I love apple products, I am a fully signed up member of this fruit club! My iPod (gym time), iPhone (talk time), iMac (work time), MacBookPro (home time), and iPad (commute time) are making sure I get my 5 a day! But I find the site so unlikeable. I have bought most of my products from apple.com and really don't like the sites way of navigating to the product you want. You should be able to type in the criteria you need meeting and then products get suggested. At times (before I became apple aware) The only difference I saw between a 21 inch and 27 inch iMac was $800! Luckily I know what I want/need now when using the site.
Apple iPhone 12 was ordered. This phone has amazing features, and no one can match Apple's camera quality. This phone's performance is unmatched. The iPhone is the most powerful phone on the market. The price of this phone is also justified by its quality, and if you're an iPhone user who travels, you won't need a handy camera or anything.
Contacted the Apple Accessabilty and Interactive Services Department at 11:20 pm EST on August 16,2020. The department is reserved to provide special assistance to customers who have visual, hearing, motor and learning impairments.
The Senior Advisor screamed at me, assuming because of my impairments, and said "Oh my God! You $#*!ing nutcase!"
Apparently, the department is not set up to work with disabled people... or people in general.
I think that I am moving back to android. The products are expensive but with no better features than android. What I do not like is the battery life of the phone I bought. It can barely last an entire day of usage. I have to charge my phone every single day which is not what I was expecting. Apart from that everything else was fine.

Or customer care and will behave like king of the Market. I waited whole day during Xmas and new year at apple store to replace my handset battery. End of the day they rejected the battery replacement. They will do anything for not to get the handset working to enforce customer to buy a new model and spend ££££. My handset is in absolutely mint condition apart from battery but apple wont' replace it and declined it fully and have said no support or help will be provided. I have no option apart from throwing my handset in the bin. Too much monopoly on the market and won't do the basic customer care.
I always tried to be objective when it came to the IOS vs Android battle and finally decided to buy my first Iphone. It was the 6s model. The sensor literally stopped working in 1 month when I accidentally dropped it in water for 5 seconds. Back at Apple store they said that it was my fault and I broke the sensor in some other way. I will never buy any Apple product ever again. I got myself a waterproof Samsung Galaxy S7. Never regretted my decision.

Bought a Apple iPad 8th Gen from Best Buy December 2021. IPad as of January 2022 is completely unresponsive and will not take a charge. The IPad has no physical damage at all and has been kept in a case since the day purchased. I had brought the iPad to the Shirt Hills mall located in Short Hills NJ. The apple Genius had stated to me that the home button had went bad and it is not covered under warranty. The iPad doesn't even take a charge as well but the Genius believed that it's from the home button. This is beyond upsetting to me and my family. We have been Apple product users for over 8 years. Our computers tablets and phones are all Apple and this situation has left me and my family upset with Apple. Might be time to change unless they can make good with this matter.

I have an iPad, i purchased it from a store near me at an official discount of 40% for a college deal.
Now they say its out of warranty notice as it was an offer. It has an upgrade issue with OS, they ain't resolving it.

Getting a Apple phone was the worst thing I've ever had! The accounts won't connect properly, and Word doesn't connect with OneDrive making it impossible to use their products together. It's like they have duplicate accounts Microsoft was hacked and now they fix their system! Just get a Samsung you can thank me later! On android you can connect apps seamlessly! Just don't get sn Apple product you'll hate it!
The iPad I ordered was almost $100 less at Costco. I thought I would receive it and send it back and buy at Costco but I was told they would price match. When it arrived and I opened it I went through agent after agent being transferred around until they finally said oh actually no we won't price match. They were extremely rude and it really turned me off of wanting to purchase Apple products again.
The way this company works and they are not the only ones who do it is out right scam worthy. Looking for a new iPhone and find a new phone for $599. First it's unlocked for any carrier and already have a monthly plan with a carrier. So wanted to pay in full didn't get any add on crap so you expect to pay &599. But no they com up with a total of almost $690 what a piece of crap company. My own SIM card my same number and they don't have to set up. When you list a price that should be the same as the listed price. You are plan scum
Purchased an iphone 7. That stopped working, first it was app, then it was the camera, finally couldnt receive or make calls.
Call support I spent hours trying to restore, back up and nothing changed.
We found out ourselves that it was a model issue, support couldnt figure it out yet there was an article on their webiste of that iphone model...
Go into the store for the "shopping experience" I was told the device couldnt be fixed for free as they stated because I had a small crack on the screen that I had to take care of. The guy tells me its $190. I walked OUT!
There website advertises $149 for screen repair, why am I charged so much to fix a screen!?
I made the transaction in the MX version of the site, which is secure and easy to navigate. My computer was personalized and shipped directly from Cupertino in a week via UPS. The package was secure and the tracking system very reliable. I've bought other products from Apple and the experience has always been great.
I have practically one of everything they sell. I especially love their iPhones and my Power Mac has been with me for almost 10 years. Don't even consider Android phones, they are a cheap knock off and are just copying off of the iPhone.
The Apple iphone 11 is the most dog $#*! phone apple has made ever since the iphone 6 plus, the display cant go over 625 nits of brightness and it loads anythings super slow, that os why i upgraded to the 12 pro max.
Apple's supposed quality is one of the foundational pillars as to why consumers purchase their products. However, there is no excuse for a completely failed product after only 2 years of extremely light usage. I purchased a 13" MacBook Pro which I rarely ever used, but not Apple support claims it needs a $600 new logic board for it to function. INEXCUSABLE. I wish I could verify the amount of hours this laptop has operated before dying. There are laptops in the $100 range that outperform this product. I'm angry not simply because this product has failed, but because Apple has refused to stand by their product. I understand length of warranties and whatnot, but there is absolutely no credible reason for a logic board to fail in such a short amount of time other than Apple sold me a defective product, or at the very least a product with very poor quality.
The phones are okay, my iphone 5 is getting slower and slower with every update. The main problem I have is the app store is the absolute worst. If you are looking for a well known app its fine but when you need an app that does a certain task, like edit editable PDFs, good luck. They all look free then say you have to pay once the app is installed and you try edit the PDF. Changing phones on my next contract switch.
I have owned every Apple device since the launch of the first MacBook laptop. I think it is fair to say I am an extremely avid fan. I have always received excellent customer service from them. A most exceptional company!

Answer: Buy an iPad. I believe that is what you want as thats their only device that looks like a "tablet".
Answer: IPhone's are more reliable and they last longer (mainly because of the software, and the software updates). Moreover, Apple has better warranties, better customer service, and their product have a better resell value.
