I bought this iPhone for my sister who is living outside of the USA. I checked this phone with At&t and it was working. Also, when my sister got it, she can use it with local carrier without any problem. Therefore, it's definitely unlocked. But the problem is it's black not white though the picture is white.
Notice: You can buy this phone from apple website only with 650$.
I don't have a Macbook or Ipad, but I do purchase things through the Apple store (apps, music). For such a great company, I sure do wish their buttons didn't feel so heavy and using iTunes didn't feel so clunky. Not sure how to describe it, just that it's unpleasant. As well, for such a user-friendly business, I'd say their website could do much in the area of improving navigation and usability.
I'm actually using an apple tablet. I hate it. No back button. Too many updates. Repairs are so expensive you almost usually just scrap it. I have an android phone and I would never buy an apple product. This tablet was a gift. Though I'm thankful for the gift, I just wish it were anything else besides something that uses a lot of your storage for updates you don't necessarily need but have to have because. Man behind a screen said so. Or the classes you should take because I have to google everything I want to do on my phone to figure out how to use this tablet. I mean the key board was in all caps until the last update so you didn't know if you were yelling or typing (at least they fixed that).
Just give up apple. Or at least make your product better instead of just subpar.
Bought a brand new iPad from T-Mobile in February, then less than 3 months later the volume button just stops working. I called about a replacement, the supervisor, Briar, offered me an express replacement, which I agreed to, then was denied the express because of apple's policies. So first I was sold a lemon, then I was lied to, and now I'm inconvenienced and stuck with the faulty device until the stores open back up. This is very unsatisfactory. This is the second lemon I was sold by Apple. After this experience I'm really going to have to support Android. I do NOT trust Apple and their lemons.
Apple has led the way on creating a shopping environment that is very customer friendly.
My only com[laint is the revisions to the Genius Bar and the elimination of classes, except for those who have just purchased a product.
And, the quality of repairs can be problematic-it varies dramatically from str to store.
Hopefully, Apple will get its act together in the that department.
Apple tries to get more in the business market, but they have terrible service for business unless you want to pay them a premium. I have purchased over 15 machines for my software business, and to get a machine that has been recalled turned in, they need to not only take it for 2 weeks to fix it (found that out after coming in), when I come back to do that, I have to wait an hour for a technician to be available to "run diagnostics". This is their recall, and I end up spending hours just get it turned in!
First off, I love apple products. In fact, I am using my iPad to type this very review. However, when I wrote to apple for help with a syncing problem with iTunes, I had possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. After submitting my question, I promptly got an automated response that my inquiry would be looked into soon. A week later I got another automated response asking me to rate my satisfaction with their service... when I never got an answer in the first place! I then got bounced around but 4 different people, each time no one had any understanding of my issue and would send me back a pre-scripted response (usually instructing me to download the latest version of iTunes), until I complained and they referred me to someone else. Overall, very frustrating. If they didn't make such great products I would give them a one star.
Called Apple for 38 minutes trying to set this up..."this article was not written by Apple" but they took money from this company, reviewed, then posted on Apple News Feed.
To me, if they can't honor this article says they have no problem take money from 9to5mac and posting fake or fraudulent news. You can NOT trust Apple News Feed! I might as well start reading Fox News.

I will copy and paste this review as much as possible so others know of fake news on Apple News feed.

The App Store on my sons iPad Became disabled somehow. I talked to multiple people, multiple times, and no one ever really told me what the problem was they just kept telling me it would be fixed in 24 hours and it never was. And then the issue never got resolved. And then they ended up telling us we just need to get a new iPad. So we decided to get a new tablet that was not Apple, problem solved thank you
I have an apple ipad and apple pen, they are great piece of equipment but they were expensive. The real reason why this rating is low is because of the fact that a company this big, 500% profit margin, only pays minorities 6 dollars a month. This is in china and India. How can a company that preaches equality only pays their employees 6 dollars a month? Engineers get paid 163 a month, those jobs here are worth far more than that. Stop thinking of profit since you are so big and start thinking of real innovation and pay people a living wage and something that can mean something. If not then more of your factories will be burned down.
I bought their phones for a long time. But every time something went wrong with them. The last situation was when the camera stopped working in my new Iphone 7+ 2 months after I bought it. Is it OK? I don't so. I'm not going to overpay just for a brand anymore.
We're not even pretending that hardware fails naturally at this point. At the advent of their "new and improved" AirPods, mine sucked absolute $#*!. This isn't even built-in-obsolescence at this point. It's on-the-nose hardware failure when marginally more sophisticated hardware is released.
As George Carlin once said, "Whoever coined the phrase 'Let the Buyer Beware' was probably bleeding from the $#*!."
Apple products are all I use and trust. I spent years with the other brands when my kids were growing up frustrated with viruses and broken down computers. Never again. Not with Apple love them and when you call the are on your side, can not say enough about their service.
I got myself a new iPhone and I always liked Apple stuff, but this iPhone 7 is wack. My iPhone 5 got way better reception. Nothing changed, just the phone. Same carrier and plan. I like other parts of it, but if it drops calls a lot, it ain't no good.
I am using Iphone 7 as of now, and have previously used Iphone6,5 and 4. Since the time I started using Iphone, my love for is growing every day.
Although I carry an extra android phone, but I rarely use it.
Interface, battery life, phone life, service, everything has been good for me so far.
I'm an apple user and the people in store are always really nice and helpful. Sometimes my devices don't work properly which is annoying and the reason they aren't getting a full five stars but the actual employees are pretty awesome.
I like the iphone. What I really like about it is the face ID. There is no button, just a full screen. I also like the double camera because it has good quality for taking pictures and video. I really like playing with the slow mo. But the glass on the back breaks easily. One drop on the back and the glass cracks even though Apple said "it was the strongest glass". But the phone is still nice. Apple just needs to fix that problem.
I have placed an order 3 times and all 3 times it was cancelled by apple, but they cannot tell me why. My bank did not stop the payment, my card does not have a spending limit they have all the information they need and they still cancelled my order and are not able to tell me why. When I say there is no reason why you can't tell me you are fn Apple I just get umm it doesn't tell me. REALLY!
Reviewed some of Apples career opportunities. However, what stood out to me the most was the working environment. They are culturally aware and inclusive. Also, that they recognize the importance of the impact of technology that is developed. Which gives present and future employees a since of integrity which is an important factor when driving and innovating technology.
Water resistance is a marketing scam. My 18 months old XS fell in water for 3 seconds and stopped working. Genius manager told me he couldn't help because he wanted to sell more apple care+! I picked this phone and paid a lot of money for it specifically for this feature which turned out to be a complete marketing scam. Very disappointed and angry. I feel I was cheated because of false advertisement.
Answer: Is this a question or a problem.
