With over a thousand million people using the apple product shows how good this companies are. Apple technology is a very fast developing technology and today is definitely the growing and it's one of the best technology company. Their products are worth having for a while and you can depend on it because it's reliable, affordable, durable
Sales service is excellent... tech and repair are very good. Product is Appe... what more can I say?
Repairs can be ridiculous for families with kids... invest in the best armor type cases you can get. My daughter has 4 kids, each with their own iPad, and replacement glass is very costly through Apple...$300!
So you pay for insurance on your phone so that when something happens you don't have to worry about it right? Wrong with this company; first off the process takes over an hour to talk to a representative and get a solution worked out. Then the solution is to use the insurance and get a new phone for only $99 dollars, right? Wrong! It will be $99 dollars after a hold of $1200 is placed on your card. Who in the right mind has $1200 to have waiting on Apple to refund it? Nobody and it shows that this company doesn't think about the people and is as white collar as it gets!
I have been a a fan of Apple ever since they introduced the first iPod. Every time they put out a new product I just can't help myself.
The new iWatch doesn't fail to deliver and looks very sharp. It is also great for people that are active as there are many apps for runners as well.
I am on my third iPhone (6s). I really enjoy using it. Everything I need is at my fingertips on my screen. I have watched too many friends with other phones having a difficult time remembering where to locate what they are looking for. The support teams at the Apple Store(s) in Texas and New Jersey have always been confident, competent, and friendly. No question has been too small for them to take time to answer.
After switching from Microsoft to Apple, I was quite pleased with Apple's customer support. The staff was accommodating and solved all my problems quickly. Couldn't have been more helpful and gave sufficient time and great attention to requests!
My wife bought a new iPhone today, only to find that it no longer come with a charger to plug into the wall, only the cable part was provided. This wouldn't of been a big issue but they have also changed the shape of the cables insertion point making it no longer compatible with the old wall chargers. I think this is an anti user friendly and thoughtless move by apple, and could possibly be the signs of a slow decline of the business, as one of their main focuses in the past was to be user friendly. Do better apply
Tried to play dumb that they didn't know how to format my computer after it coming back from repairs just because I didn't do the repairs with them. Tried to act like I needed to make an appointment, got so frustrated that despite that I'm not a computer person, I fixed it myself. Bait and switch tactics. When I cornered a senior employee about this truth he transferred me away to a line that had nobody else on it after I called out his underling on upselling.
I purchased a MacBook Pro through Apple's Back to School Deal, which involves a complex process of a $150 discount, a $150 gift card sent via email, and a $150 charge. This convoluted approach led to confusion, especially when I canceled my order, resulting in an unwanted $150 charge on my account alongside the gift card. I attempted to rectify the issue by contacting support multiple times, but the unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful support team exacerbated my frustration, leaving the matter unresolved. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.
I've had my ipad for a while. Got it as a gift cause I think this is really just an expensive toy. It's been only a year or so but with the latest updates the system became so slow... And I still haven't been able to figure out how to upload videos to it. "user friendly" but not always :P
The 12 pro max is buggy as hell then my 4k Apple Tv gets bricked on the last update and this in the second one to do it. The first one was a gen 2 apple tv. Stay away this xmas from their crap. Worst tech/customer service. Even their so called apple genius called the apple tv junk. Offered $30 bucks off a new one yeah no thanks, not when don't last more than a 1 year warranty.
Apple logo wouldn't go away. Rep dragged me through crap I'd already done. No resolution. Sent me return box w/ bar code was so bad UPS suggested I call to have them email me a new bar code. Told girl I wanted it sent UPS…. She emails me FED-EX. Complete BS. After being an Apple customer for years…thinking of switching.
I was transferred to an apple specialist from AT&T, who was unable to get a signal on my new iPhone. I could tell from the start that she was not knowledgeable because she kept referring back to apple's cheat sheets. We got disconnected, and the next agent asked "surely you know how to do that," which I felt was quite demeaning. I told here that and she tried to apologize but the damage was done. She couldn't help me, so I'm off to the AT&T store tomorrow morning!
Very Very disappointing support! I have been using apple products over 5 years and I was optimistic about this company.(lots of my friends called me "an apple guy") of course until I terribly disappointed. Recently I face a problem on my I phone (Freeze out and stuck forever with "apple logo on" in a black screen). I have contacted customer support twice they both recommend me to get service at CityMac Kirkland. I went there(long drive from my home) the service man saw and confirmed as my I phone has nothing physical damage he plugged in his computer and tried to figure out the problem for about 2 minutes or less, he told me to pay $325 for fixing my issue. No other solution as per his saying, I have bought the iPhone ~$700 and I lost all, no fixing no nothing. I recognized that this company would be no more my choice. I am selling all my apple products including my Mac, I don't want to see even remember a while about apple products
Love the apple products... easy to use and no problems with them. Apple is great about taking care of any issues you have with your mac, iPad, or iphone. My complaint is that we has a lot of fraudulent issues with itunes and I lost some money from it that they wouldn't give back. So beware about putting credit card on file (I do not do this anymore). I strongly suggest using a prepaid card and only putting the amount on it that you need to pay for the app or music your wanting.
I have owned many apple products everything about them were cheap and not compatible just a horrible brand I would never purchase again I don't even understand why anyone would even buy that cheap crap it's a waste of money!
My phone cracked. I filed an insurance claim. Which is garbage. Don't waste your money on it. They just try to upsell you. No shipping info for days. I call them and they say oh sorry the phone is on back order but this was 4 days after they already charged my credit card $1100 for the replacement. Garbage company. Ashamed to be a shareholder.
It's a shame what I'm going through to retrieve my Apple ID info(phone numbers, pics and personal stuff etc) especially when I have the login, password and the card on file. Why am I losing business not being able to call clients. Why is it taking 7 days to send verification codes to the phone number I had over a year when I've been logging in my iCloud this whole time. How hard is it to change a phone number it's not like I can do it myself. 7 days is unacceptable and the customer service pple suck!
Company is getting wealthy but scandalous by the day. They swear they forgot the people support their wealth. From lower quality to no new changes to no headphone and tried to hide the truth speaking about for the sake of the earth to switching charging tip for charger. Man why support Low life practice?
I usually love Apple (have been a customer for 15+ years). I've made a few in-game purchases and Apple shut my account down. When I called to clear it up, the Senior Advisor (named Jennifer) told me my account is on hold for 24 hours. When I asked why, she said she couldn't tell me and to "just trust" her because she was a Senior Advisor. It was "Apple policy" not to share the information why. She refused to tell me any details. I'm so unhappy with this that I may never buy another Apple product again.
Answer: Is this a question or a problem.
Answer: Buy an iPad. I believe that is what you want as thats their only device that looks like a "tablet".
Answer: IPhone's are more reliable and they last longer (mainly because of the software, and the software updates). Moreover, Apple has better warranties, better customer service, and their product have a better resell value.
