I don't know how apple can get away with it.
Of course, this is mentioned in the small print legalese in some very confusing manner, which contradicts the statement above. Oh well, so much for buying from apple and ending up paying $100 more than expected. Apple, never again!
I worked over over 8 years in IT field, in the past. I used to be a windows and OEM computer user. I switched to Apple roughly 6 years ago. It took me few weeks to adopted to Mac IOS operating systems. I cannot go back. All my devices are Apple and I don't think I will change it until other brand becomes better then Apple, which I highly doubt it.
We have been dedicated Apple users for years. Since Apple changed to the new way of charging the ipads and phones via the usb we have had 3 devices with our latest issue being the ipad quit charging because "the prongs within it have lost it's grip (per repair tech)". Now we are being told we have to pay $200 for a replacement device for an issue that is NOT our fault. Nevermind that we have only had this device a little over a year and are still in contract and paying on it for another year. With the costs of these devices, I would expect Apple to back their costly products in these situations. I could see paying $50 for a replacement but i will not be paying $200. After attempting to rectify this and give a chance for this to be made right for the customer service to suck - we are done with Apple products when our contract expires. Absolutely ridiculous.
Apple makes very great product. I have many of Apple products and them. I just wish Apple would lower the price dramatically for their laptops. They are too expensive. The iPhone seem to always be behind the competition. IPhones seem to be lacking in features that would make the phone better. Features such as wireless charging and rapid charging. Over all Apple is a great company.
I purchased a new iPhone 14 on Apple's website. I traded in my cracked screen, but functioning previous model iPhone. I marked the phone EXACTLY in the condition designated. They offered $115 as a discount against the future phone. I agreed and shipped the phone to them. I activated the phone at a local ATT store, who told me that they would have given me $300-400, but it was too late.
About 1-2 weeks later, I received an email from Apple stating that the phone was worth $0 and they can recycle it for me and charge me the $115 discount or send the phone back to me and charge me the $115. Send the phone back LIARS. I sent the phone to BuyBackWorld and received $135 from them. Apple is engaged in bait and switch and scamming their customers. First try to trade any phones, even cracked screens into a local phone (non-company owned) store. Do not trade your phone into Apple, they will steal your money.
This website is really a pain to navigate. It's very easy to go "wait, where did I have to go to get to that page again?" Especially when you're in the store section. Apple's website should be better than this.
Today is day nine since I've had these issues with new iPhone 11 pro max and the problem is an iPhone 11 Pro Max having terrible echoing sound. It's affecting the sound quality of this iPhone when I'm making calls, facetime and business conference call.
I have been let down by an apple, and this whole issue has ruined my holidays for the last ten days. I expected better customer services from Apple Executive Team and also very disappointing to be treated like this as a business customer be ignored and disregarded.
I order an ultra 2 watch paid courier service waiting to be delivered when I see no one comment I decided to check my order and see it was cancelled I called customer support they said they checking to see what was the issue after half an hour on the phone the rep rudely cut off our call
Went to the Naperville store with a problem with my phone. Could not change my voice mail greeting. After a half an hour they could not fix it. Then I asked them to try and restore some photos to my phone that had been lost. Not only could they not do that either, but in the process, they wiped out all the pictures that were already on my phone. I was literally better off before I set foot in the store! Worst customer service I have ever had in my life!
I've owned Apple for years and finally ran into an issue that is a sign that Tim Cook needs fired. I got locked out of my Apple ID, forgot my password or something happened, and it took 2 weeks for them to reset it.
That is not customer service. Thank God I didn't buy an iPhone this time and my life is legitimately so much easier.
I'm concerned with what Apple is doing where they think not giving me access to my Apple ID for 2 weeks is acceptable. What are they doing? A background check?
I still like my MacBook but really, I don't think I'll buy another if I have to wait 2 weeks for password resets.
I bought an iphone 13 pro max on Feb…
I bought an iphone 13 pro max on Feb 2022 and it has black out in April 2023. Got it repaired and within few days screen become yellow and cannot be used. When we buy an apple product with premium price we expect to use it without trouble free for minimum 2 years and above. Worst experience even and planning to switch to Samsung
We called because there is a corrupt data when my daughter tried to update her phone Apple was going to fix it for free now they claim there's a slight water damage we never told him about what there's never any water damage now they won't fix it not ever once was their water damage apple is by far the worst
